• Sally (8/5): Particularly lovely staff at this place - Good location. 5 minutes from town but quiet The curtains in bedroom too thin and let light in so difficult to sleep if you’re a light sleeper. The reception area is a bit bare. It’s a lovely place to sit and would be beautiful with a few plants
• Christof (9/5): Perfekt!! Wir würden sofort wiederkommen. - Super netter Empfang, nettes hilfsbereites Personal. Schöner Wintergarten mit kleiner Bar wo man auch zur kühleren Jahreszeit „draußen“ sitzen kann. Komfortables Bett, gute Dusche mit Duschvorhang (!). Toller Balkon mit guter Aussicht. Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft mit Videoüberwachung in einer ruhigen Sackgasse. Perfekte Lage, man kommt ohne Fahren über die engen Einbahnstraßen zur Unterkunft und ist zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten in der Stadt. Überraschend gab es noch ein ordentliches Frühstück. Bestes Preisleistungsverhältnis! Eigentlich nichts! Wirklich das Einzige: Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Das Haus liegt unterhalb der Festung, somit eine hervorragende Basis für Erkundung der Stadt. Obwohl es mitten im Ort liegt, wirkt die Umgebung ländlich, krähende Hähne.. aber keinesfalls störend. Die Bergkulisse drumrum ist grandios. Es läßt erahnen, wie schön die Naturpsrks weiter im Osten sein müssen. Gern komme ich wieder hierher, wenn sich die Gelegenheit ergibt!
• Michelle (10/5): Lovely stay in Gjirokastër - We had such a lovely stay at B Vishe Guesthouse. We were warmly welcomed and could check into our room right away. The room itself was fantastic, clean, stylish and very comfortable, with a modern bathroom. The best part was the big balcony with its stunning view. On top of that, the location was quiet and just outside the center, with easy parking and only a short walk to town. We honestly did not want to leave. This was without a doubt one of our favorite stays in Albania.

Our host was lovely and his daughter who did the translating upon arrival could not have been nicer. What a great town - stay a couple of nights! Nothing.

• MARIA (10/5): Nice rooms next to the Girokaster old city - We stayed at B Vishe guest house for two nights in August. The room was exactly like the pictures. Clean, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, and the price was very reasonable. There was a nice balcony with wonderful views of the new and old city of Girokaster. The property is just outside the old city, so in 10 minutes by foot we were at the wonderful old city with the bazaar and the interesting sights. There was free parking space outside the house which was very convenient. The owner was very kind and even if he didn't speak English well, he tried his best and we didn't had problem. If we return sometime to Girokaster we will stay there again! Nothing negative

Can not drink water from the tap, it is an I weren't problem all over the country apparently, bad to buy plastic bottles all the time

• Manon (8/5): Jolie chambre et bon emplacement - Établissement très bien situé avec une vue imprenable, la chambre était propre et jolie. Pas de chance pour nous, il y’avait un souci technique dans le bâtiment et donc un bruit très fort qui résonnait dans notre chambre toute la nuit.. J’espère que le souci en question va être vite réglé sinon il est pratiquement impossible de pourvoir dormir.

Elle nous semblait un peu loin du centre mais finalement, nous avons grandement apprécié la tranquillité et ce n’était qu’à 5-10 minutes à pied du grand bazar. Malgré la barrière de la langue, l’hôte a été très aidant. Tout était parfait.

• Jill (9/5): Einzigartige und schöne Übernachtungsmöglichkeit - Sehr schön eingerichtet, wunderschöne Sicht vom Balkon. In Fussdistanz zur Altstadt und allem, was man in Gjirokaster sehen will. Der Gastgeber konnte nur wenig Englisch aber war sehr nett und hat uns geholfen, als wir mit dem Auto Schwierigkeiten hatten in den steilen Gassen. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus.

Parkeren konden wij op het eigen terrein, dit is op loopafstand van de oude stad. Wij hadden kamer één, deze had een voortreffelijk uitzicht over de stad en naar de bergen. De verhuurder was zeer gastvrij en stond altijd voor je klaar. Als we ooit in deze weer Helaas overnachten, dan is dit onze voorkeur. Geen

Parking was easy and close. Check-in was easy. My Room had a nice balcony. I would definitely recommend staying here. Paying by card would be nice, but the owner was flexible with payments in Euro or LEK.

Eine Leselampe wäre schön und etwas wärmeres Licht auf dem Balkon. Nachts gab es ein mehrstimmiges Hundebellkonzert, morgens eins der Hähne. Irgendwie fühlte sich das natürlich und nach "nah dran am Leben" an, aber es war halt laut ;)
