• Bartosz (1/5): Do not book this hostel. - The stay in the hotel was the worst experience I ever had in Italy The bathroom was extremely dirty, cramped, and full of rust. Tiles were falling off the walls, and there were ants behind them. Everything smelled bad. The “rooms” were not proper rooms, but narrow, prison cell like partitions within a larger space, separated only by very thin drywall with absolutely no sound insulation, you could even hear your neighbors breathing. They also charge an additional fee for possible late check-in, which was not communicated anywhere on the website.
• Laura (1/5): Vreselijk - Wij verbleven hier met twee kinderen. Verblijf met kinderen niet aan te raden, het is absoluut geen Family Hostel zoals in de naam staat. Zeer gebrekkige verouderde en gedeelde badkamers en keuken, weinig privacy. Beddengoed is oud en vies, geen dekbedhoezen voor over de dekens. Het is duidelijk een voormalig woonappartement wat nu gebruikt wordt als hostel, maar er is geen enkele moeite gedaan om het daarvoor in te richten. Er staat allemaal oude troep, tijdschriften en kasten. Verlichting is zeer slecht: geen nachtlampjes of sfeerverlichting, alleen per ruimte 1 grote lamp. Oncomfortabel en in verhouding dus ook duur.

• Antal (5/5): Kellemes, árnak megfelelő hely. - Metro közel volt. Szép épület, Lakásra ráférne egy felújítás. Ágynemű hiányos volt, nem tűnt frissen mosottnak (paplanon nem volt huzat).
• Lena (8/5): Wonderful - I had a wonderful stay at this hostel. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available to help with any questions. Even after check-out, they kindly allowed me to leave my luggage at reception and collect it later in the day. I was also able to relax in the common area before my departure, charge my phone, and freshen up, which was greatly appreciated. A special thank you to Javier and Nelly for their hospitality and for making my stay so comfortable and enjoyable. I would happily stay here again!
• Heitor (1/5): GOLPE EM TURISTA CUIDADO!!! - Nada, além de ter sido me aplicado um golpe isso não é uma acomodação é um quarto de albergue, não é parecido com as fotos, o dono me aplicou um golpe de 39,50 euros por estar chovendo e ele ter que ABRIR a porta Além do fato de ter sofrido um golpe na acomodação, o dono simplesmente é um ladrao canalha, o albergue parece que está em decomposição, péssimo em tudo, isso não é uma acomodação é simplesmente um quarto daqueles de colocar morador de rua da prefeitura, eles não respondem ao chat, se fazem para aplicar golpe nos turistas, me foi aplicado um golpe de 30 euros para abrir a porta mais a taxa municipal que era de 3 euros foi cobrada 9,50 golpe em cima de golpe, peguei todos os comprovantes e a ligação feita para o dono, estou abrindo um processo com a plataforma para retirada do anúncio + reembolso dos valores e danos morais causados. NÃO SE HOSPEDEM NESSE QUARTO

• Jennifer (6/5): Great basic room ideal for solo traveller - Room was great fot a solo traveller. Communal bathroom was clean. Good charging table next to the bed that you just plugged your phone into. Walls a bit dirty in my room but fine for the price I paid.

• Giulia (5/5): Posizione comoda se sei di passaggio a Mi e non vuoi spendere una cifra - La posizione ottima e comoda alla metro. Nella camerata non c’era pace oltre ai rumori esterni c’era gente che arrivava a tutte le ore facendo molto rumore e accendendo il lampadario in continuazione, bagno sporchissimo pieno di capelli e con poca privacy perché se entri ti bussano dopo pochissimo tempo, dopo non aver chiuso occhio la prima notte mi sono fatta spostare pagando il supplemento in una stanza doppia uso singola con bagno in comune per dormire almeno qualche ora la seconda e ultima notte. Nella zona delle stanze private la situazione rumore e igiene è nettamente migliore. Assurda la tassa di soggiorno di 6,20 a notte!!

Le sol collait. Il y avait une odeur de renfermé/moisi dans la chambre. La fenêtre était à 3 mètre de haut donc impossible de la fermer même en montant sur le lit. Les sanitaires étaient sales, vieux et mal entretenus. Je déconseille vraiment l'endroit.

Kind and well-organized management. Clean. It's clearly an old apartment turned into a hostel. Maybe it might be a bit renovated. Yet it is perfect for a few days' stay.

The location is perfect, 3 minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes walk from downtown. All clean and tidy. I can easily stay again. They are not speaking English, but it's all good. We can beat this with a translator!

• Matthew (1/5): Bed bug nightmare - The lady who worked at reception was friendly. Bed bugs were crawling all over the walls and bed. We were booked for two nights but left immediately after discovering them. Reception was closed, our messages were ignored, and we’re now having to go through Booking.com for a refund, which is taking time to resolve and we're unlikely to get it. Avoid.

• Maja (4/5): poor privacy/you book only the room with glass doors, poor cleanliness, poor electricity - size of room was ok although not clearly advertised, you book only the room for substantial price, bathroom and kitchen are shared with 3 other rooms in our case, doors to rooms are with glass, so you hear other guests and see every light turned on during night time, location is approx. 17 min walk from central station (adverstised as 10), cleanliness is not their strong point, with holes in walls and bathroom, mold in showers, etc. lightning was really poor in our room (only one light worked properly and electricity in general looked non-profesionally done), doors to our room hardly opened..would not recommend it to families travelling

There was fully equiped kitchen, Bathrooms with modern interior design. Living room for everyone to be together. Calm and nice atmosphere. Everything was explained in begining. Very nice staff. Great place to stay. Close to central station to leave Milano before early flights. There was towel and slippers. All was too great after experience in other hostel. Only location is far away from center, but this comfort is worth it. Doors work with app so phone must have internet.

• Alexandra (3/5): Do not stay! This is not a typical hostel! - Location is great, easy walk from Milano Centrale. Staff were helpful with check-in and accommodating when I had the wrong dates (easily fixed) Towel provided (not all hostels do) and hair dryer which was great! Bathrooms were spacious. Security is good (keys, codes, lockers etc..) This is the worst hostel I’ve stayed at! It falls very short from the normal experience both from the hostel perspective and the types of guests staying there. Location was very difficult to find (a small sign can be missed depending on direction of travel) No check-in information provided before stay (this could solve the location problem) Both bathrooms didn’t have any toilet paper at 8am both mornings I woke up! - 1 bathroom was disgustingly dirty, always! - 1 bathroom shower didn’t drain. Nearly flooded. - mirror in one bathroom required you to be 7ft to see Kitchen is not equipped (little crockery, pans) and was disorganised. Lighting was bad, no tea towel or dry rack so I observe guests put wet dishes back in cupboard. No power outlets almost anywhere in the dorms. Not one I could use overnight to charge my phone. Had to rely on power banks and charging in common area while I cooked. Linen or lack there of. Provided a doona/cover but I hung inside. Just the cover. Super weird. Bunks are the most unstable I’ve been on. Whether it’s bottom or top, any movement felt like I was on a boat at sea when my bunk mate moved. Now, I know at least one guest was a permanent resident (let’s say short term). I believe there were more but cannot confirm. I felt uncomfortable as they took over the rooms and common spaces with their things and spent the days lounging and sleeping there. One in particular would sleep on the common room couch. Most guests weren’t travellers. Or the respectable type either. Nothing the hostel can do about them and it’s not their fault but maybe the “short term” residents need to be moved on.

The guy who check in and showing around was treating like he is sending me in prison, but hey He was right because the hostel is kinda prison type, one guy was forcing me to buy Shocks, using my bed, laud at all night and made me felt like not safe at all.. he was trying to sell it to others too..

• Mirda (10/5): Comfortable! - A very kind and generous host, comfortable bed and room, cleaned common space and shared toilet (and smells good too!) and a very quiet place during the night regardless located in busy areas Nothing, everything is what I need (they have fridge and microwave too for helping with frozen food)
• Ayla (8/5): Very good - Clean, tidy. Large common area and kitchen. Dorm was well laid out. Mattress were nice and thick, very comfy. Staff were polite and helpful. Located close to central train station. Overall good experience, wish more hostels were like this.
• Krasimira (10/5): Exceptional - It was near to Milano centrale. The place was perfect for one night as we had to change flights early in the morning.
• Ντινα (8/5): Very good - The beds were not steady, and when you'd roll around the bed, the whole thing would move. Besides that, everything was great.

• Azar (1/5): Bad - Location was decent, was not far from Central Station and metro. Bathroom was terrible, air conditioner wasn’t working, windows has no mosquito protection, it was an awful night in a hot room full of dust but bathroom was dirty as hell. For this price I expected at least one-two small issues with this place but they are too many. UPDATE The owner or manager of this place has contacted me to change my review to positive one and he said that they will pay me 20% back. He told me that it's better to lie and he doesn't care about people at all. So I decided to downgrade my rating to a minimum possible. HOLD THAT

• Lara (9/5): Excelent. - I expected way less, I was pleasantly surprised by the bedroom and the common area. I had a bed in the mixed dormitory. There were few power outlets but it was not a problem. The staff was amazing, welcoming and explained everything so nicely. The only downside is that we were given towels on the first day and not for the other two days. The room was hot since there was no air conditioning, but it is not a problem if the window is opened during the night.
