The small visually private cell has no ceiling, and is one of a couple of dozen sharing a large room with a communal eating area. Guests were private; except someone who walked around with heavy steps till 2am. noise till late. bed was just big enough and I'm only 5'8"..

• Judah (10/5): My request was unusual, I requested a check-in just after 02h00 am and check-out by 18h00 same day. All the staff were e - Central, about 100 meters from Penn Station. I Literally rolled my 3 bags there on my departure I needed convenient accommodation for 20 hrs and it delivered just that. I cannot fault this place on anything based on my short stay.

• Hanna (10/5): - The hotel is very well located- close to Penn Station and subway. It was good value for money- rooms are very small but clean and with comfortable beds. It has everything that's needed for short stay- towels, hair dryer, even ear plugs! And there was a simple breakfast available. You can hear every noise so if you are a light sleeper it can be hard. Although during my stay everyone tried to be quiet and there were ear plugs so there was no problem for me.
• Ali Torabi (10/5): - It has a great location, you have very close access to everything and you can walk to most places. The staff is very friendly and you enjoy talking to them. It is a very intimate and friendly environment. The only problem is the noise when sleeping. If the people whose rooms are close to yours are inconsiderate, it can be very annoying. Of course, if someone does not observe the night silence rule and you inform the reception, they will follow up quickly.

But honestly, how can you consider yourselves people of faith if you treat people worse than animals? Greed is also a sin. I was given a room that was far too small. The mattress didn’t even fit the bed properly, and I am only 168 cm (5'5") tall. When I asked to change to a bigger room that would actually fit my height, they didn’t take any action. The only comment I got from them „apparently the guy you were talking to about the room problem didn’t say anything”. As a result, I couldn’t sleep properly for half of my stay. The toilet was flooded, and you could literally see poop pouring onto the floor. Walking into the bathroom meant risking stepping in it. The only pleasant part of my stay was the sweetheart Yana, who kindly gave me a bigger room ❤️ Her scones were also delicious.

• Kieran (7/5): It was a good base to see the city from. - It was adequate, the facilities were basic as expected. Having the honour of feeding the homeless one day. Great location. Not being able to talk to other guests during the day without being told to be quiet. Having a member of staff barge in to my pod in the middle of the night, waking me from a deep sleep and shine a torch in my face because she thought I was snoring.

• Paul (9/5): Un très bon pod hôtel pour un court séjour ! - Proximité avec Penn Station et dans le quartier sympathique de Chelsea. Le personnel a été très accueillant et à l'écoute. La chambre, qui n'est vraiment qu'un lit et une table de nuit, suffit amplement. De plus les parties communes sont bien entretenues. Un très bon rapport qualité-prix pour un court séjour à New York ! Les pods ne sont pas isolés car les murs ne montent pas jusqu'au plafond.

• Adéla (9/5): - One of the best hostels I've visited! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, always helpful. Rooms are very small, so probably not great if you are tall, but for me it was more than worth it for the privacy. I was afraid of noise since the ceilings are open, but I was mostly lucky for considerate people and especially with noise-cancelling headphones it's okay. Would recommend for any solo-travellers who don't mind compromising for a good deal!

• Güldane (9/5): Cosy, comfy and cute - It is so close to Times Square, fifth avenue. And easy to reach from airport and clean, nice stuff When u sleep you can see the snooring and spme sounds from the other cubics coz it is open roofs on top. But people are very nice about silence

Very good There aren’t very many showers or toilets per guest. They’re kept very clean I’d say, but the ratio means the showers and toilets get slightly dirty through the course of the day through intensive use. Still perfectly comfortable in my view.

• Sara (3/5): - Ubicación y desayuno aunque la fruta estaba en una vitrina llena de mierda. Y la nevera ni te cuento, todo muy religioso pero sin limpiar. Se oye todo, hasta si el de al lado se echa un gas. El baño con pérdida de agua. Las puertas no cierran bien. Muy viejo todo. Encima para entrar escaleras empinadas. Como ellos lo llaman sin cubículos. El colchón, como sirve de silla al dormir te echa al lado cedido. Y en esos 1'90x 1'50 había 6 cuadros de buda y 2 espejos. En eso no escatimaron.

• Jinwoo (9/5): - 맨해튼 중심가인 첼시에 위치해 접근성이 매우 뛰어나 이동이 편리합니다. 조용하고 차분한 분위기라 휴식하기에 좋았습니다. 직원들이 친절하고 전반적으로 관리가 잘 되어 있었습니다. 뉴욕에서 제일 가성비 최강인 숙소라 생각합니다. 조용하게 혼자 머물고 싶으신 분들에게 강력 추천합니다. 객실 공간이 매우 협소해 답답하게 느껴질 수 있습니다. 공용 시설 사용 시 시간대에 따라 불편함이 있을 수 있습니다. 종교 쪽에 민감하신 분들은 다소 불편하실수 있습니다. 조금이라도 시끄럽게 하거나 문이라도 좀 세게 닫으면 바로 직원이 뭐라하니 일행끼리 왔거나 조용한 분위기 싫어하시는 분들에게는 비추입니다. 일반 숙소와 다른 구조라(복도가 바깥쪽, 방이 안쪽) 처음에는 다소 낯설 수 있습니다.

Whenever someone goes up to the second floor, the doors slam very loudly, and I wake up every time. I think no one on the floor was able to sleep.

• sachiyo (8/5): ロケーションがよい - subwayの複数の駅からもpenn stationからも近くて、便利。簡単な朝食が無料で食べられる。平日の夜はかなり静かだった。スタッフが親切。シャワーのお湯も十分。 トイレの便座や洗面台の位置が高いので、背が低い人にはやや使いづらいかも。ベッドの幅が思ったより狭かった。寝返りで落ちそうと思ったが大丈夫だった。

Todos los empleados son muy amables y siempre hay alguien en recepción. Limpian todos los días y lo mejor es que es un espacio totalmente vegetariano! Ayudan también los que viven en la calle dándole comida y te invitan a partecipar al evento, me ha gustado mucho también la ubicación muy central El espacio de la habitación es muy pequeño pero la verdad si vas a turistear y estás afuera todo el día como hice yo, es perfecto!

Coffee and drinking water good quality and freely available. The beds were comfortable. The photos on the website do not reflect the overall standard of rooms and facilities. The overall space is cramped and most toilets, showers etc could do with an upgrade, redecoration. There is a lot of clutter everywhere which hinders cleaning . The breakfast area in particular could be improved, I wasn't confident over the management of food. Had an orange that was moldy. The biggest area that needs attention is the sleeping areas. You are warned about the open topped cubicles, and at night noise travels. They make a big issue about snoring, the big issues are mobile phones going off, people talking on them , stomping around. You can walk quietly, open and close doors quietly, put your phone on silent (NOT VIBRATE) and wear headphones.

Mivel minden be és kihallatszott a szomszéd kabinokból, igy sajnos az is, hogy egy másik lakónak reggel 4-5 között 5 percenként megszólalt az ébresztője. A bejutás könnyű volt. Ez egy rendkívül olcsó szállás, ennek megfelelően kell értékelni. Kosz és állatok nem voltak.

What sold me right away was its unbeatable location—it's an easy, walkable stroll from Penn Station,ideal for unwinding after exploring NYC, I only grabbed breakfast there once (my bad—I totally forgot they offered it!), but it was good: fresh sandwiches, a hot cup of coffee, and some tasty cookies Bathrooms bit away from my room,
