- dahan (8/5): 40 mi. esperando en la lluvia - Buen hambiente El personal en la recepción, en realidad uno en especial no recuerdo su nombre , pero el día del check-ine habían enviado desde el Hostel un WhatsApp consultando el horario de llegada les dije 17:30hs. Horario el cual respete a la perfección, a llegar estuve más de 35 minutos parado en la puerta tocando el timbre , llamando y enviando mensajes al móvil del Hostel , por suerte un huésped llegó y nos dejó pasar , pasadas las 18:20 recién apareció el recepcionista que estaba en un cuarto y dejo el móvil en el mostrador ... Repito más de 40 minutos en la lluvia esperando . El resto del personal muy bien

- Gianluca (6/5): - L'unico punto da evidenziare è la posizione. Ho soggiorno nella stanza con 4 letti e bagno interno. Lenzuola e coperte erano tutte macchiate. Si sono inventati la scusa che la reception chiudeva alle 14:00 per non fare depositare bagagli. Quindi se valutate che spenderete 1€/ora per deposito in altro posto magari conviene andare in altra struttura anche se più cara che si ha di più. Mobilio vecchio e rotto. Doccia molto piccola

- Berkay (8/5): - I loved the multicultural environment. The staff was great and very helpful. It is a safe place with no chaos and arguments. It's also seriously close to the central part of Naples and the Napoli Garibaldi station, being only minutes away from many famous food spots that offer absolutely delicious meals.

- Rhiannon (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE - BED BUGS AND TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT - The entire experience was so awful, I would never recommend to have to deal with this on a trip. I have had such an awful experience with this hostel. Before my arrival I found via multiple google reviews that the hostel had a beg bug infestation that they did not alert any of their guests of. I contacted them directly to try and cancel my booking as I am allergic to bed bugs and they ignored all my messages despite contacting me just moments before. They then charged me a cancellation fee because they deemed it as a "no show" despite me messaging them on multiple platforms and informing booking.com. They still have not refunded me despite their breach of health and safey protocol and the management were so rude and completely unhelpful. Such a scam and would never recommed having to deal with this situation.

- Inês (5/5): Central, mas não voltaria - Estava muito bem localizado! Apesar de ser muito central, não era uma zona muito segura. A casa de banho não tinha água muito quente e a limpeza deixava muito a desejar, não só na casa de banho, mas em todo o alojamento.

- Barbara (7/5): I feel like I have good karma with the place so i will probably stay next year as well. - This was my third year there. Best location. I love being right in the middle of Centro Storico. Because it was so hot this year all the windows were open and I got bit by mosquitoes so bad I couldn’t sleep all night, but I was able to move to a different floor with a room with no windows so that solved the problem. It’s hard to say something bad because the staff us so great. They did have some problems this year with electricity going out, hot water not working and broken fridge. But they remedied the situation swiftly.

- DIETER LORENZ (9/5): Günstige Budgetunterkunft in TOP-Altstadtlage - Lage, Lage und noch mal Lage. Das Personal war super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Natürlich der günstige Preis. Vorsicht bei den Extrakosten für z.B. später Check-in (ab 20:00 Uhr), Gepäckaufbewahrung usw. Geräumigere Gemeinschaftsduschen und -toilietten mit frequentierterer Reinigung.

- Elyas (5/5): Gute Lage für oken Preis, würde die Unterkunft aber nicht nochmal buchen. - Super Lage direkt im Zentrum Das wlan war in meinem Zimmer sehr schlecht, die Gemeinschaft Duschen extrem klein und die Klos fast dauerhaft schmutzig. Das Bad das ich mir in meinem Zimmer geteilt habe war größer und dadurch das es nur zwei Menschen benutzt haben auch sauber. Die Dusche funktioniert nur nicht weshalb man immer runter gehen muss.

- yanina (5/5): Lo evitaria - La ubicacion es muy buena, en en centro historico, zona segura y cerca de los barcitos de via Purgatorio. La cocina, aceptable. Los chicos de la recepcion, un 10. El aspecto general del hostel es de abandono, al menos una manito de pintura le vendria bien, la habitacion es pequeña, sin locker, sin aire acondicionado, el baño no tenia espejo. Las ventanas de algunas habitaciones dan al pasillo x donde circulas, dando la sensacion de conventillo.

- Paula (7/5): - Super friendly hostel and very well located. Just a few steps from a beautiful and busy street. In terms of location, kitchen, and shared spaces I would recommend. I was given an “upgrade” from a shared room to a private one (they were having works in the original room). The problem was that ventilation in the room was awful. The only window it had was connected to another room (so not open air, and depending on the other person if their window was opened or not) and it was out of my reach. One night the lights from the contiguous room were left on, which made my room illuminated the whole night. I appreciate the private room but between the heat, no ventilation and the lights on, it was a bit uncomfortable. Nevertheless, the other rooms seemed nice! And the staff is super helpful.
- Claudia Marzano (8/5): - Ótima localização, bem no coração do casco antigo de Napoli. Da para ir aos pontos interessantes a pé e também da estação central. Tem metrô próximo se preferir. Hostel e bem simples, quarto e bem pequeno com pouco espaço. Bom custo benefício. Pouco espaço para deixar itens pessoais.
- Friedhelm (9/5): Gute Lage im historischen Zentrum, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, oft zu großzügig. - Es ist alles sauber und ordentlich, außer in der Küche, wo Gäste offenbar Lebensmittel bei ihrer Abreise vergessen und auch nicht beschriftet haben. Trotz der chaotischen Umgebung kann man sich sicher fühlen, das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Die Ordnung in der Küche, Lebensmittel aus dem Kühlschrank, die nicht beschriftet sind, sollten für einen Tag herausgeholt und dann weggeworfen werden.
