• Daniel (10/5): Mejor hostel en Bariloche - La ubicación es excelente, estás al frente del lago Nahuel Huapi y en la parte de abajo tienes un restaurante bar con comida excelente. El staff fue extremadamente amable e hizo mi estadia muy placentera. El ruido del bar de al lado.

• Angela (7/5): - Tienes la vista al lago increíble cuando sales. Es un lugar apropiado para mochileros, de pronto por mejorar la ropa de cama y las toallas de baño.

• Michalina (7/5): Hostel dla młodych - Moim zdaniem ten hostel to miejsce dla młodych ludzi, podróżujących z niskim budżetem i lubiących hostelowy klimat. W cenę wliczone dobre śniadanie - tosty, dżemy, ale też owsianka i świeże owoce, sok, jogurt. Super widok z okna części wspólnych na jezioro. Kuchnia do wspólnego użytku. Możliwość pozostawienia bagażu po wymeldowaniu. Uśmiechnięta obsługa. Nikt z obsługi nie mówił ani słowa po angielsku. Nawet najprostszych zwrotów. Nocowaliśmy od soboty do poniedziałku - w sobotę wieczorem było bardzo głośno. Nie wiem czy to była muzyka z przyległego baru czy z innego miejsca, ale bez zatyczek nie dalibyśmy rady spać. Okna naszego pokoju znajdowały się zaraz obok wejścia do hostelu, wprost na dojściu do baru, tuż nad gruntem - ani na chwilę nie mogliśmy odsłonić zasłon, bo przed naszymi oknami ciągle chodzili ludzie. Czystość wspólnej kuchni, ale też łazienki w pokoju i narzuty na łóżku pozostawiały wiele do życzenia. W pokoju brudne, zagrzybiałe ściany. Brakowało miejsca do przechowywania, a przede wszystkim chociaż wieszaka w łazience na ręczniki.

• Vicky (5/5): Decepcion - La vista y ubicacion es lo unico bueno que tiene este hostel, el desayuno es solo pan y cafe, nada del otro mundo Las camas son cuchetas para chicos, imposible dormir arriba!!, tenes que dejar todo afuera porque las piezas no tienen lockers, solo un mueble que queda todo abierto. Un dia a las 11 de la noche un hombre abrio la puerta sin golpear nos desperto a todas y sin ni siquiera pedir permiso empezo a hacer la cama de arriba en una habitacion de mujeres!!. o sea cualquier chica podia estar cambiandose y el tipo abrio la puerta como si nada! Una falta de respeto total. Los banios apenas podes moverte, como saben que la vista y ubicacion es muy buena ni se gastan en ofrecer algo mejor..

Barulho e luz, bar ao lado fica madrugada toda aberto, pessoal fala muito alto e as cortinas não são Blackout então fica claro a noite toda por conta das lâmpadas da rua e escadaria.

• Petr (10/5): Exceptional - I think the Berkana hostel is particularly suitable for travellers who like hostel environments (e.g. shared kitchen, relaxed atmosphere etc.) and, at the same time, a level of privacy since Berkana also offers standard double rooms with private bathrooms.

• Genevieve (4/5): Don't stay here - Location is super convenient and facility is perfectly fine - decent common space, spacious dorm rooms, nice beachfront bar. The hostel didn't do my laundry! I inquired about laundry timing on one of my first days and then dropped off laundry in the morning and was told it would be ready in the evening. The hostel didn't do my laundry because there was no name attached to it - this should have been addressed when I dropped it off as I handed it directly to the front desk. They then told me they could have it ready before I checked out the next day but ended up handing me back my dirty laundry at checkout time. For long-term travelers, planning laundry timing can be critical. I couldn't get clean clothes for another three days as I was in transit. And they charged me to use one of their towels even though it was their fault that they were holding onto mine! If they couldn't do my laundry, they should have told me upfront so that I could find another solution.

• Cemalettin (3/5): Poor - Staff was very nice and helpful. Being on the lake is great in the daytime. I chose this hotel for the lakefront location and the outdoor space shown on the website. however, the outdoor space is mostly occupied by the visitors of a bar located on the property (operated separately) in the evenings. So you don't really get the enjoy the space but hear all the noise. Walls are paper thin and beds had no support. it is better to stay somewhere else and just visit the bar

• Christina (10/5): One of the best hostels we’ve stayed in! - Idyllic location on the lake front, charming staff, comfortable and clean rooms, simple but delicious breakfast with freshly baked bread. Cool bar / restaurant downstairs. We loved this hostel! nothing - everything was brilliant!!
• Tom (9/5): Nice hostel with an amazing view over the lake - Nice and clean hostel with an amazing view over the lake. There was plenty of space in the room and the breakfast was good as well (you could have more than just one little piece of toast ;-)). There's a large kitchen at your disposal. When we checked in, we had to make our own bed and after the offered breakfast, we had to do our own dishes. This was a bit odd to us, since this is usually included in the service.
