• Ageha (4/5): 海外なれしてる人にとってはとってもいい - ちゃんと鍵がかけられるロッカーがあるのでお風呂の時でも安心でした。 トイレ・風呂場の臭いが臭くて､ボディーソープが肌に悪くとてもヒリヒリとした感じだったのが残念でした。あと海外の人が多いので1人で泊まるには少し怖かったです。Wi-Fiも1番遠い部屋だったので繋いだけど全然届きませんでした。

• Tsugumi (1/5): - なし 所詮激安カプセルホテルなので、もちろん期待はしていませんでしたが、対応が悪すぎました。 予定が変更になり、チェックインが0時過ぎても大丈夫かどうか施設に直接連絡し、確認したところ｢大丈夫です｣と男性スタッフから案内があったのにもかかわらずホテルに着くと玄関が閉まっており、ホテルにも電話が繋がらず焦りました。諦めようとしましたが他の店舗があったので、そちらに一か八か繋がれと思い、問い合わせると｢すぐスタッフが向かいます｣と男性スタッフが気だるそうに出てきました。そして何の謝罪もなく不潔な玄関・施設に案内され最悪でした。洗面所はビチョビチョでアカだらけでシーツも汚かったです。(外国人が多かったので使い方が汚くそのまま清掃も何もされてない様子でした。)ラブホテルに泊まったほうがよっぽどマシだなと思いました。大晦日で他のホテルがどこも空いてなかったため仕方なくこちらを選びましたが...二度と宿泊しません。

• sato (8/5): お値打ちでした - 場所がわかりやすかった、ベッドが清潔、貴重品ロッカーがあった、ベッドまわりの荷物を置くスペースが使いやすかった。全体的にコンパクトな施設ですが就寝スペースと水回りの間にドアがあったので音も気にならず静かに過ごせました。 必要充分な設備でしたが、シャワールームの脱衣スペースにバッグをかけられるフックがあると嬉しいです。

• nobutomo (8/5): 暖房が強かった。 - 全体的に清潔である事、アーケード街に面していますが周辺地域の治安は良かったと思います。 上段ベッドの梯子が滑りやすいので気をつけて。
• MAKOTO (6/5): 安くキレイだったが次は無いかな - キレイだった。リンスインじゃなくシャンプーとリンス、ボディーソープがあった。バスタオル1枚と歯ブラシ（歯ブラシはスタッフへ申告）が無料アメニティにあった。 チェックイン前とアウト後の荷物預かりがあり、ありがたかったがスタッフがいない場合、エレベーターホールに置くというルールなので防犯上の不安があった。チェックアウト後に至ってはエレベーターホールに出したままにされていたのにはビックリした。 男女共用洋式トイレが2つしかないので、ラッシュ時はかなり困る。 男性用の小便器は1部屋あったが、なぜか扉になにも貼られていなので開けてみないと分からないのは謎

• Topia (6/5): - Location is great, check-in was easy, interior is modern so the bed has a USB charging port and a regular plug socket. The beds don’t have mattresses, just 2 large flat pillows so it was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. The shoe rack was full of shoes people have left behind, same with the clothes racks and storage areas inside the room. The bathrooms had a constant weird smell to them. The sofa directly outside the bathroom is heavily stained. The hostel had a really weird vibe to it, maybe it was the people staying there that gave it that vibe (also out of 18 beds, only 3 of us there) but it was just a very weird place. I also had to make my own bed which I thought was weird.

It was easy to find, super easy and quick to check-in, clean, quiet and central! And for all my fellow shy people - super comfortable because you didn’t have to talk to anyone ahah! Would stay again! Nothing :)
• Toshio (1/5): - 安かった。 安かろう、悪かろうだ。 3泊した。1泊目に不備な3点（トイレットペーパーが切れかけている。シャワー室のボディソープがない。貴重品用のロッカーに鍵がかからない。）があり 1 　2日に電話連絡したが、謝罪もない。 2 　2日目宿に戻ると改善されてない。 　　3日目の朝ペーパー、夕方にシャンプ　ーが改善されたが、ロッカーは最終日も使えなかった。 3 　再度、電話してもでない。あきれた！ その他、気づいたことは 1 施設自体はリニューアルして新しいが、 2 共同トイレ、シャワー等、毎日掃除してない。だからペーパーがボディシャンプーがないことに気づかない。 3 ソファのシミや汚れがあり座りたくない汚さ。せめてシートカバーをつけて洗濯交換して欲しい。ゴミ箱はゴミが溜まったまま。 4 だから、万博期間中なのに、ガラガラの宿泊者だけど、以前からの宿泊者の残した物置き場にタオル、ペットボトルが置きっ放し。靴箱には残された多くの靴で新たな客が靴を置けない。 　今まで泊まった宿泊施設の中では最低な経営者だ。もう2度と来ない。

• Koichiro (5/5): 盗難は自己責任 - キレイに掃除が行き届いていたところ。 夜、寝る前にハンガーに干した私物のフェイスタオルが翌朝無くなっていた。スタッフが常に不在なので、盗難等の被害に遭った場合、直ぐに誰にも相談出来ない点。

• Amina (1/5): Awful communication - The location is good I messaged the hostile on my late arrival and they did not respond to my email. In the end I arrived at the hostel and no one could let me in so I had to pay extra and spend the night at another hostel and they never got back to me.

In a such a great tourist city like Osaka, I was expecting to talk to someone in person. They should also check their messages more. I waited in front of the reception until they answered me. if you have a small budget and don't have big expectations My bed wasn’t clean properly.

• Lay (10/5): Great staff, perfect location, decent space. Perfect for a one-nighter. - The location was perfect for a group of friends coming to town for the weekend! In the hustle and bustle of shinsaibashi/honmachi but the rooms are quiet. I think for the price, it was exactly what we needed.

• L (5/5): Decent for short stay, good location. - The bed had a curtain which provided nice privacy. I requested a bottom bunk which was provided It was clean! Good.location! It is quiet There is almost zero communication. It is via EMAIL only 1 hr before check in. There is never anyone at the desk and the phone numbers go to voice mail in Japanese every time. There was an iPad for check in that was broken. The wifi was 1 bar 90 percent of the time There was no sanitary source of drinking water (there are taps in the toilet/shower area but that's not sanitary). There is a tap with a filter on level 3 (this is not part of bnb it is an office building) The bed is not a mattress but like a thin yoga mat ontop of wood. I had back pain from sleeping there (however I stayed for multiple nights) According to a poster the workers at this hostel seem to paid in free accomodation so it's less professional than other hostels

• Fodjlun (6/5): The best value hostel given the location; but there are some issues that they need to address - >This could be the most worth hotel given the price, facilities, and location that literally in Shinsaibashi. >The facilities are really clean. >There is no staff in the hotel and the instructions of doing self check-in/check-out is unclear, so I did the procedure as far as I can understand the message given. Got a little feud few days after check out with the admin, they thought I didn't stay and didn't pay the fare. >The communal space was used by a group as a hangout spot (which I'm not sure if they're also staying or not) that makes passing by to enter/exit the rooms awkward. >With the given condition that I experience, I can say that the hotel is very not recommended for female traveler.
