• Hyeonjong (10/5): - 직원분들 모두 친절하시고, 객실과 각 층마다 화장실이 마련되어 있습니다. 제가 방문했을 때는 호스텔 숙박 인원이 많지 않아 편안하게 이용할 수 있었습니다. 필요하시면 헤어드라이어도 대여해주시며, 조식으로는 시리얼, 과일, 빵이 제공되는데 무난한 편이었습니다. 또한, 각 객실에는 넓은 보관함과 금고가 있어 28인치 정도의 캐리어까지 보관 가능하며, 잠금장치를 사용하시려면 자물쇠가 필요합니다. 방도 큰 편이였습니다. 혼자 여행하시거나 친구와 저렴한 숙소를 찾으신다면 추천드립니다!
• Yuxin (9/5): 一个人的伦敦之旅 - 位于西伦敦，离伯爵宫地铁站很近，周边饮食，交通都非常方便，离海德公园、自然历史博物馆和V&A博物馆都很近都很近；六人间，干净舒适，舍友都很安静，安全性很高，有保险柜，房间有锁，进门也有门禁，很好的一次住宿体验。

• Lincoln (8/5): Loved staying here. It was a great home base for me to come back to after exploring the city and it’s in a great locatio - The location is pretty much perfect. Located right next to a grocery store, tons of other shops and restaurants and a metro station that can easy connect you to the rest of the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Having a kitchen and laundry services on site was very nice and the overall vibe of this hostel was very cosy and comfortable The laundry is coin only unfortunately

Location perfect-located on a side street that was residential, quiet and felt safe. Grocery store on corner and very short walk to Earls Court Station. I highly recommend. Reception doesn’t open until 7:30, so we were unable to store our bags for the day as we had an early train.

• Beatriz (8/5): Excelente localização! - A localização é excelente. A 6 minutos do metro e 2 minutos do ponto de onibus mais próximo. Proximo ao supermecardo, a vários cafes e restaurantes! Quarto confortável, espaçoso e banheiro super limpo. O lixo era trocado todos os dias! Chuveiro com muita pressão e quentinho. Não gostei de ter que arrumar e desarrumar a minha cama, inclusive de ter que colocar a capa no edredom. A minha cama era numa treliche, no último andar. Eu estava cansada e não tinha a informação de que eu teria que forrar a minha cama, meu travesseiro e meu endredom na chegada e na saída. É algo que não me incomodaria se a informação tivesse sido compartilhada com antecedência. Estou acostumada a me hospedar eu hostels pelo mundo e foi a primeira vez que tive que fazer isso. Se puderem informar aos hospedes com antecedência ou pelo menos explicar um pouco melhor na chegada, melhoria a experiência.

• Layara (8/5): - Boa localização, funcionários muito simpáticos. Não tem elevador, o café da manhã é bem ruim, não vale a pena, se for pra comer oque eles oferecem de café da manhã compensa comprar no mercado e comer no quarto que se come melhor gastando menos.

• Yanxiang (5/5): A previously good experience was overshadowed by a serious safety incident and an unprofessional response from staff. - Before this incident, the hostel had always been a very good option. The environment was pleasant, the common areas were comfortable, and the location was convenient. It used to be my first choice when staying in London. There are serious concerns regarding safety and management. On the afternoon of my stay, a visibly intoxicated individual who had previously stayed at the hostel was able to enter the property freely, as he still knew the access code. While I was alone in the TV/common room, he approached me, initiated unwanted conversation, and eventually used inappropriate and offensive language, which made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. When I left the building to avoid him, I saw him urinating on the street and shouting “fuck off” at me. Shortly after, when I returned, I found visible blood stains across the entrance steps. This was extremely disturbing and indicates a serious lack of on-site control and security. What made the situation worse was the staff response the next day. When I reported the incident, I was told that this person was a “nice guy.” This response was highly unprofessional and dismissive of my experience and safety concerns. I strongly recommend improving access control (for example, regularly changing entry codes or implementing a more secure system) and ensuring that staff take incidents like this seriously and respond appropriately.

• DAVID (9/5): Gran relación calidad-precio - Nos alojamos en una habitación doble privada, que era reducida de tamaño pero totalmente suficiente para pasar las noches. Estaba muy limpia y el baño era bastante nuevo. La recepción del establecimiento fue muy amable en todo momento y nos permitió hacer un check-in a horas muy tardías, y nos guardaron los equipajes durante el día de salida. Tiene buenas combinaciones de transporte público y la zona es tranquila.

• Ariadna2208 (9/5): Barmy Badger Backpackers - The lady of the Hostel was very kind and patient. I can't say anything since I liked the place, which was very comfy and had everything at hand, and the avenue of the location is nice (it had a few supermarkets and restaurants near it).

A személyzet nagyon segítőkész és a hely közel volt a metróhoz egy csendes utcában :) A fenti fürdőszoba ajtó zárja nem működik, de nem mentünk be ha égett a lámpa :)

• Natalia (6/5): - The hotel staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant, which makes the stay more comfortable. However, cleanliness needs improvement. From the very beginning, I noticed some dark stains on the bedsheet, and after experiencing several bites, I realized they were bed bugs. This is an issue that should be addressed urgently.

• Joan (9/5): A brilliant place for a short stay but take your own towel. - It was clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful and the bunks comfortable but very hot because of the mattress cover I think. The bathroom was great, clean and a good shower. The location was excellent for where I wanted to be. You could even have a good continental breakfast, which you made yourself and ate with the other guests.It was excellent value for money. I would definitely stay again if I needed to be in that area. The only quibble was the £5 charge for a thin, old towel.This was more expensive than advertised. If you have room, take your own or even buy one. It would probably be cheaper and would definitely be nicer.

• Yabing (1/5): - Now in hospital with Cellulitis. DO NOT STAY HERE. I stayed last Monday and had a delayed reaction by Tuesday evening—huge, itchy welts. At first, I wasn't sure if it was from this hostel, so I stupidly stayed again this Monday. BIG MISTAKE. By Tuesday afternoon, my skin exploded again. This time it’s so much worse—the bites have developed into Cellulitis. My leg is massive, bright red, and burning hot. I’ve literally had to draw circles around the swelling to track the infection, and now I’m having to go to the hospital for treatment. I’ve still got scars on my neck from the first time, and now this. This place is dangerously infested and they clearly aren't doing anything about it. Save your health and stay anywhere else. Absolute nightmare.

Możliwość korzystania ze wspólnej kuchni, dobrze wyposażonej. Czysto. Pokój bardzo mały. Piętrowe łóżko, gdzie na górne drabinka z okrągłymi szczeblami - trudno wejść. Dolne łóżko ma niewielką przestrzeń nad głową. Przechowalnia bagażu dodatkowo płatna 5 GBF od osoby. Brak ręczników w cenie.

• Laura (10/5): - Das Hostel liegt in einem der Reihenstadthäuser. Wir hatten ein privates Doppelzimmer mit Gemeinschaftsbad ganz oben im dritten Stock. Das Bett war zwar eher schmal für zwei Leute und das Zimmer klein, aber das Bett war sehr stabil und gemütlich, wir haben richtig gut geschlafen. Es gab eine angenehme, entspannte Stimmung, alle waren sehr nett. Supermarkt und U-Bahn in direkter Umgebung, man kann vom fußläufig entferntem Bahnhof West Brompton direkt nach Watford fahren, um von dort mit den kostenlosen Shuttle-Bussen zur Warner Brothers Harry Potter Studio Tour zu gelangen.

• mireia (8/5): - La ubicación está super bien, tiene bus y metro a 5 minutos andando, la parada earl's court. Barrio tranquilo, no se escucha ruido por la noche. Tienes calefacción en la habitación y la puedes autoregular. Cogimos una habitación para 2 personas, no tiene baño ni ducha privada, pero los 4 baños de los que disponen están limpios a cualquier hora del día y reformados. Las camas eran muy cómodas. Las sábanas no olían muy bien y las toallas eran viejas. Muchas escaleras estrechas. La terraza de atrás para fumadores está bien, pero si no eres fumador no puedes salir ya que huele muchísimo a tabaco. El desayuno era bastante simple, pan para tostar, leche, mantequilla y mermelada.
