• Michel (10/5): - Ambiente limpo, organizado e confortável. A equipe foi muito atenciosa e sempre disposta a ajudar com dicas da cidade e o que fazer na região. A localização também é excelente, facilitando bastante o deslocamento. O clima entre os hóspedes era muito agradável, perfeito para conhecer pessoas e aproveitar a viagem. Com certeza me hospedaria novamente!

• Ingrid (9/5): Preisleistung ist top würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen - Es hat alles gepasst: Lage, Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück, Sauberkeit, etc. In den Zimmern gibt es Kästchen (nicht versperrbar) für die kleineren Dinge, gleich außerhalb des Zimmers gibt es größere (mit eigenem Schloss versperren). Schläft man oben, hat man auf dem Kästchen eine Ablage. Unten gibt es diese leider nicht. Für jeden eine gute Unterkunft, probier oder etwas älter. In der Gemeinschafts Dusche wären zusätzlich Haken zum Aufhängen optimal. Der Kopfpolster ist sehr prall gefüllt und dadurch hoch, für mich war’s nicht sehr angenehm.
• Virginia (10/5): Fantastic hostel - It's a totally wonderful hostel. Great location. Very comfortable room. Lots of space. Quiet solid beds so you're not disturbed during the night. Great shower in the room. Fabulous breakfast that's included in the price. I didn't realise when I booked so it was a lovely surprise. Quality exceptional too. Staff so kind. I trapped my finger in the door and was looked after by reception who raided their first aid box for me. 100% recommend. Nothing.

• Anastasia (9/5): Value for money - Breakfast was basic but enough, they have enough space for everyone to sit and the (machine) coffee was surprisingly adequate. The room was basic as well, the bed itself was kinda tiny looking but it was very comfortable. Each bed had its own light which was cute, and a charging plug (USB). Location was perfect, right in the heart of Neubau, close to the market, the museums, supermarkets, all the important places. In my opinion it was the cleanest hostel I have stayed in, cleaner than many hotels as well. There weren't any towels or cleaning products except for toilet paper, which was stated when I was booking, however I think you can spare some budget for hand soap. There was not much natural light, also fine, what ca you do. The walls are a bit too thin, so if you're a light sleeper perhaps have that in mind.

• Saara (8/5): Viihtyisä majoitus keskeisellä sijainnilla - Kattava aamupala kuului mukaan sekä hostellissa oli kaikki tarvittava saatavilla. Respa oli 24/7 auki, joten apua oli heti saatavilla. Majoituksen sijainti oli myös hyvä ja keskusta oli sopivan kävelymatkan päässä. Suihkutilat olivat hieman epämielyttävässä ja likaisessa kunnossa. Yhden altaan hana oli hieman viallisessa kunnossa ja siinä tuli muutama ylimääräinen litra kulutettua ennen kuin respa osasi tämän korjata.

• Packán Anasztázia (8/5): As long as your expectations are realistic, it's great - Most importantly, the breakfast is my big fave: so so much choice, all delicious and all included. Sometimes there's even brie!!! And fruit salad is everything. The rooms are alright, nothing special. It is true that the toilets are in the corridor, but the shower is attached to the room (I feel like that's pretty standard). Lockers are normal, facilities too, free storage till 10pm is amazing. Location is great in general but I love the little streets around so much as well. The biggest issue is the lack of outlets: there are rooms with only one place to charge near someone's bed which becomes unusable quickly. Overall, if you're not stupid enough to leave your valuables alone, are fine with no privacy curtain, and location + breakfast are important to you, great choice. The people of course are a bit strange as it tends to be but I have yet to see a hostel where people wouldn't make you think twice about what is happening.

Il faudra mieux faudra un WIFI gratuit et sécurisé comme partout d'autre dans le monde. Je n'ai jamais vu cela que ce n'est pas sécurisé.
• Amanda (9/5): Great hostel in a central location - The staff were friendly and helpful, with the reception being manned 24 hrs. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. A privacy curtain would have been nice but this isn't a deal breaker. Breakfast was a contintental style, help yourself buffet which, as I had forgotten it was included in the price, was a welcome bonus. The hostel has a central location which was great for a lot of the places I was visiting, but if you need to travel by metro, it's a 15 minute walk to the nearest station. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again the next time I visit Vienna. There was nothing I didn't like but I thought the bathroom facilities were a bit odd. They have individual rooms which you share with other guests. Each room has either a toilet and a wash basin or a shower and a wash basin. So if you want to use the toilet and take a shower, you have to use two rooms, and potentially queue twice. Not a big thing, just different.

• Pantou (1/5): Awful experience - Absolutely Nothing The hostel is awful and I do not recommended at all. All the facilities are dirty. They gave me a bed in another building which was 200 meters away. The sheets were dirty and there was not locker for my staff. For all the rooms in the floor there was only one toilette which was so dirty as so many people used it. The breakfast has nothing special to eat, only coffee and some cakes from the supermarket. I definitely do not recommended it.

• Sandra (7/5): - Zimmer sauber und zweckmäßig, Frühstück überdurchschnittlich vielfältig und gut. Wir glaubten eine Schlüsselkarte verloren zu haben und haben dafür selbstverständlich 3,— bezahlt. Kurz darauf haben wir sie in der Geldtasche entdeckt und wollten sie bei der Rezeption abgeben und die 3,— zurück. Leider wollte der Herr das Geld nicht mehr zurückgeben. Die Karte wollte er auch nicht zurück, sondern sagte, wir sollen sie als Souvenir sehen.

Decent WiFi For the price of 30 euros per night, i expected to be much more clean. Bathroom had bad smell and toilet had bad urinal smell. Only one power socket in room.with 4 beds ia ridiculous. And table occupied moat of the room so it blocked bed entrance

• PRIYANSHA (10/5): I loved staying with them. Best stay for solo travellers - I loved that the staff was so good. The property was clean and breakfast was good. Plugs were working fine. Location was perfect. I enjoyed my stay a lot. Nothing.

• Nazare Suziane (9/5): - Adorei a vizinhança e as acomodações do hostel. O fato de ter café da manhã e recepção 24h também foram pontos muito positivos. Achei um pouco longe da parada de metrô. Apesar de ter paradas de ônibus bem perto e facilitar bastante a locomoção, ficou ruim para pegar transporte público à noite. Se esse não for uma questão pra você e for sair principalmente durante o dia, acho que não será um impeditivo. Até porque a àrea central turistica fica só a uma caminhada de 15 min, que também vale muito a pena para ver o movimento da cidade.

Można przechowywać bagaż przed i po wymeldowaniu Podłoga w łazience była zrobiona z kamyków, które przyklejały się i boleśnie wczepiały w stopy, roznosząc się po pokoju. Nie było nawet mydła do rąk w pokoju. Ostatniego dnia na śniadanie przyszła bardzo duża wycieczka (szkolna?), bardzo długo było trzeba czekać w kolejce, problem był ze znaleznieniem miejsca, żeby usiąść.

This is a huge, modern, and exceptionally clean hostel with outstanding attention to detail. The rooms and common areas were spotless, the location is perfect, and the breakfast was excellent 🥰💓 What made the experience truly special was the staff. Everyone was professional, welcoming, warm, and always smiling 😇😍💗 A special thank you to Lucas at the reception, who helped me several times during my stay and made everything much easier and more comfortable 💓🥰💗 The hostel also has a beautiful courtyard with tables where I could sit peacefully and work on my laptop, which I really appreciated. You can genuinely feel that the staff care about their guests and do their best to create a comfortable atmosphere 💗😇😍 I highly recommend this hostel to anyone looking for quality, comfort, great service, and affordable prices in Vienna⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 100%

• Giacomo (8/5): Ottimo ostello - Noi abbiamo alloggiato in una camera da 4 letti. Doccia in comune noi 4 e un lavandino in comune. Il gabinetto era l'unica cosa fuori dalla camera condivisa con le altre; quindi OTTIMO. Letti comodi, spazio ben diviso per le 4 persone. Comoda anche la presa USB per ogni letto. Camera leggermente piccola per 4 persone considerando che ognuna ha probabilmente una valigia da aprire, si potrebbe rimuovere il tavolino che era solamente nel mezzo nel nostro caso.

• Tahir (8/5): The accommodation is good. Not so far from main attractions. Breakfast is amazing. - The breakfast is really amazing. You have a lot of options and can enjoy a very healthy meal. If they can put hand wash in the bathroom and body wash in the shower, that will be good. There was only 1 socket (and one USB port for every bed) for charging mobile, etc. inside the room. If they can increase the number, that would be better. There was no air conditioning in the room.
