Рядом множество магазинов на все случаи жизни. Есть кухня, стиральная и сушильная машины, кофейный автомат, минимаркет. Ежедневно делается уборка. Уютные номера с тумбочками, запирающимися на ключ. Есть общая гостиная. Отзывчивый персонал. Идеальное место для проживания в течение длительного времени. Я сам живу здесь уже семь месяцев — и переезжать куда-либо ещё не собираюсь.

Рядом — множество магазинов на все случаи жизни. Есть кухня, стиральная и сушильная машины, кофейный автомат, минимаркет. Чисто — уборка делается ежедневно. Уютные номера с отдельными тумбочками и кондиционерами. Чуткий, отзывчивый персонал. В общем, заглядывайте — и оставайтесь!

• Miguel (10/5): Very friendly staff and occupants, found many things to do around the city and there are some very good restaurants righ - The staff is very friendly and there are good facilities. The location is very close to the main attractions in Yerevan. The only issue is the busyness but there are only about 2 hours during the day where you might have to wait to cook food or use the bathroom for a couple minutes.
• Miguel (10/5): I was welcomed and shown all the facilities on the property even though it was late at night. The beds are comfortable a - I liked the staff they helped me do laundry and use the kitchen, the whole property is cleaned every morning and they give you recommendations on where to go. There is a large variety of the travelers that stay here and they will also help you if you have questions. There are only two bathrooms but most of the time you don’t have to wait to use the bathrooms. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to any of the good areas in Yerevan so the location is good unless you don’t like walking at all.

• Mami (5/5): Budget hostel for short stay - Great location, but it’s very dark at night. Only 2 toilets/ shower rooms for everyone, so it was inconvenient. I messaged ahead of time of my arrival, but nobody was available to check me in and then when the staff finally answered, he messaged me back saying there’s no bed available. I explained that I had a reservation then he checked me in.

• Mahdis (1/5): Not recommended! - Just location I had a terrible experience at this hostel. The beds were uncomfortable and noisy, especially the queen bed, where one person's movement would wake the other. Additionally, the hostel was too small, and there wasn't any management to keep the noise level down. However, the worst thing happened on the only night we stayed there. Drunk guests were shouting until 4 AM, which made us feel unsafe to go out to the toilet. My friends and I couldn't sleep at all. We checked out before ten the following day, eager to leave this awful experience behind.

• Semblante (3/5): NOT COMING BACK⛔️ and of course NOT RECOMMENDED🚫 - Location ⛔️NOT KID FRIENDLY - my son was not even running around nor shouting nor having tantrums. He was simply humming while playing with his toy patiently waiting for us in the common area. They want to keep the place as quiet as possible and yet, 11pm I can still hear people banging pots and pans in the kitchen, and others full volume on their mobile phones. ⛔️NOT SAFE - after I went to the toilet at 5am, i felt somebody was following me to my room and true enough, this man tried to push open our door. Thank God i was quick enough to close and lock it! This was the BIG RED FLAG!🚩 I woke my aunt up with the loud door bang,i was shaking and freaking scared! We went together to the reception after 10 mins, checked the camera and there it was a male guest from the dorm room whom he did not even confront why. Night staff tried to calm me down but nothing makes sense why this man would try getting in to our room.We were promised they 'know' this man personnally and that the issue would be escalated to hostel owner but we did not even get a feedback the next day. Not even a 'hey' from anybody during the dayshift! That night staff just kept offering 'tea' but nothing about the incident! We left at the end of the day, Nothing! No one cared! In the first place where my kid was not welcomed, I should have not given a chance but cancelled the stay.

• Richard (6/5): Pleasant - The hostel has a good location and while there isn't exactly much of a public space available, the toilets and the facilitites in general were very clean. I had one of the worst nights in this hostel, this was mainly due to the other guests in the dorm. I had never experienced such disrespect to other guests, one guy calling until 2 am, another one playing on his phone with sound on until even later. I get it that this is not supposed to be a review of the guests, but the hostel, yet I think the latter can estabish ground rules which ensure the comfort of all guests. Something this hostel and its indifferent "manager" clearly were not concerned about. Due to the points mentioned above regarding cleanliness I still give 6 stars, if it was for the experinece itself, one of the worst nights of my life, the rating would be much lower.
• Nikolaos (4/5): Bedbugs and free night porn show - The flexibility of the stuff in the morning Bedbugs in more than 1 bed. Noone replier at the first 15m at the phone call out of the hotel at 3am. The reaction of the receptionist was "its the same everywhere" abd when i refused to change bed, and started booking otger place at 3am he said "ok, you can go in another bed". At 4am, one guy came and started mastrubating openly in the bed in the middle and later went to another bed to finish the act with another guy. My fault for not reacting immediately and pretend i m sleeping, its not the property's fault but its worth mentioner..

I liked everything, I just think it would be better if they put a small trash bin in the bedrooms.
• Chao (8/5): A quiet, clean, and organized hostel with a very welcoming and comfortable vibe in the city center - I like the staff and manager of the hostel a lot. They are very polite, caring, and supportive. After I complained about the noises from other people talking loudly and watching videos without headphones at midnight, a staff member and manager asked them to follow the quiet-hour rule to be quiet after 11 p.m. I stayed in the hostel for five days. I slept well at most of the time. I really appreciate that the staff member and manager took my complaint seriously. If you are very concerned about the quietness of a hostel. This hostel may be one of the best options in the city center. I had to often ask a staff member to turn on the AC in the dorm. The sound and vibration of the underground metro could be disturbing sometimes, but this is something out of the hostel's control. Furthermore, an extra bed in the middle of the dorm makes the room crowded.

• Carol (9/5): Perfect location to navigate the city. Wonderful room! - Areva Hostel was perfect for a stay in Yerevan. The location was outstanding. You could walk any where needed pretty quickly. I had had a bed in the four bed female dorm. It was so nice. The others in the room were so interesting and we really learned a lot from each other! The bathrooms were nice and large. There was a lot of effort by the staff to keep them very clean which was nice. I liked everything . Some of the staff didn’t speak English so it was a bit difficult to navigate anything aside from simple translated needs but I found that the other folks staying there could always help so it was not a big issue.

Only two toilets/showers. The rooms are not properly cooled down and cleaning personnel is always opening the doors of the rooms during the day.
