• Zoe (3/5): Expected a barebones stay at the price point, but was nonetheless shocked by the lack of cleanliness - The only real pro here is that it is cheap. The beds are soft and comfortable, and well built - I thought the wooden bedframes were quite unique and pretty, and the provided bedding was clean. Towels are provided. The place itself is not clean at all. The common areas are filthy and smell bad (reminded me strongly of cat litter when I first walked through the doors…) and the walls are dirty. Placing 3 air fresheners in the room will not hide the thick layer of dust and grime on the skirtings and in the corners… it’s just gross. I’m fine with the self service aspect of everything, I’m happy to make up and strip my own bedding and all that, and I appreciate the cheap price point but it should at least be clean to a reasonable standard. The toilets are SUPER gross…. I’m glad I was only here for one night because I don’t think I could have dealt with it for any longer. It’s also not sound proof at all and you can hear everything happening. I was lucky in that the other people staying there were fairly quiet but this is definitely something to note. Also on another note (and I am saying this as a final year veterinary student with a deep personal focus on animal welfare) - do something about your abysmal and appalling fish tanks. They are some of the worst I have seen, completely inappropriate and disgustingly maintained. If you want to have fish then at the very least do them the basic courtesy of doing your research and looking after them properly, or consult an expert in the matter. Just because they cannot scream or show their distress DOES NOT make this blatant animal cruelty acceptable. Do better, especially in a public place like the hostel common room? I lost so much respect seeing these animals disrespected and neglected like this. Absolutely shocking and NOT ok.

• Natalia (8/5): great value for a short stay - the stay was okay, the bed was clean and just as expected, the whole hostel was spacious with a lot of rooms and bathrooms, big plus for the plug in the bed area and lockers with codes for storing stuff and a table with chairs in the room as well as a mirror, free towels also always appreciated I was quite surprised I had to put the pillow case and cover case on the duvet - especially since I checked in late I made quite a ruckus which couldve been avoided had it been done in advance additionally in my room alongside the standard double beds there was one pull out bed in the middle of the room which was quite uncomfortable for me when for example I needed to kneel next to the person on the bed while taking stuff out of my locker

Colchão e travesseiros confortáveis. Chuveiros comuns com ótima estrutura e privacidade. Internet rápida. Apesar de não ter equipe de pessoal permanente, o espaço para deixar bagagens é bom e com alguma segurança: há travas com chave e senha para pender malas e mochilas de pessoas mal intencionada.s

• Mika (8/5): - Lovely manager and her Chinese cleaning staff. They make the atmosphere nice. Hostel has nice homey atmosphere. Easy to come and go. Only thing that bothered me are the wooden boards of the beds that squeak more or less. Hope it could be sorted out because that wakes you up. Also men's bathroom bit far from the room but it's the layout of the building and that wing where the mixed dorm is doesn't have space for it.

The locker and the common kitchen was a bit small. My bed was a bit noisy, though other beds in my dorm weren't.

Кровати-ячейки очень комфортные: внутри можно сидеть, не сгибаясь, они широкие, совершенно не скрипят и не шатаются. В ячейке есть полочка и крючки для вещей, личная подсветка и розетки. Порадовало, что в комплекте с постельным бельем идет полотенце. До центра можно добраться на автобусе минут за 20. В номере было шесть кроватей-ячеек, но также один человек ночевал на отдельно стоящей раскладушке, что было несколько странно и немного некомфортно. Душевая чистая, но очень старая, и само помещение требует хотя бы косметического ремонта. В душе есть горячая вода, но в раковинах нет, так что умывание было крайне бодрящее.

• dase (7/5): Este o zonă liniștită, în cartier sunt multe supermarketuri în apropiere - Erau niște paturi de lemn, deci puteai să ai am mai multă lntimitate, sau pentru că fiecare pat avea draperii. Se făcea curat în fiecare zi în cameră și pe holuri, bună se dădea cu aspiratorul și fiecare un turist avea dulap. Aveau și un televizor și un living, aveau chiar și o bucătărie. Mi a plăcut că noaptea în general era liniște, iar turiștii dacă vreau să vorbească la telefon În miezul nopții sau să urmărească în diferite lucruri pe telefon cum ar fi tik tok Facebook, păi ieșeau din cameră și stăteau în living până târziu, Deci puteai să dormi liniștit că nu se auzea nimic de afară, când erai în pat. Aveau și dușuri cu apă caldă. Aveau și cuptor cu microunde. Zona era foarte bună amplasată între câteva supermarketuri și fast food uri unde puteai să te aprovizionezi in doar10 15 minute. La bucătăria cea mică nu există apă caldă, dacă vrei să speli vasele trebuie să încălzești apa cu fierbătorul electric. Au fost și în câteva probleme legate de curățenie, dar am vorbit cu managerul și s a rezolvat. . La toaleta pentru bărbați tot așa nu exista decât apă rece. Mă simțeam că ingheață mâinile. Când am ajuns am stat prima noapte cu lucrurile lăsate la cu vedere pentru că încuietoarea de la dulap nu funcționa. Dar ceea ce m a deranjat și mai mult, era că în dulapul deja era însemnat , avea făcut un semn pe el care spunea că nu funcționează. Abia după ce am vorbit la recepție, mi s a dat un lacăt, pe care bineînțeles singura trebuit să mă chinuiesc până am înțeles cum funcționează. La fel și pereții, erau cam rașchetați, părea și urme de igrasie. Am vorbit cu managerul și abia după mai multe zile chiar în ziua în care trebuia să plec, a trimis pe cineva care s a ocupat. Ce nu mi a plăcut în legătură cu dulapurile, este că erau foarte mici, Și nu puteai să pui prea multe lucruri acolo.

• Mya (3/5): I ended up leaving after one night even though I had paid for three. - the people were very nice it was pretty dirty, the man and woman running it were in and out of the room while I was trying to get ready in the morning. Doesen't really look like the pictures. There was a bunch of junk stacked up everywhere in the house and in the outside area. There is no shower in the women's room, so you have to go all the way across the hostel past the reception and through common areas to shower. Not much room to put your stuff. without crowding the room. Small lockers only big enough for valubles not all of your stuff, and theres no where really to put other stuff.

• Ruben (8/5): Rustig en comfortabel hostel - Rustig hostel met alle voorzieningen. Er is genoeg plaats voor je spullen. Het is even stappen (40min) naar het centrum van de stad. Ik vond jammer dat ik weinig medewerkers gezien heb om mij te verwelkomen of om extra vragen aan te stellen.

• Vera Lucía (9/5): God - The bed was really comfortable and it had blackout curtains which I value a lot. Also, I had to share room with only another more girl, which is a plus, the room was just for two people. The toilet and the shower were in different places, which made it a bit complicated when I wanted to go to the bathroom. Also, the shower could only be used at certain hours, I didn't like that.
