Kesinlikle güvenli bir yerdeydi. Kendimi çok rahat hissettim. Sadece belki eşyaları koymak için biraz daha büyük bir dolap olsaydı ya da valizleri koymak için ayrı bir alan olsaydı kusursuz olabilirdi.

• Andrew (7/5): - The hostel is located in downtown which is near to shopping stores and restaurants. The hostel itself was clean. The receptionist was nice and approachable. One thing to consider is, the hostel is located at 10th floor. And on my third day, the elevator is not working and im about to check out. I had to carry my heavy luggage from 10th to ground and there is no one available to help. Although it’s not the hostel’s fault for the problem with the elevator, but it is something to consider especially if you have heavy luggage and old people with you because you will be left no choice but to use the stairs. This situation could have been better if they have assigned people to help especially if they know that their elevator’s not working

Literie bonne ...Tout était bien. Ne pas se fier à l'entrée de l'hôtel qui peut dérouter car une belle surprise attend au 10 ème étage.

• Christina (9/5): Tolle Atmooshäre und sauberes Hostel - Das Personal, die Atmosphäre, das kleine Frühstück, das Zimmer (wir hatten ein privates DZ) war wirklich richtig toll! Ich kann das Hostel wirklich nur empfehlen! Der Aufzug der öfters mal nicht funktionier und das Treppenhaus ist für uns Europäer eher gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wir sind die 10 Stockwerte zu Fuß hoch gelaufen, aber das war überhaupt kein Problem = kurzes Sportprogramm ;)

• Garance (9/5): Très agréable, convivial et bien situé, avec un personnel vraiment attentionné. - L’auberge de jeunesse est très bien située et vraiment agréable. Heureusement qu’il y a un ascenseur car elle se trouve au 10e étage. Lors de notre départ, il était en panne, mais le personnel a gentiment descendu nos valises. Heureusement que c’était à la fin du séjour, car monter 10 étages plusieurs fois par jour aurait été compliqué. Le personnel est vraiment très attentionné, gentil et serviable, tout en restant discret. L’ambiance est conviviale : on peut facilement échanger avec d’autres si on en a envie, mais aussi rester tranquille sans pression. Je recommande vraiment cet endroit. Pour information, j’y ai séjourné avec mon enfant dans un studio, avec une chambre séparée et une salle de bain privative, ce qui était très confortable. Quelques détails pourraient encore être améliorés, même si cela n’a pas gâché notre séjour. J’aurais beaucoup apprécié avoir du vrai café au petit-déjeuner plutôt que du Nescafé. Dans le studio, la salle de bain pourrait aussi être un peu mieux aménagée pour éviter de mettre de l’eau partout pendant la douche, et l’évacuation de la baignoire pourrait être améliorée. Cela reste vraiment du détail : dans l’ensemble, le séjour était très, très bien.

Posizione eccellente, vicino piazza tarhir e servita da locali e negozi. Abbiamo soggiornato due volte: la prima camera era ottima, la seconda la doccia non aveva il box, ma nel complesso buona camera. Ascensore datato, invece la struttura rinnovata. . Colazione abbondante ma migliorabile nella qualità poiché ad esempio dovrebbero fare attenzione alla scadenza dello yogurt.

• Pilar (10/5): A wonderful stay! - A wonderful hostel with the kindest staff. We felt at home and the room was super clean and well-sized. I think it would be great if shampoo and body wash were provided in the private rooms.
• Srijani (10/5): Positive and fun - I had a lovely stay at the hostel. I had bookings for both a private room and a dorm room later on during my trip, and both stays were equally good. The hostel has a great vibe and great views of Downtown Cairo. Location is nice and easily accessible. They also do day trips around Cairo and other places, and I did one of those which was great as well. People are very helpful and welcoming. Overall, my experience here has been quite positive.

• Ekaterina (9/5): Хороший хостел в центре. - Отличное расположение в шаговой доступности от старого музея. Расположен на последнем этаже, к нему ведёт лифт. Комната большая, с отличным балконом, неплохой ванной. Завтраки вполне приличные. Персонал отзывчивый, решает проблемы. Кровать в комнате была одна, а не две. Были в начале марта, невероятно холодно ночью, из окон дует, одеяло не помогает. Понимаю, что реже жарко в Египте, но зимой в Каире очень холодно. И в ванной есть тараканы, это очень неприятно.

The hot water supply was very inconsistent! The bathroom had a noticeable drain smell. You can hear the traffic and street noise from the room. The card machine was broken when I tried to pay, so I was forced to use cash.

Le petit déjeuner est vraiment à revoir. On attend plus de 40 min c'est beaucoup trop long quand on veut faire les visites. Ils devraient le proposer plus tôt et il n'est pas très copieux. C'est vraiment le point négatif.

• Ana M. (8/5): Buena ubicación. - Me quedé solo una noche. La ubicación es muy buena, tiene fácil acceso desde una calle céntrica y el personal fue amable. Tienen un buen servicio de lavandería y el desayuno que ofrecen estaba rico.

• Damian Yuan Fong (10/5): - Small modern well located hostel near Tahrir, clean and tidy, although you have too share toilet and bathroom with others but they has total 3 on different floors. Fully equipped kitchen and free breakfast. Definitely recommended for traveler on budget. Only down side is the slow wifi but that seems the common issue for the whole country.

• Marco (10/5): Bellissimo ostello vicino piazza Tahrir popolato di tanti giovani viaggiatori - Il Madina hostel è uno dei migliori ostelli in cui ho alloggiato. La staff è gentilissimo e pronto ad aiutarti in tutte le situazioni anche per prenotare tour e per informazioni varie. La camerata era spaziosa e pulita. Pulitissimi i bagni condivisi che sono in quantità più che sufficiente per evitare lunghe attese. Colazione in stile egiziano preparata al momento più che buona. Inoltre la presenza di tanti giovani viaggiatori stranieri conferisce una bellissima atmosfera internazionale. Un ostello davvero consigliatissimo. Gli spazi comuni del palazzo in cui è ubicato il Madina Hostel e in particolare l'ascensore non sono in buone condizioni. Ma purtroppo non essendo di proprietà dell'ostello (che si trova al decimo piano) capisco che non è colpa dei gestori.

L'hôtel est au 10éme étage ascenseur impressionnant peu sécurisé Un peu bruyant la nuit

• CHAEWON (9/5): 다운타운 숙소 투숙 후기 - 이집트에 머물며 가장 만족스러운 숙소였습니다. 공용 주방에 전자레인지와 커피포트를 비롯한 조리도구가 있어 편하게 사용할 수 있었습니다. 자유롭게 이용 가능한 커피 시설과 매일 아침 제공되는 조식이 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 다운타운 끝쪽에 위치해 적당히 조용하면서도 번화한 거리와 식당이 가까워 매우 편했습니다. 무엇보다 한국인들이 많았고, 공용 화장실과 로비가 깨끗해 만족스러웠습니다! 아쉬웠던 점은 따로 없었습니다. 조식이 8시에 제공된다고 했으나 실제로는 8시 반에서 9시 사이에 식사가 준비되었습니다. 이 부분 외에는 문제되는 부분이 전혀 없었기에, 이집트에 방문한다면 투숙을 추천드립니다!
