• Celina (1/5): Schimmel Hotel - Es war absolut dreckig und es roch nach Schimmel. Das Bad und der duschvorhang waren ebenfalls schimmelig. Zudem fanden wir Haare und Flecken auf den Betten. Die Unterkunft ist absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Wir sind noch am selben Tag abgereist, wobei das Personal sehr uneinsichtig und unfreundlich war. Wir haben über booking eine Rückerstattung gefordert, diese aber immer noch nicht erhalten.

• Chi Kong (1/5): Avoid if you have option. - Working elevator Claim 24 hours reception, but nobody open building main door when I arrived at 11:30am with luggages, had to stood on street keep ringing the door bell until someone opened gate when leaving the building. Not able to checkin until afternoon, without the key, same problem happened when I returned at 3pm. The staff working in the hostal said I did not ring the door bell, I told him I did and the key panel sounded when the button was pressed, he didn't listen to me and fix their problem, this mean every guest will face the same problem.

Cerrando y abriendo puertas, no tiene ventanas, el colchón y la parrilla de la cama deformados. El baño tiene un desnivel muy peligroso cuando se sale del baño. Te puedes caer y darte un mal golpe. El conserve a las carcajadas y en alta voz riéndose. Hay un frigorífico en el pasillo frente a la habitación que los pasajeros lo utilizan no se para que, un caos hasta las 02:00 hs

• Ion Ander (2/5): Sin mas - la ubicación era lo mejor de este establecimiento por dónde empezar en primer lugar nada más llegar toqué el timbre repetías ocasiones y no me abrió nadie tuve que llamar por teléfono al establecimiento para que me abrieran la puerta, en segundo lugar el establecimiento al entrar olía a tubería muchísimo, en tercer lugar las instalaciones antiguas sucias y con una falta tremenda de remodelación, al entrar en la habitación observé, que la habitación no la limpia muy bien presencia de cal tanto el lavabo como en ducha sábanas yo diría que no las habían lavado y debajo de la cama había más polvo que en una orgía. por mucho que la ubicación sea magnífica porque está en el centro no merece la pena la relación calidad-precio a mí me pareció caro para lo que es he estado en albergues gratis en mejores condiciones. Por terminar añadiré dos últimos datos la tele tenía cuatro canales de los cuales dos se veían mal y al ducharme al cabo de tres minutos el agua salía helada

• Sophia (1/5): - I had a very disappointing experience at this property and would not recommend it to anyone. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The bedsheets were dirty, and the bathroom was in very poor hygienic condition. On top of that, there was a strong and unpleasant smell throughout the entire property, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. The air conditioning was not working at all, which made the situation even worse, especially given the conditions inside the room. The staff behavior was also very unprofessional. They were unhelpful and, at times, even rude. At one point, they refused to provide basic necessities like towels and ice, even during what we considered an urgent situation. To make matters worse, late at night (around midnight), they aggressively knocked on our door and woke us up, falsely accusing us of making noise, while we were actually sleeping. Overall, this experience was far below any acceptable standard of hospitality. I strongly advise others to avoid this property.

• De los Santos (4/5): - La ubicación y es el primer piso, facil de encontrar. En la habitación se escuchaba todo, cuando llegaban las personas en la madrugada y cuando había gente en recepción en las mañanas. Mucha claridad en el cuarto.

Apenas llegamos el personal nos trato muy mal por llegar 10 min antes del check-in (no era español), las habitaciones eran chicas (incomodas) y muy viejas con humedad, en varios momentos del día se olía a podrido por todo el hotel. Sin duda no volvería a este hotel.

Era microscopica, già nella scala si sente un terribile odore di sporco. Siamo entrati e ci hanno fatto accomodare in una camera piccola e sporca. Tovaglie strappate, condizionatore non funzionante, bagno indecente, lenzuola sporche e tovaglie sporche tanto è vero che abbiamo preferito comprare un rotolone di carta e asciugarci con quella. Non sono mai venuti a pulire la stanza o a svuotare i cestini. Wifi non funzionante. Phon in cindivisione solo su richiesta e sporchissimo. È stato un incubo!! E lui poi si è arrabbiato perche la carta è uscita fuori dal cestino! Ma se non la svuotavano mai cosa dovevamo fare. Tutto troppo sporco e per schifarmi io c’e ne vuole.

• Mercedes del Carmen (3/5): - Lo único que me gustó es la ubicación y que desgraciadamente es de los lugares más baratos en el centro de Barcelona... Todo estaba sucio. To-do. Había manchas en las toallas, sábanas, edredón, baño... Me dió tanto asco que dormí tapada con mi abrigo la primera noche. Y encima, el aire acondicionado no funciona, la tv tampoco. Y detrás de mi cama había una puerta que no se podía abrir y estoy segura de que había un baño porque podía oler todo y escuchar cuando se duchaban. Por otro lado, la primera noche, me despertaron a las 4,5,7 y 8h de la mañana porque las paredes son muy finas y se escucha absolutamente todo: la gente entrando, saliendo, comiendo, en los pasillos... Horrible, menuda noche pasé. No volvería.

La cosa che non mi ha piaciuto proprio è sbagliata che sull'annuncio era scritto la distanza tra l'hotel e il consolato marocchino è 800 metri. invece la distanza reale e più di 4,9 kilometri.

• Marta (4/5): Mediocre - Lo que vale la pena es la ubicación, es perfecta, céntrica, al lado de todo. Las sábanas tenían manchas, menos mal que llevamos las nuestras, el baño en general bastante sucio, la ducha y el lavabo sobre todo, lleno de pelusas y manchas. No había papel higiénico guardado, tenías que salir a pedirlo. El secador igual, lo pides y lo devuelves. No hay gel ni champú para la ducha. Se escucha TODO lo de las otras habitaciones, incluso si están solo hablando. La cama es incomodísima, se hunde para dentro. Un día nos tuvimos que duchar con agua congelada porque no salió más que 2 minutos agua caliente. La tele tiene 3 canales. Por el precio que tiene no esperaba mucho, pero qué menos que un poco de limpieza? En fin… solo vale la pena por la ubicación.
• Józsefné (9/5): Ha szerényebb szállásmegoldás a cél, tökéletes! - A szoba nem túl nagy, de barátságos! A személyzet mindenben segített, amiben csak lehetett! Későn érkeztünk ( helyi idő szerint 20 óra körül), de ez nem jelentett problémát! Beszélnek angolul. Voltak hűtők, mikrohullámú sütők, kenyérpirító, vízmelegítő! Az ágynemű, törölközők tiszták voltak! Utóbbit cserélték is. Wc papír kikészítve, igény szerint elvehető. Maga a hely abszolút a központban van. Közlekedés szempontjából tökéletes! Csak jót tudok mondani! Nem tudok ilyent mondani.
