• Junior (8/5): I would recommend it and stay again for sure! - The location was just excellent. At a walking distance from main train station and to all main tourist sites. The staff was very polite and kind, they had a pretty well equiped kitchen, courtesy coffee, tea and water at all times. Internet with good speed. Plus, the pet dog "Bubo" was the cutest thing to see and play with. Unfortunately the bathroom instalation was not ideal. Water was difficult to get at a good temperature. The owner did told us that they called maintenance to solve for this problem. But I also felt that only two shared bathrooms were not enough for the amount of rooms. Had to wait to use the toilet and take a shower more then once.

Un peu poussiéreux. La rue est assez animée le soir, à savoir si vous séjournez dans cet établissement. Les boules quies ont aidé !

• Martina (7/5): Sehr zentral gelegen - Die Lage ist sehr zentral und ruhig. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und konnten sogar schon am Vormittag unser Zimmer nutzen. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber für zwei Nächte völlig okay. Es gibt zwei kleine Gemeinschaftsbäder und eine einfache Küche für alle.

Dostęp do kuchni, ogólnie czysto i sympatycznie. Bardzo miła obsługa, a najsympatyczniejszy był piesek. Wszystko było dobrze, choć może prysznic wymagałby nieco naprawy, bo codziennie zastanawiałam się, czy nie urwę do końca uchwytu.

• Kai Xin (10/5): Perfect location, nice staff, and clean! - The location of Archie’s house is right in Venice and unbeatable. Extremely walkable to all parts of the city. Lots of shops, food and activities around. I would definitely recommend staying here for convenience and not having to take transportation to the island everyday. It was very safe, no concerns at all. The staff were extremely nice and pleasant. We arrived early for check-in and they let us drop off our bags for free and took them to our room when it was ready. The room itself was very very big and clean. A lot of space for all your belongings. The bed was big and comfortable. Sheets were very clean. No complaints at all. There was a sink directly in the room, which made communal bathrooms not bad. There is also an air dryer in the room. The shared bathrooms were well maintained and felt very clean too. It is noisey during the day, but that is what you get for the perfect location. However, it always quieted down after sunset. No issues sleeping. 10/10 would come back. Thank you for having us.😊 Nothing, perfect stay!

• Patrizio (2/5): Non ci ritornerò. - La cosa positiva è sicuramente la posizione vicino alle attrazioni più importanti. Gli “asciugamani” sono dei teli mare (praticamente illegali in una pensione), sia ha poca privacy e il personale è poco competente.
• Marques (8/5): Custo benefício e perto de alguns pontos turísticos, não todos. - Fomos muito bem atendidos pelo recepcionista no momento do check-in, o custo-benefício é ótimo e a localização é próxima de vários bares e restaurantes. Nos sentimos seguros para andar à noite. O banheiro é compartilhado, mas isso é muito bem expresso pelo anfitrião no aplicativo. Ainda assim, não hesitamos em usar as instalações comuns, tudo estava impecavelmente limpo e os demais hóspedes eram bastante respeitosos, mantendo um clima familiar na acomodação.

• Bożena (9/5): - Wszystko tak jak w opisie. Od siebie dodam, że miła obsługa, bardzo dobra atmosfera, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Mimo, że centrum i na ulicy gwar, to w pokojach cisza i spokój. Po całodziennym zwiedzaniu, można odpocząć. Dodam, że obiekt znajduje się niedaleko dworca Venezia S.Lucia, obok obiektu mieści się sklep spożywczy SPAR, a kawałek dalej jest równie tani sklep spożywczy COOP. Dziękuję za wspaniały pobyt. Chętnie tam wrócę 🙂

• June (6/5): - Destacaría la ubicación y la comodidad de quedarte en la misma Venecia. Y por lo que pagas, esta bien, pero es un sitio normal y corriente sin mucho más que eso. Un sitio para dormir y ya esta. Demasiado simple.

• Radka (8/5): - Majitel velmi vstřícný i s jeho psem, který je miláček a vítací typ :-). Komunikace na jedničku, nám ubytování vyhovovalo, k dispozici společná kuchyňka, 2 společné záchody se sprchou, prostorné pokoje. Kdo má rád „ šrum“ a být v centru dění, naprosto perfektní lokalita. Hned vedle najdete supermarket (v současné době, s názvem Despar) obchod v prostorách starého divadla. Naproti pod okny můžete posedět na kafíčku, ideální je ráno, neboť do této ulice směřují paprsky ranního sluníčka. Všude dojdete, jak k nádraží, tak na most Rialto, nám. San Marca.

• Clémence (7/5): Bon rapport qualité/prix - La situation géographique est exceptionnelle. Le rapport qualité/prix est très bon. La propreté peut être améliorée. De meilleurs conseils peuvent être donnés (restauration, tips...).
• pacini (10/5): Perfetto punto di appoggio - Posizione a 10 minuti a piedi della stazione, in una zona ricca di servizi. Camera ampia con infissi nuovi, per cui silenziosa. Stefano è stato preciso e molto gentile. C'è uno spazio comune dotato di frigo, forno a microonde, tostapane, acqua potabile e beni di prima necessità. Grande attenzione per la raccolta differenziata. Pulito. Non c'è il bidet ma il WC è dotato di doccino. Le docce sono spaziose. Nel corridoio c'è uno specchio in cui ci si può vedere a figura intera. Andava tutto bene, forse aggiungerei un bollitore e metterei un sensore alla luce del corridoio perché non stia accesa inutilmente tutta la notte.

• Nicholas (8/5): Very enjoyable, provides you with plenty of time in the city because there’s no need for train or bus ride - Very good location, 10-15 minute walk from train station and a lovely restaurant outside called Al teatro italia which we went to on our last night. The rooms were equipped with everything needed and the showers and toilets were spotless. There’s a fridge where you can put any items if needed which was useful. No air conditioning which led us to having a very warm night but we were there during a heatwave.

Style d'hôtel simple, modeste et très propre. La salle commune où on peut prendre un repas est très utile. Le gérant très disponible quand il faut. Les autres hôtes étaient très respectueux. • E (5/5): - Sehr gute Lage, Betten bequem, Personal nett, Preis sehr günstig, konnten Koffer wegen zu früher Anreise kostenlos deponieren, Mitbenutzung vom Aufenthaltsraum mit Mikrowelle usw bei Bedarf Konnten die hohen Bewertungen leider nicht nachvollziehen. Schon im Eingangsbereich nicht besonders einladend (schaut nach Abstellkammer aus). Das Zimmer war zwar sehr günstig, aber zumindest bessere Sauberkeit hätten wir erwartet. Hauptsächlich in den Ecken/Rand dick staubig und viele Haare, normale Handtücher erst auf Nachfrage (es waren nur Strandtücher vorhanden), alle Handtücher muffig riechend und ausgewaschen, Dusche glitschig, Wasser kommt immer nur stoßweise warm. An der Wand wurden offensichtlich die Paneele abgerissen, aber nicht einmal überstrichen. Die ausgewiesenen vorhandenen Pflegeprodukte wirken, als ob es die vergessenen Reste von vorherigen Gästen wären. War für ein paar Nächte okay, nachdem wir eh nur zum Schlafen im Zimmer waren, aber kurz haben wir überlegt, uns eine andere Unterkunft zu suchen

• Mu Yan (10/5): - 住宿地點離火車站和有名的劇院超市都很近，而且很好找，房間和廁所空間都很大，廚房提供飲水機、熱水壺、冰箱、膠囊咖啡機、微波爐等設備，也有麥片、餅乾、咖啡粉、巧克力粉、茶包等可以自由取用。環境維持乾淨，晚上天氣較冷，櫃檯的男生還開了暖氣(忘了問他名字)很貼心，跟阿姨一樣都非常親切的跟我們分享很多有趣的義大利生活經驗，可惜一早要趕車，不然希望能再多聊一點。

Очень подробно все рассказал, был очень вежливый, замечательно владел Английским, помог найти магазины, кафе. Спасибо ему большое! Комната чистая, опрятная, приятная, было не холодно и не жарко, в номере было все необходимое. Соотношение цена / качество просто супер.

• Wen-Yen (10/5): 便利舒適愉悅 - 位置非常便利，離超市跟火車站很近。 老闆娘很健談，知道非常多有趣的事情～ 櫃檯弟弟也很親切，有問必答，推薦的餐廳都沒有雷，這邊有種家的感覺！ 衛浴很乾淨，房間不會太小，睡起來很舒服！ 廚房有冰箱、熱水壺、微波爐、烤麵包機、乾淨的飲水、咖啡機，並有茶包跟咖啡可使用，充足且乾淨的餐具，覺得很棒！ 但離街上比較近，加上是老房子隔音較差，對聲音比較敏感的人請自行考量（但威尼斯大多都是老房子啦，帶耳塞或許比較實際）

Estaba limpia El Wifi funcionaba perfectamente La entrada necesita unos arreglos, decorarla un poco mejor y que no se viera desordenada. Los muebles de la habitación, alguno estaba roto.

• Alvaro (10/5): - Muy cómodo y perfecto para estadías dentro de la isla de Venecia. El personal es muy amable y la habitación que obtuvimos estuvo muy buena. El baño, si bien es cierto fue compartido, pero la utilización es privada ya que está solo para ti cuando lo vas a usar. Adicionalmente, me gustó que nos permitieran dejar nuestras maletas en la estancia luego de nuestro check out para caminar y conocer más la ciudad (este servicio tiene un costo, pero este es bastante razonable).

• SIK1 (9/5): Very enjoyable and well suited to explore the ciity. - We came by ferry and got good advice which station to get out to reach the hostel. The hostel is kept amazingly clean, and has a common room with microwave, egg cooker, water filter, coffee machine and toaster (no stove). Very good value for money and very responsive host. Will definitely be visiting again, if I come back to Venice. Nothing comes to mind.
• *Iryna* (9/5): - Месторасположение хорошее, пешком до вокзала минут 15, ко дворцу около 20-25 минут. За углом большой супермаркет и оживленная улица с магазинами и ресторанами. В комнате есть умывальник, сама она большая, фумигатор от комаров нам предоставили. На этаже есть комната приема пищи с холодильником, микроволновкой, чайником, яйцеваркой, чашками и тарелками. Очень слышно шум улицы. Там постоянно кто-то кричит, двигают тележки, громыхают, громко общаются. Даже ночью. Так что с открытым окном не поспишь.
