• Neil (5/5): Very cosy. - Easy walking from Kings X and into London. Room was tiny, with decorating work going on at my time there, tools and equipment everywhere and workman starting early the next day.

Disponibile lo staff per soddisfare la nostra richiesta di mantenere le valigie al check out sotto però pagamento di 5£ a bagaglio La camera era davvero striminzita con solo un armadio dove riporre le cose, letto non eccessivamente comodo, bagno davvero minuscolo con doccia che presentava calcare e non ultima la pulizia in generale non ottimale

• GARETH (8/5): Great location and value for money - Great location and price - the room was clean but a little basic. A table / chairs would have been nice Somewhere to sit other than the bed
• Katarina (3/5): - Location was really good. Quiet street close to Oxford Street. The room was too small with no chair to sit on, we had to sit on a very soft bed. The pictures on the website could be more clear as which room is person booking because honestly I was expecting to get more spacious room. When we asked for second duvet they could not provide it. Coffee or tea wasn't provided which was little disappointing as wherever you stay these things come automatically. There was not daily cleaning which could have been mentioned as we arrived, to make sure when we use the towels we would not throw them on floor to be replaced. The whole stay could have been communicated upon arrival to prevent disappointment.

Room layout poor and bed up against the wall, not ideal for two. Would be better sold as a single room. TV didn't work - didn't have an aerial. Kettle and tea-making facilities would be nice.
• Cyberlynn (8/5): Great location and super host - The location was great, the kitchen well equipped, the place was bigger than we expected. The host replied almost instantly to our enquiries. Thd beds were comfortable. The sofa bed was not suitable for 2 as it slid around creating a crack where we fell into and it was filthy, so a replacement would be a good investment.

It made exploring the city convenient and hassle-free. The property does not fully match the photos presented online. While it is comfortable, it is more basic than expected, so it may not meet expectations if you are looking for a more premium or luxury stay.

• Albert (9/5): - It is rare to find an apartment in such a central location, with two rooms and bathrooms, which was ideal for travelling with my teenage daughter. Besides the excellent location, the apartment's kitchen and washing machine were also a big bonus.

The staff were excellent, we had am issue with a blind in our room and it was fixed almost instantly. They were also very accommodating when we needed to book a 2nd room at short notice.

• Ànnia (2/5): - Tbe hotel is in a good location. Hello, We have just arrived at the property and unfortunately it is not in acceptable condition. The building appears to be under construction, the accommodation is dirty, and the windows in our room do not close properly, which makes the room very cold. These conditions do not match the description and photos shown on the Booking listing. Because of this, we are very disappointed and uncomfortable staying here.

• Gabriela (5/5): Does the job for a couple of days or a short stay. - The location is amazing, if your staying in London for a SHORT period of time it does the job, as you probably won’t spend much time in the actual room. The woman at reception was friendly and check in was great, we even got to check in before hand. The owner was attentive and if we were missing anything he got it asap, which was very nice. The food market down the road from the room we stayed in was AMAZING, couldn’t recommend more! Tesco close as well and a metro station. It wasn’t clean, under the bed was full of hairs, other peoples stuff like hair ties and receipts, and full of dust. The kitchen wasn’t very clean either, the microwave was dirty, the cutlery was filthy as well, even the fridge wasn’t in great shape. But the worst of all was the bathroom. The shower was infested with mould, the bottom, around the outside, the tiles.. all of it. The “bed” which is actually a sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable, we had the worst back pain for days after and were unable to sleep more than 2/3 hours without waking up.
• Nora (2/5): Prima locatie, maar geen goed hotel! - De locatie van het hotel was eigenlijk het enige voordeel. De kamer is echt super klein. Dat maakt opzich niet uit maar het raam was ook ongelofelijk klein, waardoor we gewoon bijna geen ademruimte hadden. Het was niet goed schoongemaakt, de tv hing nog aan 1 boutje vast, de douche kon alleen heel heet of heel koud, de handdoekradiator stond op 100 graden en die lekte. Gewoon over het algemeen was er over alles wel wat slechts te zeggen. Hebben tegen de receptie gezegd dat deze kamer niet te zien was op de foto’s, met zo’n klein raam. Waarop we het antwoord kregen dat we via booking hadden geboekt en dat we daardoor geen kamer konden kiezen. Toen hebben we om een andere kamer gevraagd maar dit was niet mogelijk.

• Kershaw (5/5): - The location of these apartments/room were very central with good access to tube stations. I would not recommend staying here and would not stay again, the building and apartment are in need of a good clean, potential to be nice apartments however everything was dirty, every single wall in the apartment, doors, handles, furniture, I had to go out and buy cleaning equipt to bring it to a standard I felt happy actually staying there for the 2 nights we'd booked, spend a little bit more money and stay somewhere nice.

Spärliche Ausstattung, ein weiterer Stuhl als Ablage und Wandhaken wären hilfreich gewesen. Beleuchtung konnte nur vom Eingang an-ausgeschaltet werden. Nachttischlampen fehlten!

• Rodríguez Carrero (1/5): Nefasto, no volveré - Lo único bueno del lugar es la ubicación La habitación estaba muy sucia desde el principio, con las sábanas sin cambiar, había manchas de sangre y otros fluidos (adjunto fotos). El suelo abierto y a desnivel, perfecto para tropezarse siempre que entres o salgas. Todos los rodapiés sucios, con moho , las ventanas podridas. Solo funcionaba bien un enchufe de los 2 que hay en toda la habitación. Paredes de papel ya que se escucha todo de todos lados. El baño es minúsculo, un armario cerrado a propósito porque la puerta de la derecha se cae, encima sin limpiar porque había dos tubos de pasta de dientes dentro del mismo. La alcachofa de la ducha llena de moho y oxido, la pared de detrás rota. No limpian la habitación en una semana entera, ni reponen toallas o papel higiénico, de auténtica vergüenza. En cuanto al personal, salvo un hombre rubio blanco, el resto no te va a saludar nunca. Todas las puertas chirrían y están a un nivel de altura, por lo que toda la luz del hall va a entrar en tu habitación todo el día ya que aunque la apagues, otro huésped la puede encender.

Para empezar, esto NO es un - La ubicación El tamaño de la habitación, no habia limpieza diaria y las sabanas cundo llegamos estaban sucias, la cama incomodisima, se escuchaba todo y hacía muchisimo calor en la habitación.
• John (6/5): Great value, no frills accommodation at an unbeatable price for the location - If you're looking for a comparatively inexpensive overnight bolthole in London, then a Venn diagram of cost, location and convenience would likely throw up Charlotte Street Rooms as a strong contender. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the hot water plentiful, the service re: check-in great. Basic, yes, but not at all unpleasant. It's not a space you'd want to while away the hours in - bed, side table, wardrobe, TV: that's it. There is a basement kitchen, which I didn't (need to) visit, as you are surrounded by breakfast options in all directions.

• Sandro Eduard (7/5): Es hat uns gefallen, war aber kein Hotel. - Die Lage und wie nett die Rezeption war. Es gab keinen Zimmerservice. Das Hotel, auch wenn ok, war eigentlich ein Hostel mit mehr Privatsphäre. Uns ging irgendwann das WC Papier aus.

• Jeanne (5/5): C’est ok - L’emplacement La porte de la douche qui ne se ferme pas, salle bain tellement mini je devais aller me préparer dans la cuisine commune. Ok pour un weekend à londres mais on ne pouvait pas marcher dans la chambre avec les valises ouvertes et l’absence de rangement dans la chambre.
