• Rico (4/5): Lage besonders gut, Zimmer sehr schlecht - Service war höflich und immer erreichbar, Lage war extrem gut und Wäscheservice war günstig und effizienz. Frühstück war standardmäßig und in Ordnung. Zimmerausstattung war miserabel, Zimmer ohne Fenster werden angeboten, wo die Röhre nicht funktionieren und es starken Lärm durch die ganze Nacht gibt. Die Lichter flackern ebenfalls, und die Internetverbindung ist meistens nicht gegeben.

• YUMI (8/5): - 朝食がとても美味しかったです。しかもメニューが日替わりでした。 駅前かつローカルな立地がとても良かった。 WhatsAppで決まった時間以降に朝食をオーダーするシステムなのが非常に面倒でした。あまりに面倒なので翌日以降は外で食べようと思いましたが、いざ食べてみると手間をかけていいと思うくらい美味しかったです。 チェックイン時に予約していたグレードの部屋が埋まってしまったとかで上のランクの部屋になりましたが、翌日までに予約があれば部屋を移動することになると言われました。（結局移動なし）慌てて掃除したのか、バスルームがびしょびしょでした。 昼間に水道やシャワーを使おうとしたら、殆ど水が出ませんでした。

Breakfast was awesome and always different daily The sign with the name of the hotel has been removed but the moment you book they will drop you a GPS pin just realized there is no name on the outside. • Mathieu (8/5): I’d stay there again! - Super central and very good for the price! Breakfast was very good! Very friendly service! There was one wall that had pockets breaking down with brown stains. I felt like that’s an easy fix for them to take care and they had clearly not bothered. The elevator and entrance to the building should be better maintained. But that’s a city wide problem it seems. Couldn’t find any English satellite TV channels. A news channel would be a good subscription.

• Klaus (9/5): Great receptionist - Maya, the receptionist, helped me a great deal. Her English level is excellent and she is funny and acknowledgeable. First, Maya helped me fix the new Egyptian SIM I had just bought and had some trouble to get started. Then she assisted me with a huge problem I had with a future booking at a different place. Finally, I added three more nights at New Abdeen Palace Hotel. The breakfast is great, every day the kitchen ladies offer something different, which makes it more interesting. The beds are comfy, the bathrooms correct. The noise level of traffic which is a major problem in all central Cairo

The room was in good location and very good value for money. The bathroom is a bit difficult to take a shower, the water is hot yes, but at some points becomes very cold, or sometimes the pressure of the water was not very good. As for the cleaning part, it was quite clean but it could be better.

• Daphne (9/5): Nice, simple room in a bustling area of downtown - The staff were super kind and welcoming. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was bought to the room upon request, so that is very nice. The hotel has good blackout curtains and the bathroom is very modern! The hotel is centrally located, so you can easily walk to shops and a fantastic restaurant called Fish & Chips. The breakfast was just OK... nothing special. Needs some fresh pastries perhaps and juice. The room that I got was not what I had booked. There were no amenities like hot tube. In fact the room was only 1 of 6, so there must be more than 1 location. The building is rundown and looks sketchy (but it was very safe). The area is downtown so it's constant noise and car horns. That didn't even bother me and I slept like a baby! I would return as this is a great value for money, just don't expect 5 star looks. The quality is definitely a 3 star experience.
• Abdul (5/5): Passable - The location was very good. It was very near to metro station and near to central cairo. Mosque is very near by. The bathroom was very spacious. When we enter the room for the first time it was neat and clean. The room has fridge and big almirah. The breakfast served on each day was very good. Receptionist teams were nice. Dress washing service is good When we arrived the hotel for the first day they took us to an another hotel. Already we were tired. Fortunately the new hotel room was good. But i felt that they do not have any professionalism. Next day we returned to the same hotel. The room was clean for first time when we entered. But they didn’t clean the room after that. We stayed there for 5 nights. No cleaning was done except the first day. Basically room service was not good( changing bed sheets, changing duvet cover, changing towels, changing dust bin cover, toilet cleaning). Soap was not there inside the toilet. When we told the reception the third day they provided a new towel and changed the dust bin cover. There were some issues with toilet sink. water was clogged. But it was adjustable. They do not have dry cleaning wash for clothes instead they have normal dress wash. Overall it was fine for me. This was my personal experience and do not know same experience happened for other tourists.

When I needed a stamped invoice to access my WU account, Basmala and Saber immediately created one for me. The housekeeping team, made sure my laundry was done quickly. My room was spacious and spotlessly clean. .

The entrance of the building is very very dirty The furniture in the room is very old and broken , dirty windows , curtains . They extended the space of the room by adding the balcony to the room ! but the curtains don't cover all the windows and the sun will wake you up. no glass or curtain that separates the box shower in the bathroom. no insulations , no kettle, no safe box poor breakfast, expensive for what it offers , luckily I've found another place more central and way cheaper and much much better.

• Abdurrehman (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed at Abdeen Palace Hotel for 2 nights and had a really good experience. The location is perfectly centred in downtown cairo with a metro station 1 minute away. The room was clean and well set up, and the bathroom facilities were really good. The best thing about the hotel was how accommodating the staff were. We were able to hold our luggage on the last day and were given a place to pray, once we had checked out of our room. We highly recommend this place to stay. AC didn't work in our room and it was very noisy outside. Though neither of these is the fault of the host as we didn't speak to the staff about this. We also booked a deluxe double room but we got a twin room, again we didn't complain about this either so not too bad.

• Mohammed (8/5): Good stay for a couple of nights for budget travellers. - Location of the hotel was good. Uber costs around 350/420EGP (£10GBP) from Sphinx airport. Staff can speak English and are helpful. Shops & Metro station very close by. Uber to Pyramids around £5GBP. Breakfast was OK. Bed was comfortable. Elham at reception was very helpful. Water or Juice option for breakfast would’ve been nice. Hotel faces a busy street and can be noisy but we didn’t have problems sleeping.

We booked a double room but instead got a room with 3 single beds. If you choose this location, do not make the mistake of exchanging your dollars at this property. We got a terrible rate. You can get a much much better rate in the local market. We even ask them to return our dollars when we came to know the rate at the market, but they were not willing to.

• Giulia (8/5): Very good - The hotel has an excellent position, near to city center and subway. The staff is really friendly and helpful to meet all the requests. The staff also offers the possibility to organize guided tours of the main attractions of the city. The breakfast is rich and good! I recommend the staff to take care of some more details of the rooms, that are actually clean but basic! For example adding a shower curtain, more towels, and hairdryer.

• Sara (9/5): Beautiful location and helpful staff - The staff of the hotel was super helpful. They made sure that we had everything we needed. The room is very clean and breakfast was very tasty. The location of the hotel is perfect if you want to experience the city center of Cairo. Very close to the airport as well so good if you want to spend your first or last days in Cairo here.
• Antoni (8/5): Very good - Good location, Nice room with comfortable beds and balcony. Very welcoming hosts, friendly cat and very good vegetarian breakfast. Outside can be loud, but it wasn't a problem for us (quite busy road and nearby mosque). Towels were very low quality and we got only two for three people. WiFi signal in the room was weak.

The location is perfect: beautiful downtown, metro station, a lot of places to eat. The room is nice and clean. The breakfast is great. And all of that for the very affordable price. Wi-Fi worked badly, like in the most hotels in Egypt. Small problems with the door.
