- marcos (7/5): Hotel bien, habitacion y limpieza, servicios adicionales mejorables no - La ubicacion, se accede a pie a la entrada de las piramides, en vehiculo de aplicacion 25 min del gran museo, mucho mercado cerca caninando. El hotel no te indica que puedes acceder caminando a las piramides. Tene un vendedor de tours que no es confiable, ofrece mucho pero no es tan real, solicitar el detalle de que incluye y que no para que no tener sorpresa, por ejemplo tomamos el tour y no tenia ninguna entrada incluida,el tipico paseo en camello lo ofrece y luego hay que pagarlo aparte. El servicio de desayuno que utilizamos, muy poca empatia..

La piscine est agréable. La literie était bonne, ferme. Le petit déjeuner était bon et frais. Je n'ai pas aimé avoir été déclassée dans un autre hôtel sans explications, alors que la chambre que j'avais réservée était disponible. La chambre qu'on m'a donné la première nuit n'était vraiment pas agréable et de mauvaise qualité en plus d'être bruyante. J'ai dû réclamer d'avoir la chambre que j'avais réservée. Celle-ci était plus confortable. Le jacuzzi est une baignoire, attention aux coups de jus. Dans la chambre, il n'y avait pas d' ampoules sur la lampe de chevet.

Me esperaba un gimnasio y la verdad que solo hay una barra, una bicicleta estática y una cinta de correr que no tenía pinta de funcionar. Además daba el sol todo el día así que es imposible entrenar. Ojalá mejoren eso, el resto todo bien :))

Il proprietario molto gentile e accogliente Colazione scarsa mediocre, staff camerieri senza impegno e poco attenti. Camere sporche o lo sembrano le finestre delle camere danno su muri o palazzi vicini fatiscenti. Posto ideale per una notte per essere comodi davanti alle piramidi ma nient’altro. Attenzione sotto la struttura molti venditori e ragazzi che chiedono soldi e mancia per ogni cosa. La zona sottostante molto sporca e degradata ma cmq non pericolosa. The hotel is very clean in general and has everything you need for a two nights stay. Looks like it’s been freshly refurbished/new but it’s exactly what we paid for. The view of the Giza Pyramids, from the rooftop it absolutely stunning. Breakfast was included and that was an amazing spread. Gates to the Giza Pyramids are right around the corner. Thank you for a great stay. Rain shower super high up it gets the whole bathroom wet. But otherwise no issues
- Leo (7/5): great location for pyramids - noisy at times & not perfectly clean - nice staff - the room was (compared to other rooms we had in egypt so far) spacious which we really liked. we also got a free breakfast and water on the day we checked in while witing for our room to be ready. the staff even offered us a bathroom with shower during our wait time which was very nice. the bathroom was not super clean - the facilities were a little old but it was okay (comparable to other hotels here we would say it is usual cleanliness). there were some ants in the bathroom since you could not totally close the bathroom window - but only a few and it did not bother us a lot. it was pretty noisy in the afternoon and evening - there was loud music and prayers many times with some breaks but maybe we also had bad luck with the location of our room. the laundy service would have been more expensive compared to other hotels which is why we did not use it. the location of the hotel was hard to find since the location on google maps was not correct - for this you need the map of booking.com.
- Stephan (7/5): Ausgezeichnete Lage zu den Pyramiden, recht akzeptable Zimmer, gutes Früstück. Rest ausbaufähig. - Super Lage an den Pyramiden. Super Blick von der Dachterrasse auf die Sphinx und die Paramiden. Frühstück nicht "über drüber", aber regional, frisch und gut. Zimmer zweckmäßig und ausreichend sauber, keine Beschwerden. Balkon zwar auch gegenüberliegende Gebäude, aber gut, einen solchen zu haben. Die allgemeine Pflege der Anlage ist mäßig. Die Zimmer und die Gänge zu den Zimmern bilden hier - mit Ausnahme der Dusche, wo das Wasser echt nur schleichend abfließt - eine Ausnahme. Der Pool sprudelt, aber überaus einladend ist er auch nicht. Der Whrirlpool und die Dusche sind hingegen ein Witz und schmutzig. Daher: Weg mit dem unansehnlichen, lieblos hingestellten aber echt schon ungustiösen Whirpool und Instandsetzen und Reinigen der Dusche, die natürlich unerlässlich ist, wenn man einen Pool hat. Die Teppiche, der "Fitnessraum", die Wände, die Treppen und Beleuchtungen ... leider alles vernachlässigt, herabhängend/herausgerissen, verschmiutzt ... so ehrlich muss und darf man sein. Das Personal ist Männern gegenüber unterschiedlich aufgeschlossen. An der Freundlichkeit (Grüßen, ...) - speziell gegenüber Frauen - sollte gearbeitet werden. Ausgesprochen unfreundlich war man aber nicht, das möchte ich klarstellen. Eine Ausnahme bildet hier die Dame, die an einem der Tage Dienst hatte. Die war sehr auskunftsfreudig, offen, freundlich und nett.

The property itself is a little older and could benefit from some modernization, but it still has a certain charm. The absolute highlight of our stay was the incredible view of the pyramids. Waking up for a breakfast and seeing the pyramids right outside the terrace was truly unforgettable and made the whole experience very special. Another thing worth mentioning is the staff. Habíamos contratado media pensión y la cena fue sin opciones, un plato de carne y un entrante de humus, no entraba el postre y, de remate, ¡tampoco entraba el agua en la media pensión, hubo que pagarla! Protestamos en recepción y nos lo devolvieron, pero os recomendamos no avanzar nada a nadie aquí, y mejor cenar en cualquier sitio que queráis y más barato. Rico estaba, eso sí.

- Florence (5/5): - La vue et l’emplacement au pied des pyramides On nous a changé 2 fois de chambres en 4 jours car j’avais réservé une chambre avec balcon et nous ne l’avons pas eu le premier jour toutes les chambres étaient inondés à chaque douche le pommeau est trop loin du mur et la vitre trop courte !! + j ai pris formules petit déjeuner et dîner !! Aucune boisson de comprise le soir et même pas un dessert juste 1 plat !!!! Pour une demi pension ce n’est pas acceptable et service hyper long alors que le restaurant était quasiment vide .

- Daniela (9/5): Traumhaft gelegenes, kleines Hotel bestehend aus einem alten und einem neu renovierten Teil. - Zimmer: Die Zimmer sind neu renoviert auf ägyptische Art & Weise. Wir waren in Zimmer 211. Doppelzimmer mit zwei Betten und Balkon. Für uns war es perfekt. Klar, das Badezimmer hat Kleinigkeiten, wie die Duschabtrennung, die verbessert werden können, aber vielleicht besteht dort einfach nicht die Möglichkeit das besser zu machen. Schade ist, dass die neuen Zimmer aufgrund von schlechter Verfugung im Bad und keiner Nutzung von Silikon bereits jetzt schon Wasserschäden an der Wand zeigen, so dass die neue Raumfarbe bereits abblättert. Die Betten sind bequem, gehen aber eher in Richtung "Fest". Für mich wars perfekt. Lage: Ich hatte ursprünglich Sorge bezüglich des Lärms aufgrund der Lage. Da lag ich komplett daneben. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer Sackgasse. Damit entfällt schonmal der Straßenlärm. Noch dazu liegt der Eingang und die Zimmer nicht direkt an der Sackgasse, sondern zusätzlich noch ein Stück nach hinten versetzt. Heißt also, wir konnten sogar die Fenster über Nacht offen lassen, so ruhig war es. Im Hotel hat man ab und zu den Rezeptionisten sprechen hören, aber ab 23 Uhr war auch Ruhe. In der Hochsaison weiß ich nicht wie es mit Partys in den Nachbarhotels aussieht. Frühstück ist ägyptisch und gut. WLAN: Stabiles WLAN ist keine Selbstverständlichkeit in Ägypten. Eine eSIM mit 1GB kann man online buchen und kostet um die 5 Euro. Warum also den Stress auf sich nehmen und vom WLAN abhängig sein, wenn man für wirklich wenig Geld dann auch außerhalb des wackeligen WLANs Empfang haben kann. Ich hatte im Pyramids Height Hotel zwei Router zur Auswahl. Mit dem ersten hatte ich wackeligen Empfang, beim zweiten war der Empfang stabil im Zimmer. Ich hatte eine eSim, so dass ich auch auf der Dachterrasse und dem Balkon Empfang hatte. Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ist grandios und das Personal war immer freundlich. Danke für diesen tollen Aufenthalt. Ich bin mit dem Gedanken "Wetten, dass wir nicht das Zimmer bekommen das wir gebucht haben" dort hin gereist und so war es dann auch. Nicht schlimm für uns, da das zugewiesene Zimmer schöner war, als das von mir gebuchte. Wer aber sicher gehen möchte, sollte definitiv öfters mit der Rezeption sprechen, ob das gewünschte Zimmer auch wirklich verfügbar ist. Die Zimmerorganisation könnte also noch verbessert werden.
- Michele (5/5): A great Egyptian hotel with an astounding rooftop view . Be careful it is not to western standard. - The Hotel is good by Egyptian standards . The rooftop is the best part . The view from the roof top is astounding. The restaurant is ok and family run and breakfast is good. The staff is helpful and service is good. The price is also great and adequate for the Hotel itself. Tv was mostly Middle eastern Arab language . Missing tv set remote for 2 of the 3 days stay . Toilet facilities are outdated , no toilet roll holder, no toilet brush. The driver that was supposed to meet us at the Airport was mora than 2 and half hours late as a consequence we were harassed for all this time by taxi drivers that were trying to poach the ride on a constant basis . The ride to the airport is 40 min . and once arrived we still had to pay 25US$ for the ride.

The open buffet breakfast was delicious, offered a wide variety of options, and was very filling. The terrace view is absolutely breathtaking you can see all the pyramids and the Sphinx right in front of you. Sitting there to enjoy a coffee or a meal with that view was an amazing experience. The staff were also incredibly kind and attentive, and we were very happy to have met them. If I ever come back, I would definitely choose to stay at the same hotel again.

Das Hotel liegt in einem belebten Viertel und man kann das Alltagsleben der Ägypter sehr nah miterleben. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war gut, die Omelettes vorzüglich und den Sonnenuntergang mit Pyramiden kann man beim Abendessen genießen. Sehr hilfreich war die Taxivermittlung durch das Personal, das ersparte Geld und Diskussionen. Nicht immer war es nachts etwas laut, da an der Rezeption lautstark diskutiert wurde.
- Dennis (7/5): Für einen Kurztrip mit kurzen Wegen zu Museum und Pyramiden optimal. Sauberkeit, Lautstärke sowie Wifi sind ein kleines - Sehr gute Lage und auch guter Service vom Personal. WiFi auf dem Zimmer sehr schlecht. Oft Verbindungsabbrüche. Reise Planung so auch beim Aufenthalt fast unmöglich. Da erwarte ich heutzutage einen besseren Service. Wände sehr dúnn und alles hellhörig. Die Zimmer unter dem Restaurant sollte man meiden, da man ansonsten jedes Stühlerücken hört und um den Schlaf gebracht wird. Sauberkeit kônnte besser sein.

The property is beautifully maintained and offers a truly magnificent view of the pyramids, which made my stay even more memorable. The accommodation was extremely comfortable, particularly the newly fitted bed, which ensured a restful night’s sleep. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a delightful welcome drink, and throughout our stay the staff were consistently courteous, professional, and always smiling. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality options. The omelette station was particularly impressive, and the on-site restaurants also provided a very enjoyable dining experience. I would especially like to commend Gabriel and Vina for their outstanding service. They were exceptionally attentive and helpful at all times. On one occasion, when I required a taxi to the GEM and only had GBP available, Vina kindly assisted by exchanging the currency into Egyptian Pounds for me, saving me the inconvenience of locating a cash machine. This level of thoughtful service truly reflects the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction.
