The rooms are very clean, comfortable and well maintained and the bed was honestly one of the most comfortable I have had while traveling. I also loved having a balcony in the room such a nice place to relax after a long day. The breakfast included was absolutely delicious and a perfect way to start the day. The location is ideal, right in the center, making it very easy to get around and explore Cairo. What really made the stay special though was the staff super friendly, supportive and always ready to help with anything. They really make you feel at home, which many guests also highlight. Special thanks to Eslam such a great person, very helpful and always positive

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was super delicious and we got any help that we asked for. Aditionally this place is located in Downtown, which is great for reaching a lot of interesting places in Cairo. Again, which for us was the most important: The staff is overwhelmingly great. We felt like home, we learned a lot about culture and the city. Through that we felt like we got a very authentic experience of this super big city, despite only staying for one week. We loved it and would definitely come again, if only for the super nice breakfast! Thanks again to the staff. If you want to see the city and dive into it book this place! 12/10

• XIAOJING (10/5): - 对我来说，这个价位是最合适的选择了。每次开开罗都会住在这，真正的downtown，步行一小时几乎能逛遍所有的主要清真寺以及穆斯林生活社区。想要找更舒适高级的就三站地铁去中间的岛上溜达一下。店里的三位男生轮流值班，非常得细心周到。尤其是开罗很多飞机和汽车都是一早到的，freedom也毫不吝啬，只要房间空着，都会让客人提在一点进房，人真的都很好。

• Maria (8/5): Nice place to stay - It is right in downtown. Walkable. Had single beds in dorm which i liked along with a side table with lock. Had hanging areas in room behind door and clothes drying from window. Clean and spacious bathrooms. Have a communal fridge. Staff friendly and helpful in booking tours and guidance. Very filling breakfast. I would take along bread and cheese and jam as takeaway sandwiches for later. They have beans, pickled veges, boiled egg, cheese, jam, bread and fried falafel for breakfast. It is a lot of stairs to reach with luggage. Its 4 flights of stairs i think. The communal area has old furniture.

Hostel is clean, very pleasant, settled in beautiful, old, but neat and well kept building, not necessary to say super centrally located. Breakfast is full and super tasty...without exaggerating, all experience with Freedom Hostel was just right, we both just loved our stay here. When I return to Cairo, I won't search for new place to stay, I have found it. There was nothing I didn't like, everything was right with Freedom hostel.
• huijuan (8/5): 非常方便的住宿体验，地理位置优越，离go bus解放广场站很近。但因为到的晚，室友凌晨开灯，早晨又莫名其妙整理东西，又有蚊子，所以虽然床铺很舒适，也没睡很好。而且感觉接待人员没有怀着很多善意，可能到的晚引起不适了，也有自己的原因。所有的分数 - 位置极好，早餐的姐姐很体贴，早餐好吃～ 公共浴室其中有一个显得陈旧，能装修一下更好

• jona.sc (10/5): Bueno, bonito, barato - Está muy bien ubicado, tiene recepción 24 horas y la atención es inmejorable, siempre están muy predispuestos para ayudar y en contacto por Whatsapp. El hostel en general se lo ve muy limpio y ordenado. Ideal para una estancia de unos días en El Cairo si se quiere estar cerca del centro y no gastar mucho dinero. Si bien está en un tercer piso por escalera, no es tan grave. Además es algo que uno ya sabe al reservar.

No power outlets near bed and it can be a bit tough to reach the third floor since the ceilings are high. Feels more like walking up to a fifth or sixth floor, so should be kept in mind if that’s an issue.

• Eol (10/5): - 짧은 카이로 일정 편하게 쉬어가는 숙소였습니다. 무료료 제공되는 조식은 매우 풍성하고 맛도 좋아요. 세탁서비스도 제공하는데 꽤나 합리적인 가격이라 생각됩니다. 준비가 되어있는 상태라면 체크인도 유연한 듯합니다. 저는 밤버스를 타야해서 체크아웃 후 짐보관과 공용공간 이용을 문의했더니 (약간의 추가금은 내야하지만) 샤워장까지 흔쾌히 이용 할 수 있도록 해주었어요. 무엇보다도 직원들 전부 친절하고 필요한 정보를 제공하는데 최선을 다했습니다. 카이로에 다시오게 되면 다시 묵고싶어요.

The Egyptian Museum is a ten minute walk. A juice/shawarma shop available 24x7 for emergency hunger as well. Staff- Excellent staff. Available 24x7. Always reachable. Gave some good tour recommendations as well. Property- Very clean and well managed. Laundry available at a very reasonable price. Price- Very well priced. Would highly recommend (specially for solo travellers). The place is on the third floor and there’s no lift. So buckle up for going up and down three floors. Shouldn’t be a problem for the young at least.

• Irina (10/5): - Понравилось абсолютно всё! 👍 чистота, порядок, тишина, завтрак, кровати только одноэтажные ( не нужно лазить на верх) Администраторы Ислам и Ахмед очень доброжелательные, всегда помогут. Ислам вызывал мне такси ( я очень ему благодарна) сама я не смогла вызвать. За такую цену лучше хостела я не видела. Единственный небольшой недочёт, побольше туалетов и душевых. Но так как в хостеле было мало постояльцев то мне хватало. Но если бы было полное заселение то была бы огромная очередь.
• MISATO (8/5): good location.ckose to the museum and walking distance to Khan el Kalili. - Feel safe with trustable staffs. Also very clean. Included Egyptian breakfast is very good,too.
• Horio (10/5): 最高！エジプトで安らげる場所😌 - スタッフが皆さん本当に素敵！！ルクソール、アスワン、アブシンベルまで行ってまたカイロに戻ってくる計画だったので、フライト前にカイロでまた1泊お世話になりました☺️朝食のファラフェルが美味しい、部屋はエアコン完備、洗濯が1つ5ポンドで少し洗濯したいもの(エジプトは砂埃も多くて、白い服は汚れが目立った)を気軽に洗えるなどいいところばかりでした！！ なし
