• Yvonne (8/5): Gute Lage und gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Super Frühstück für ein Hostel, hätte ich so nicht erwartet! Täglich gab es frisch zubereitetes Omelett und gedünsteten Broccoli. Auch Äpfel und Erdbeeren gab es. Neben dem Badezimmer im Schlafraum gab es auch nochmal 2 WCs und 2 Duschen im Gang. Im Hinterhof konnte man sich bei gutem Wetter vom Trubel der Stadt entspannen. In einem Bett "auf der oberen Etage" hatte man schön Platz, um seinen Krempel auzubreiten und mal angenehmerweise eine stabile Leiter oder sogar Treppe, um hochzukommen. Für mein Bett in der oberen Etage war als Schließfach eine Schublade unter dem unteren Bett vorgesehen. Für diejenige, die dort schläft, eher unangenehm, zumal das Öffnen der Schublade per Sensor mit einem lauten Piepsgeräusch verbunden ist (für alle im Raum nervig...) Leider hat mein Wanderrucksack nicht in die Schublade gepasst.

• Krisztina (10/5): Szép emlékek Nápolyban - Ár-érték arányban kiváló. Nagyon kedves a személyzet. Kényelmes volt az ágy. Mindennap takarították a fürdőt, toalettet. Az én szobámban bent volt a fürdő, de van akinek a közösbe kell menni. Az is tiszta. A reggeli nem nagy választék, de pont megfelelő. Akár a szép kis kertben is tudsz reggelizni. Zárható fiók a holmidnak. Biztonságos, kulcs nélküli bejutás Városközpontban, viszont domboldalon 😁. Egy fárasztó nap után kell "hegymenetben" sétálni. Toledo metro állomástól kb 10 perc gyalog. Nem volt olyan. Szerencsére csendes szobatársak voltak 😃

• Daoud (1/5): Horrible stay - As soon as I arrived at the establishment I noticed that the room was not clean, I found bed bugs. So I immediately went back to the reception to claim and cancel my stay. No solutions proposed by the establishment as if it were normal. After a complaint on booking, the establishment agrees to cancel and refund me. But after more than a month I still haven’t received my refund and without explanation. The worst establishment and customer service I have ever met.

Staff ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da komm ich sehr gerne wieder! Bei den unteren Betten wäre ein Vorhang nicht schlechthat aber nicht wirklich gestört
• Caterina (8/5): Nice, but not great as I thought. - Located in a beautiful historical palace, not the usual hostel. Large rooms and plenty of space. Beautiful beds, very tall system of bunk beds giving more living space. For people staying top bed, nowhere to sit down downstairs, or put things, since the beds are too tall and you can't easily reach it to put it on the bed. A stool for sitting would be useful, as well as some coat hangers, towel hangers. Also, the shower door was broken and left with a curtain, wetting everything while showering.

Tuve unas demoras en mis traslados, lo que me ocasionó llegar por la madrugada, fuera del horario del check in, y en todo momento el personal estuvo a disposición para que pueda entrar a dormir y dejar mi bolso.

Fiquei em uma cama acima das escadas, as escadas eram difíceis para subir/descer. Pedi para trocar de cama quando teve vaga, porém a solicitação não foi atendida porque chegaria outra pessoa com tempo de permanência maior…

• DANAI (9/5): Wonderful hostel that feels like a home - This is the cleanest hostel I've ever been to! Our dorm was regularly cleaned throughout the day and it was spotless, same as the kitchen and common rooms. It felt like being in a home, with exceptional homemade breakfast and different choices and local cuisine included in the price. I'm so grateful to everyone! Lots of storage space in the room, which was warm and beautifully designed, with high ceilings and a wonderful view of the neighbourhood from the balcony. The green inner courtyard gave you a proper Neapolitan experience. The WiFi worked great too. As I work remotely late hours, I wish there was a common room open at all times. The spacious and otherwise wonderful common spaces, like the kitchen and the courtyard, closed at 11pm or 12am. Luckily my bed was a bit isolated, but it was a source of stress.

• lee (10/5): - Literally everything it was so good, the social dinner was great the pasta was lovely and it was nice to talk with the clients (shoutout to the 2 canadian brothers, the canadian guy who is visiting dublin, the german girl and my goat french guy🚄 The bed was very comfy, there was so much space in locker. It was honeslty perfect. The door in front of the toilet was really close to the toilet itself which made it difficult to close the door, pulling at strings here but i cant glaze too hard.

Depending on what dorm bed you get, there is 0 privacy and a lot of noise. Bathrooms were not so clean but they had it cleaned several times per day so it's more on the guests behaviour not the hostel staff.

• Diana (8/5): Отличное место на короткий срок! - Отличное местоположение: близко к метро, в 20 минутах ходьбы до порта. Ощущалось безопасно. Плюс я взяла комнату только для женщин, что добавило дополнительного комфорта. Персонал очень приятный!! В комнатах есть кровати «на втором этаже» и на них жутко неудобно забираться. Мне как раз досталась такая и я замучилась за сутки, проведённые в хостеле.
