• Ratnadeep (7/5): Wonderful service and an ideal location, marred by outdated facilities and urgent maintenance needs. - This place has a great location, right down the street from the awesome National Museum. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Even though the room only started with two towels, they quickly brought us extras and some pillows the moment we asked. They really know the area well and hooked us up with some great local tips. To top it off, they happily let us check out an hour late without any issues. The service here is definitely amazing! This hotel is overpriced for what it offers. The building is old and run-down. It is hard to find because there is no big sign outside. The kitchen is in terrible shape, making it almost impossible to cook. It actually lacks an exhaust fan or chimney, which makes cooking unsafe. It would be better to remove the kitchen entirely to save space. The furniture is completely worn out and squeaks constantly. This property desperately needs maintenance before tourists can stay here comfortably.

• Perron (7/5): - L'emplacement est vraiment parfait entre l'arrivée à la gare et l'accès aux transports en commun ensuite. 15 min pour aller à pied à la vielle ville ! Le logement était propre et le personnel très serviable. Logement très spacieux Il manque un peu de vaisselle pour être bien. Et les matelas des lits devraient être renouvelés.
• Mateo (10/5): Eccezionale! - Il signore che ci ha accolto e pure accompagnato andata e ritorno dall'aeroporto, Roberto, una persona davvero eccezionale. Ci ha dato un sacco di consigli su dove andare, dove fare colazione pranzare cenare ecc ecc. La posizione dell'hotel è veramente ottima, a 30 secondi da piedi dalla metro, dal museo nazionale e dalla fermata del tram. I mezzi pubblici sono davvero funzionali e un biglietto di 30 minuti costa più o meno 2 euro o poco meno. Non usate i taxi perché non vi servono a nulla. A piedi la girate comunque bene. Che altro dire, se volete essere ben accolti e un appartamento in una buonissima posizione, prenotate qui!! Roberto un saluto!

• Krzysztof (10/5): Centrum, przemiły personel - Fajna miejscówka w samym centrum, bardzo blisko PKP na czym nam zależało, 10 minut wolnym spacerem do stacji. W mieszkaniu niczego nie brakowało,czysto ciepło dużo miejsca. Na szczególną pochwałę zasługuje Pan który nas przyjmował, niesamowicie miły i pomocny człowiek. Mają transport z lotniska w normalnej cenie ( mieliśmy nocny lot). Zostaliśmy tam jedną noc ze względu na przesiadkę i dalszą podróż, ale myślę że wrócimy na zwiedzanie Pragi. Polecamy

Odloupavajici se teflon. Nepohodlné matrace, děravé prostěradla, pavouci v ubytování. Výhled z oken do vnitrobloku - popelnice a hrozný nepořádek.

• Miroslava (8/5): - Zentrumsnah... Parkplatz - ist nicht sicher, ob ein Parkplatz gleich in der Nähe ist. Parkhaus wäre 15 min. von der Unterkunft entfernt, damit ist man an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angewiesen.
• Ayse (9/5): Memnun kaldık - Temizlik ve konum çok iyiydi. İlk başta bir otel bekliyorduk. Ama daha çok apart tarzı bir binaydı ve zile basıp içeri girdiğimizde nereye gideceğimizi bilemedik. Bu durum bizde hemen endişe yarattı nereye geldik böyle diye. Ama sonra Booking de kayıtlı tel numarasını arayınca bir 5 dakika içinde biri gelip hemen ilgilendi ve odamızı gösterdi. Başlangıçta bir bilgilendirme yapılsaydı çok iyi olurdu. Bunun dışında herşey iyiydi.

You need to give an accurate time of arrival as you need to be met at the door and given the briefing on access.

Seriously, the room had, like, three different doors to unlock – no way anyone's getting in without a serious effort! The staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly and always ready to help with anything. Location-wise, it was perfect – really close to public transport, shops, and the Christmas Market, which was a huge plus. I think the guy who checked me in was named George? Anyway, he was super friendly and helpful too. Check-out was a breeze. Overall, a great experience! Okay, so check-in was a little chaotic, but I arrived pretty late, so that might've been why. Also, you can definitely hear noise from the other rooms at night, so maybe bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. The place has all the basics you need, and it could use a little maintenance here and there, but honestly, for the price, I can't complain too much.

• Zhang Rongping (4/5): - 位置好，交通方便，到地铁、火车站、公交站都很好！卫生间是新装修的，且干净. 不宜叫酒店(inn)！！！.博物馆周边那么大，导航导不到，路人问不到.一个好心父子帮我转了好多几圈，才找到，但是没有任何酒店、旅馆标志，(那怕巴掌的的标志都没有),没有服务平台，只有墙上小小字的电话号码，要不是好心人用当地语与之沟通，我不可能住入。高大的楼房，外观会误以为四星以上酒店，可进入古老古旧的大门后，通道是黑的，开灯才看到是非常古旧的通道(没有任何装修过,如果不是工作人员带我入内，我根本不赶进入,更不用说女性)。正式进入3层旧门后(通道里凉着可能是自己洗的被单、 毛巾),我非常惊讶，一个大房间，里面5张单人床，中间是2张并在一起的所谓双人床(根本不是广告图上的双人间！多年来我都是在booking上订房的，从没见过这样，能叫酒店(inn),！！！)。卧具是暗色的，毛巾是暗色的，我不敢用，还好我带来了一次性卧具.我们下午快四点时到的布拉格中央火车站，天都暗了，门牌都快看不清了，路人很少，都快绝望了...住了4个晚上，工作没露过一次面..

• Christopher (7/5): Great location, just needs an IKEA shopping trip! - Incredible location! Close to the metro and just a quick walk to trams. The room has a comfortable bed and a great bathroom...even a towel warmer! The bed is very comfortable and the fact that it has a tiny kitchenette (however flawed) helps with a traveler's budget. High ceilings and great light from the windows (double windows, so you don't hear the street noise). Man, I would've LOVED to have given this place a higher rating due to its positives, but there are little things that they should really address. By the way, this is NOT an "inn" in the traditional sense. It's a couple of tiny, self-contained rooms. 1. No one answered the door buzzer after several tries when we first arrived. I also called the number on WhatsApp, and no-one answered. I also texted on the Booking.com app with no answer. Only after I texted on WhatsApp did I hear a response that an employee would open the door for us. NOT a good first impression when you've been traveling. If it was late at night or bad weather, I would've been pissed! 2. The "kitchenette" area is an abomination. Yes, you can make meals here and that is very helpful for a budget traveler. But, the bistro seating looks like it was picked up off the street. The table was so wobbly that we had to put something under the legs. The chairs literally had black tape on them and were hard as rocks! There is very little in the way of utensils and cookware (and it also looks like it came off the streets!). There were no dish towels or paper towels, so we were forced to dry our dishes with our bath towels, which were the size of hand towels. Good lord, just take care of these issues and this place would be amazing. 3. I have no idea about this "Richard" person people are raving about. I never heard from him or saw him. No one was there to give us any guidance about the city. That's fine, as we didn't need help. However, after hearing so much about him, I was disappointed that he never checked in on us. It would've been nice. 4. The window area was very dirty. C'mon, this is an easy fix!! It's really sad about these negative points, as this place has MASSIVE potential. Seriously, spend about 100€ at IKEA and this place would be golden.

• yi (10/5): 性价比极高！强烈推荐！ - 1. 地理位置：靠近国家博物馆及其地铁站，无论是坐tram还是metro都非常方便 2.员工：非常热情友好！我们比预定时间早了2小时到达，给老板打电话的时候，他还在睡觉，但仍然让他的员工过来接待我们。 3.房间设施：家庭出游推荐4人房，里面冰箱、微波炉、餐具、炊具、大桌子都一应俱全，非常方便！ 1.厕所抽风不够，偶尔会有点臭 2.床垫有点软。 但是性价比非常高，我们也不能拿着住招待所的钱要求别人提供五星级酒店的设施。

• Daniela Ribeiro Schneide (10/5): Ótima relação entre preço acessível e conforto para ficar em Praga. - A localização é ótima perto de metro e do Museu Nacional em Praga, ao final do passeio de Venceslau (Václavské náměstí). que liga a Cidade Nova à Cidade Velha. A região da pensão é bem tranquila e sossegada, mas bem perto do agito da cidade. Para chegar ao centro histórico são 15 minutos caminhando. O quarto é simples, mas é bem amplo, com todos os materiais necessários para o conforto dos hóspedes, situado em um prédio antigo, do estilo clássico na cidade. Tive problemas para entrar no prédio, pois apesar de chegar na hora combinada para o check-in, a equipe não atendeu a campainha e estava chovendo, o que foi um pouco tenso. Foi necessário chamar ao telefone para que eles providenciassem a abertura da porta. A partir dai foram solicitos e deu tudo certo.

Uprzejma obsługa, dobry kontakt z właścicielem i łatwe zameldowanie. Zdjęcia nie oddają faktycznej kondycji pokoju - jest zużyte, ściany i meble są odrapane, przewody wystają ze ściany owinięte taśmą. Zasłona niezakrywająca okna. Za oknem ruchliwa droga, słyszalna wewnątrz. Drzwi z głównego korytarza do przedsionka nie były w najlepszej kondycji - zamek ledwo trzymał.
