• Tirza (8/5): Geweldige locatie en host, zeker een aanrader! - De locatie was geweldig, tussen de bergen, prachtig uitzicht. Goede locatie om de Valbona pass hike te doen en de blue eye en waterval te bezoeken. Alles was schoon en we hadden alles wat we nodig hadden. De host was mega vriendelijk, erg behulpzaam en heeft ervoor gezorgd dat we ons welkom voelde. Ook het hondje Coco was erg lief! Het enige wat iets beter had gekund waren de bedden, die waren iets te zacht voor ons. Maar voor de prijs kunnen we niet klagen.

She prepared a great breakfast, don’t skip the fig jam! The room was SO CLEAN. Provided slippers for the shower. Amazing. The bedroom? best sleep I have had so far in Albania. The comfiest comforter. Open windows all night made for the perfect temp. Plenty places within walking distance. A billion stars! That I had to leave!

• Stefan (4/5): Nicht nochmal - Die Lage ist wirklich gut und das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Das Zimmer war als wir ankamen leider eiskalt und die kleine Zustellheizung hat so gut wie gar nix bewirkt. Toilettenpapier gab es leider keins und wir mussten es uns selbst besorgen. Preisleistungsverhältnis einfach unverschämt.

Difficult to find, Google maps takes to the wrong place so had to contact the owner. Out of properties control but the electricity was out all night so unable to charge devices or use lights.

• Irene (5/5): Vibes were a bit off - Unfortunately we didn’t quite enjoy our stay here. The beds were not comfortable and there wasn’t any surface to put our stuff on. We were woken up at 4am each night by a cockerel. The walls are really thin and it didn’t provide us with the good nights sleep we craved after doing the Valbone-Theth hike. Breakfast was okay but no coffee. It finished at 9am which felt a bit early as we would’ve liked to have a lie in after the hike. Maybe we caught the hosts on a bad day but it didn’t feel very welcoming and there wasn’t much of a vibe.
• Guest (10/5): Short but good - The place is magical. Unfortunately, I had a car accident late at night just before arrival, but the hosts were absolutely amazing and supportive. They helped as much as they could, even when it was their time to sleep. Nice breakfast.

• Jozefin (10/5): Gente meravigliosa - Location centralissima, a circa 100 m dalla chiesa. Proprietari meravigliosi. Gente semplice e pronta ad aiutarti su qualsiasi richiesta. Molto carini e socievoli. È stato un piacere Vera e Pashko 🥰 Era la prima volta da voi ma speriamo non sia l'ultima. Tutto ottimo.

• Iuliia (10/5): This place feels like you’re staying at your grandma or mom. Surrounded by love and care, calmness and friendly people a - Everything about this stay was great. Starting with the host that was very helpful even before our arrival, to the location and facilities. The guesthouse is not in the center of the village but it’s also quiet here (except for some animals which I personally loved), still very easy to get to the center. The host is VERY welcoming, offering amazing food, helping with some other requests that we had. The place is comfortable for stay, clean and well maintained. Bonus point - they have cute dogs that are very cuddly. Just my personal preference - the shower was in the bathroom not separated from the rest of the room. So after it, I spent a couple of minutes pushing the water to the drain but it’s such a minor thing that it didn’t change my opinion. The shower itself was great! The water pressure is on point.

• Loren (10/5): Thank you! - Great staff, very kind and generous people. Breakfast came with delicious home made jam. We were upgraded to having our own private bathroom. The rooms are basic but clean. There were a lot of mosquitos - a large pool full of stagnant water sits behind the guesthouse. Lots of little yappy dogs like to come out to play during the night.

• Xabier (7/5): Experiencia condicionada - El trato del personal y el desayuno (todo casero y riquísimo) Cuando llegamos se fue la luz en todo el pueblo durante un día, y no tenían generador eléctrico para proporcionar servicios mínimos.

• Maxence (10/5): Pure Rust - We zijn hier maar één nacht gebleven wat heel jammer vond. Ze zijn er super vriendelijk het was heel proper. Je kan er ook eten, dat hebben we jammer genoeg niet gedaan. Er staat nog een huis dat meer dan 200 jaar had. Heel traditioneel!

• Olga Laura (2/5): Para no volver. - No elegimos muy bien, la verdad que pocas cosas nos gustaron. No permitían pago con tarjeta y no está indicado en sus condiciones. La habitación era muy austera y el baño muy descuidado, no nos sentimos a gusto.

Je wordt omringd door machtige prachtige bergen! Je wordt verwend bij alles. Gastvrijheid. Ontbijt. Fantastisch! Alles was perfect!
• ANGELA (5/5): Si te lo puedes permitir busca otro sitio. - Lo único bueno es la ubicación. El hostal está muy cerca del inicio de las rutas de trekking más importantes y cerca de la iglesia. Puedes aparcar en su entrada y nuestra habitacion era muy amplia. Incluye desayuno. También tiene 1 nevera compartida con el resto de las habitaciones del piso. Si solo quieres pasar una noche y descansar un poco es suficiente. Pero en mi opinión no tiene nada más bueno. El precio no está justificado. Casi 60€. Es una zona muy demandada pero aún así no lo vale. La habitación es muy básica, sin armario solo un perchero. No había mosquitera en nuestra habitación asi que se llena de mosquitos cuando abres la ventana y no hay otra opción porque no tiene aire acondicionado. Las camas son incómodas y el baño pequeño, con la ducha encima del wc, se pone todo perdido de agua. No te dejan ni una botella de agua hay que bajar y pagarlas, 1€ la botella pequeña. Lo peor es que algún huesped se dejó la nevera abierta y cuando fui a sacar nuestra comida salió un ratoncito de la nevera y acabó metiéndose en otra habitación. Tuve que tirar la comida y ya sé que estás en el campo pero no debería haber ratones en la casa. Alguien más aprensivo habría salido de alli pitando. El personal, excepto la señora que nos recibió, es bastante pasota. Pensábamos cenar allí a las 21:30 pero cuando fuimos nos dijeron que era muy tarde y nos sugirieron otro sitio. Creo que podrían ampliar un poco el horario de la cena o al menos ofrecer algo de comida fría ya que entre que vuelves de las caminatas, te duchas y te acomodas se hace tarde. El desayuno es muy básico y si quieres café lo pagas aparte... y hablamos de 1 habitación de 60€ no de 30 que podría entenderlo. Yo no lo recomendaría, aunque si buscas un sitio donde hacer una noche y que no te peguen los palos que te pegan por la zona podría servir.

• Arjan (10/5): Ich kann allen die nach Theth kommen nur herzlich empfehlen das Gasthaus Pashko zu besuchen und das gute Essen zu genieß - Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend. Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen zum Frühstück das sehr leckere Petulla von Vera zu essen. Auch das Abendessen war immer sehr lecker und traditionell.

Accueil agréable et Petit déjeuner copieux mais Café non compris !!, avec possibilité de se faire des sandwichs pour les randos. Bien placés pour départ Rando vers le l'oeil bleu et cascade de Grunas. Un peu élevé niveau tarif par rapport à la chambre. Chambre spartiate, manque un peu de confort ( pas de chaise, pas de tapis de bain), douche fuyait, mais bonne literie.

• Rachel (8/5): - Great location and stay whilst in Theth. Host was friendly and welcoming and a lovely continental breakfast served each morning with mountain tea or coffee. The room was basic with private bathroom but was enough space for the 2 of us. Both rooms clean and towels provided. Private parking on property grounds the host also let us keep our car a little longer parked up to complete a small hike after checkout. View from the room is amazing. You can also book an evening meal at the property with some notice to the host and cold beverages available to purchase. Property in short walking distance to start of most hikes. You can hear other guests in the room next door, not really an issue as everyone is in bed early after hiking all day unless you have someone with a cough 🙉. Not the host or properties fault. Plus I forgot to pack my ear plugs.

• Demian (6/5): Prima plek om te overnachten tijdens een hike - De gastvrouw, Vera, staat voor alles open en is erg vriendelijk! De ligging van Guesthouse Pashko is perfect, alles zit in de buurt. Perfecte tussenstop voor een hike. Het ontbijt was iedere ochtend ook keurig geregeld! Tijdens ons verblijf was het buiten lekker weer, overdag gemiddeld 17 graden. Helaas was de kamer enorm koud en was het vrij vochtig. Dit merkte je heel erg aan het beddengoed en onze kleding.

• Jaiminee (7/5): Lovely but cold - In a beautiful surrounding! Came in May and it was freezing and there is no heating in the rooms! Others staying here were leaving after one night as it was just too cold. The shower was really lovely and hot. The breakfast was plentiful and the bread was the best I’ve had in Albania and toasted! She gave me lots of cups of tea and Pashko was really kind and gave me a lift to the central bus station. Though the dogs are a bit of a nuisance! No heating, it was 6 degrees in May and it was snowing! So bring warm clothes in shoulder seasons. I’m afraid of dogs and there were a few here. Not on the main road so path gets a little flooded when it rains

• Tara Marie (9/5): Would recommend! This place was comfortable, clean and the staff were helpful. - Mr. and Mrs. Pashko were super friendly and accommodating! My boyfriend eats a lot for breakfast and she kindly made more eggs for him both mornings we stayed. Mrs. Pashko also found an extra hiking pole for me to use during our stay.
• Enis Abazi (10/5): Tolle Lage neben der Kirche im wunderschönen Tethe - Die Lage neben der Kirche ist top. Vera und die Familie sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Abendessen ist richtig üppig und gut. Etwas hellhörig.
