Insects also in kitchen, door for balcony is not closing, it s very noisy. All dirty. It lloks like the room not cleaned. Their behaviors are like they dont care. I have more photos to prove this disgusting experience but only able to upload 4.

• Adil (1/5): Very bad hotel never coming back and wouldn't recommend anyone - Nothing We book the room through bookings.com and when we arrive at the property the receptionist said there is power outage in the hotel there are not lights it's pitch dark and she was holding a torch, we ask her if it will resolve in few minutes or an hour she said no it will not as the electrical room was flooded we ask her if she could assist us to cancel the booking as it's not possible to stay in a hotel with no electricity no ac she ask us to call booking.com and submit the request we did and then left from there the next day the hotel manager or someone I'm not sure who he was called me and said he did not recieve any request for cancelation so the money is gone. I haven't recieved my money back and did not even stay in the hotel.

The non-operational lift and unhelpful staff made navigating with luggage burdensome. Additionally, the shared air-conditioning system compromised comfort, lacking individual control and privacy. These issues detracted from an otherwise promising stay.

Closest thing to a closet was a college steel cabinet. Bathroom was dirty, with insects coming from the sink. At check in only the bare end of a toilet paper roll was available.

Reception is a random small desk in the hallway and maintenance closet. There was no running water, I couldn’t flush the toilet/shower. I brushed my teeth with a bottle of water. I asked for two beds, I got one. Old and crusty bed, kitchen, and toilet. Neighbourhood is safe, but kinda third world.

My reservation was for a whole week, but I checked out after the first night. 2. Dirty, disgusting unhealthy, no isolation and located in a smelly building in a bad area. 3. The pictures of the rooms don't look like the reality at all! 4. You can't control the AC (Air conditioner) in your own room 5. There's no closet, the only closet that you get is the dirty full of stains small table with an unclean mirror. Also the white paint leaves white stains on your clothes. 6. The bed very dirty and the mattress is comfortable at all, it's as soft as the floor. 7. There is also no room service, they don't change the sheets. And you get one towel. 8. The ugliest bathroom ever, with a lot of rust under the light 9. You cannot speak with the manager and they will not refund you
