• Danny (6/5): It was a great location with okay facilities and not bad for the value for money but the wifi connection was terrible an - It was close to train stations so made it easy to commute to tourist locations. The laundry is communal and the internet / wifi was terrible.

Enda negativa var att det inte fanns tillräckligt med plats att lämna bagage (begränsad plats) och incheckning är strikt 15.00. Även receptionsdisken är begränsad till vissa timmar.

• Andrés (7/5): Hotel correcto, pero ubicación y servicios mejorables. - El hotel está cuidado y la habitación estaba muy bien. Era suficientemente amplio para tres personas, y contaba con buen baño, lavadora (con detergente) y cocina. Además, la terraza estaba muy bien y tenía buenas vistas. Las camas también muy correctas, pudimos descansar bien. No tienen consigna para guardar el equipaje; cuentan con unas cadenas para atar el equipaje y dejarlo en la sala de descanso del hotel, pero suelen estar todas ocupadas y, además, no hay nadie custodiando las maletas. No hay ninguna recepción como tal, por lo que pierde calidad en cuanto a la atención al cliente; sin embargo, si hubo una persona que nos asistió para hacer el check-in en unas máquinas a la entrada. La ubicación del hotel no es del todo mala, pero tampoco la mejor; no cuenta con ninguna estación de metro o tren demasiado cerca, por lo que tuvimos que coger taxi desde el tren hasta el hotel para no andar tanto cargados con maletas. Hasta la zona de Dotonbori, hay más de 20 minutos andando, y tampoco hay muchas opciones de transporte cerca para llegar a esas zonas. La avenida en la que está ubicada el hotel, y hacia la que dan las ventanas, es algo ruidosa por el tráfico, por lo que si la habitación está en las plantas más bajas no es muy viable dejar las ventanas abiertas. En relación calidad-precio, no es de lo mejor en mi opinión.

Very clean, neat and comfortable, with facilities having everything We needed. The walls are a bit thin -so you can sometimes hear people, but thats ok! Overall fantastic value for money and I would happily stay again! There was a strange smell on My floor - I am not sure why. But I figured it was the neighbours that were in the Building and not with the Hotel. Some additional cleaning products so I could clean bathroom and vacuum etc would be helpful.

• Sasanti (9/5): - Our room was spacious like a small apartment with all kind of equipment, including a wash machine and a kitchenette, many sleepers. It's situated not far away from the railway station. I don't like self check-in. The hotel is situated at a big road, a bit noisy but it was ok, we could sleep very well.

• Heribert (9/5): - Der Balkon war super, man hatte einen tollen Ausblick über die Stadt. Auch die Ausstattung war super. Es gab eine Kochstelle und eine Waschmaschine. Die Unterkunft war sauber und es gab sogar einen kleinen Schrank mit Kleiderbügeln um Hemden oder Ähnliches aufzuhängen. Ebenfalls war gab es im Erdgeschoss einen Bereich, wo man gratis Wasser und Tee bekommen hat. Die Lage war auch gut, ca. 7 min. Fußweg zur nächsten Metro Haltestelle. Die Waschmaschine hat ein wenig gestunken.

It has tatami mats and had a washing machine and clothes horse available. It is close to the Shinsekai area. Can swap towels with the security/staff on the ground floor There is no reception area and it is not manned until 3pm. We went to drop off our bags and there was little space to lock up your bags.

Un lave linge est dans la chambre ce qui est grandement appréciable. La lessive est fournie. Grand placard de rangement pour y mettre entre autre les valises. Kitchenette équipée pour 3 personnes, frigo, congélateur et micro onde. Possibilité de laisser ses valises après le check out. Situé à proximité des commodités et d’un quartier animé. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Pour chipoter, les accès aux métros sont à 10-15 min à pieds.

• siri (10/5): Immer wieder gerne :) - Es war wirklich schwer, eine nette und preislich okaye Unterkunft in Osaka während der Kirschblüte 2026 zu finden. Mit diesem Hotel haben wir aber einen Volltreffer gelandet! Die Zimmer hatten neben einem Badezimmer auch je eine kleine Kochecke (inkl. Mikrowelle, Pfannen, Besteck etc.), einen Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, eine Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel und einen Balkon. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und es gab ausreichend Steckdosen. Im 5. Stock gab es eine Smoking Area auf der Feuertreppe im Freien. ^^ In der Lobby gab es kostenlosen Kaffee und Tee und zudem einen Getränkeautomaten sowie Sitzmöglichkeiten und eine Toilette. Die Unterkunft selbst ist aber weniger Hotel und mehr Appartement, denn es gibt keine Reinigung etc. und man muss seinen Müll selbst nach unten in den Müllraum bringen. Ich persönlich mag diese Gegend in Osaka sehr, auch wenn man ein bisschen "vom Schuss" ist. Man erreicht die Ebisucho Station in ca. 7 Minuten Fußweg, die Tennoji Station sowie das Abeno Harukas in ca. 15-20 Minuten Fußweg und den Tsutenkaku inkl. Shinsekai in ca. 8 Minuten Fußweg. Zur Shin Osaka Station braucht man öffentlich ca. 45min, zur Namba und zur Tengachaya Station (Ausflüge nach Koyasan) jeweils ca. 15min. Zudem erreicht man die Anlage des Shitenno-ji in nur wenigen Gehminuten. Der Check-In mit dem Mitarbeiter verlief etwas seltsam. Es wirkte, als hätte er keine Lust darauf, jetzt drei Zimmer gleichzeitig einzuchecken und hat relativ lange gebraucht, um alles fertig zu machen. Schlussendlich hat aber alles gut funktioniert und wir hatten keine Probleme. :-)

• Shin Wei (8/5): - 住宿左邊小路一直直走約10分鐘可抵達惠美須丁站2號出口有點遠但飯店空間很大回飯店可以好好休息，房間內也有微波爐跟廚房洗衣機非常方便！唯一缺點應該就是位置比較偏沒有五分鐘即達的超商 除了位置比較偏遠其他都很好

• Maksim (7/5): Not bad for a short stay! - Location is great, you get everything you need within a 15-min walk distance. Plus, the room size is really large compared to most other hotels in that area for a similar price. Decent room facilities, especially a small kitchenette that allows you to prepare a simple meal if you're not up for eating out. Pay attention that this is NOT a hotel. It's not bad per se, but this needs to be taken into account. First, there is no room service, so if you want your room to be cleaned / towels replaced you have to explicitly ask them for it. Second, there are no basic hotel-style hospitality perks like complementary (or even paid) snacks, drinks, coffee / tea bags in the room. Third, the staff is not available for 24 hours. The room we got was sold as a three-bedroom and it really had one single mattress and one double mattress which I found totally impractical. Although the room size is "relatively" large (by Japanese standards), the sleeping area with these two matresses on a huge frame occupies like 80% of the room making the space quite useless. Besides, I have no idea if the building is old or new, but it is not soundproof at all. And you're lucky if your neighbours go to bed the same time you do. The windows face the street which can sometimes be noisy at night and in the morning.

• Vojtěch (9/5): Ideální ubytování v centru Japonska - Jednoduchý check in i odhlášeni. Možnost nechat si poté zavazadla zdarma zamčené v hlavní místnosti, lokalita a dostupnost do ubytování, čisté. Jako žena bych uvítala více ručníku- na obličej ruce, tělo s vlasy, nicméně více ručníku vám neposkytne jsou v pokoji celkem 4 pro 2 osoby. Zvážila bych dat hostům více ručníku. V ubytování bylo horší těsnění oken - každé ráno nás budil řidič s autíčkem, který rozváží kerosin a hraje klidně hodinu, ale to je téměř všude, vyřešilo by to Lepší odhlučnění, jinak byl klid z okolních pokojů. Úklid se tam neprovádí.

• Mizuho (6/5): おおむね快適でしたが、ハウスダストが辛かったです。 - チェックイン・チェックアウトがとてもスムーズでした。入り口からロビー、エレベーター、室内と全てのエリアが整頓されておりとても清潔感がありました。無料のお茶やコーヒーのサービスもありがたかったです。 夜寝る時ハウスダストアレルギーを発症してしまい、喉や目が痒くて鼻水が止まりませんでした。布団、カーテン、畳…どれが原因かはわかりませんが、部屋に戻ってくると発症するので部屋にある何かしらが原因だと思います。2泊したのですが、2泊とも辛かったです。

Es gab ausserdem die Möglichkeit, vor dem Check-in, die Koffer vor Ort abzuschliessen. Zu Beginn hatten wir nicht ganz begriffen, dass wir bis zum offiziellen Check-in Zeitpunkt warten mussten um elektronisch einzuchecken. Ausserdem mussten wir den Abfall selber entsorgen (Möglichkeit im Haus)-

• bernadette (9/5): - Space, cleanliness, amenities Location, because it is directly in front of a well traffic area, it can be a bit loud. You can hear car noises inside the room. Some of the noises woke us up in the middle of the night
• Oona (9/5): Hyvä ja siisti hotelli. - Pesuhuone oli matala pitkällä ihmiselle, varsinkin suihkussa käyminen oli hankalaa.
• Linnel Faye (9/5): - I like all the facilities, its complete The location is far from station, ljke 7 to 9 min walk from grocery or convenience store.
• Alice (8/5): Ótimo custo benefício. - Gostei da estrutura, o apartamento tinha tudo que é necessário para uma acomodação, e estava bem limpo. Foi informado que se chegássemos antes do horário do check in, poderíamos deixar as nossas malas no lobby, porém em nenhum momento foi dito que o prédio só tem funcionários a partir das 10hs. Então, chegamos às 8h30 e não conseguimos entrar no lobby e nem conversar com ninguém do staff. Sugiro que seja informado isso no ato da reserva para evitar falha de comunicação.
