• Alejandro (8/5): Práctico y bien ubicado para estancias cortas - El mayor valor del hotel es, sin duda, su privilegiada ubicación en el centro, lo que permite desplazarse con facilidad y disfrutar plenamente de la ciudad. Había demasiado movimiento en la recepción, lo que generaba un ruido constante durante la estadía. Además, al ser un espacio pequeño y con tanta gente circulando, resultaba difícil distinguir quién pertenecía al hotel y quién no, lo que daba una sensación de desorden. Posteriormente, al salir rumbo al aeropuerto ya que nuestra estancia fue solo por pocas horas nos dimos cuenta de que estaban realizando grabaciones para televisión o cine. Aun así, el nivel de movimiento y ruido afectó la tranquilidad que esperábamos.

• Elisabeth Sabine (3/5): Kairo habe ich genossen , das Hotel nicht, aber das Personal war super nett ! - Das Frühstück war sehr gut, die Toilette mit einer Dusche ohne Abtrennung war gewöhnungsbedürftig, denn sie war nach dem Duschen naß und konnte nicht gereinigt werden, sodaß ich mir einen Duschabzieher kaufen mußte, um die Toilette benutzen zu können. Außerdem bekam ich nicht das Zimmer, daas ich gebucht hatte. Schmutzige Toilette, schmutziges Zimmer. Ich habe mich zum ersten Mal in einem Hotel geekelt. Habe leider ein anderes Zimmer erhalten, als ich gebucht hatte.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Find another hotel in a nicer area! - This “hotel” is on the fourth floor in some run down old building in an alley way in a sketchy, crowded, dirty area of Cairo. The room was not clean. They still use keys, not key cards. The elevator doors were missing. The refrigerator was covered in black mold. The TV did not work. The sheets were not clean. The shower and bathroom are combined with wooden doors which are moldy from being constantly wet and the drain was super slow so the bathroom flooded. They said they served breakfast, but I wouldn’t even trust the bottled water from them. The staff was friendly, but I still didn’t trust leaving anything valuable in the room. They were constantly walking by.

• Pierre (10/5): Pierre aus Berlin - Das Hotel lieg sehr Zentral, ideal für Shopping, Restaurant, Cafés und auch nicht weit zu Fuß von das alte Museum . Das Hotel Eingang ist etwas archaisch aber die Zimmer sind geräumig, sauber mit Kühlschrank und einen kleinen Safe. Die Terrasse ist angenehmen um Kaffee, Thea oder selbst gekaufte Getränke zu genießen. Die Klima Anlage und die Dusche funktioniert sehr gut. Wahli und Ali sind außergewöhnliche

One of the staff gave us a good tip of where to find good local food and ATM for money exchange. We were able to leave our suitcases with them for free after check out. It has good location. The room could have been cleaner.

Rent och välstädat rum med sköna sängar. .Perfekt läge nära stadens centrum och bra restauranger Sammanfattning: Ett riktigt trevligt hotell som överträffade våra förväntningar. Vi uppskattade den personliga servicen och det centrala läget. Rekommenderas varmt till andra som vill bo bekvämt under sitt besök.
• Mohammed (10/5): - This was my first time coming to Cairo and I enjoyed the stay. I am someone who comes from the uk so at first it was a transition but it became better as we got used to it. The staff are extremely friendly and super nice. They make the stay quite welcoming and accommodate to your needs. This is a great hotel for someone who’s looking for a friendly budget one. The entrance it’s self is slightly hidden away which isn’t too bad and looks slightly old but as you go to the main floor which they own and run it looks nice and clean. The area is close to a lot of shops and restaurants too. The housekeeping are also very nice and special mention to Ali and Ahmad who made our stay feel welcomed. They were quite compromising and we loved that about them. Would definitely recommend!! Coming back here soon!
• Mohmad (10/5): - Great experience staying in this hotel at the begging of this month for 2 weeks, excellent location very near and walking to shopping area and local restaurants, good and very clean hotel and the staff’s will greet you with warm and friendly attitude and they will do everything you need to make sure that you have a fantastic stay. • Allie (10/5): Location and staff is everything !!! - Wow! What a wonderful stay. The reception staff were so incredibly kind and so helpful. Mohammed especially was very catering to our every need. He gave us plenty of options for things to do and also provided an unforgettable tour to the saqqara pyramids. The location of this place was right in the heart of downtown. You step outside of the hotel and you are a minute walk away from the hustle and bustle of downtown shops and the main squares. Bonus, they allowed us to store our bags there while we explored Alexandria for the day. We loved our stay at pharaohs palace hotel and will come back again! 10/10 recommend.
• Alessio (8/5): - La struttura si trova al 4 piano di un palazzo al centro del Cairo, in una piccola via laterale. Per fortuna all'arrivo ci hanno accolti sulla via principale, altrimenti non lo avremmo trovato. Il personale è molto gentile, sempre presente. Ci hanno aiutato chiamando Uber e organizzandoci il trasporto dall'aeroporto (un po' costoso per gli standard egiziani, ma impeccabile e in un van nuovo e pulito). Le stanze erano pulite e abbastanza spaziose, con scrivania e armadi. Sebbene nella struttura non sia vietato fumare, come un po' ovunque in Egitto, tutto era sempre pulito e profumato. Non abbiamo mai provato la colazione perché siamo sempre usciti troppo presto. Di notte c'era un po' di rumore, soprattutto la prima sera perché stavano facendo dei lavori in strada. L'hotel non offre servizi particolari, ma se vi serve una semplice base di appoggio, pulita e in zona centrale, su una via piena di negozi e posti per cenare, e a un prezzo ragionevole, è perfetto.
• Aleksandra (7/5): Good - The hotel in the city centre, 10 min walk from Sadat metro station. The delux room is big, the bathroom is modern with a very good, hot shower. Wi-fi works well. It's a good place to stay a night or two, but bring your own sleeping bag. The overall cleanliness left much to be desired. The furniture surfaces were dirty, the floor was at most swept, not washed. The bed sheets were not clean. They changed them on my request, but still their cleanliness was doubtul.

• Emilie (4/5): A revoir - Mauvais séjour. Chambre bruyante donnant sur deux rues. Pas de vitre pour voir le jour, elles sont recouvertes par un adhesif opaque. Literie confortable mais drap et surtout housse de couette pas spécialement propre. Fenêtre dure a fermer, le réceptionniste vient et monte avec ses chaussures sale sur les repose vêtement. Flexible de la douche qui tient pas avec la pression mais vite réparé après signalement mais pareil ça rentre dans la douche mouillé avec ses chaussures sales. 1er matin petit déjeuner soi disant 9h/11h il a fallu 45 min pour avoir enfin un café/un thé et deux pauvres assiettes de pain un petit fromage confiture pas bonne et un œuf... Et ils appellent ça petit dejeuner continental. Le jeune ne sait rien faire et propose rien. On attend.. 2 eme matin pareil a la différence qu'on est allé a la patisserie avant et que le café a mis 45 min a arriver malgré plusieurs réclamation. Heureusement dzs excuses. 3 ème matin ok car la dame etait parfaite mais le petit dejeuner est vraiment à revoir c'est nul Emplacement ok
• Charles (6/5): - Property recently renovated but not so much the elevator! And it doesn’t go to our floor so it was a 2 flight schlep with luggage. Elevator was New but some doors would be awesome. Dangerous! Room was totally great. Location excellent. Hot water…YES!
• Thomas (4/5): Well below average - The hotel is well situated but thats all it has to offer. Upon arrival you will notice the inner elevator doors are missing so beware of your first use (also no elevator certificate visable). Our room was to have a city view but did not even have one window to the outside, only a very small opening in shower into dark hallway. The mattresses were very well used and i woke my wife up every time i moved as the springs made loud noises. The shower drain was plugged so the bathroom floor flooded while in use. Also the bathroom glass door did not offer much privacy and made a horrible cracking noise when moved...which also could wake the neighbors. The other thing to note is breakfast is served a bit late for tourists. We stayed 2 nights and were served at 9:15 first morning and 9:40 the next

Being very central, if your window is on street, it's very noisy with the car horns and people, pretty much 24/7! The bathrooms have no toiletries. The rooftop cafe \ restaurant can be much better.

• Wendy (10/5): Great stay in Cairo - This is a great hotel, and deserves a higher rating. It's been renovated very tastefully and has everything you need for a great stay. Our room was a good size and spotlessly clean.The beds were very comfortable, with nice bedding, they even had duvets which are rare in Egypt. There's a nice roof terrace, and its central location makes it easy to get around. The staff were really nice, so kind and helpful. Thank you!
• Joaquin (6/5): - When you enter the property, it looks like you're getting into a horror movie, it has an open lift which I find very dangerous, the hotel is on the 4th and 5th floor and when you arrive looks much better, so don't be afraid when you see the entrance. The room was good and the staff very kind, but since I was working from my room I need a good internet connection, which was terrible. Working from there was a nightmare. They have 3 or 4 different wifi connections, ask for all of them, and switch when any of them doesn't work. The area is good because it's near to the Nile, the Egyptian museum and there are plenty of restaurants and stores around, but during night is super noisy, and it's hard to sleep. Overall my stay was good, but lots of things to improve.
