Sofia (10/5): Nostalgic - I really liked the hostel, the bedroom and the bed, the staff, kitchen was well equipped, enough number of toilets for everyone, wifi pretty strong for calls and meetings and quite close to the city centre and lovely breakfast (Cook a few mins longer the medialunas 😅)

Harvey (2/5): Good location does not make up for filth. - Very good location close to the main streets of Ushuaia. Felt secure Have free luggage storage for day of departure. Shared areas and bedroom filthy - people washing walking boots in sinks, bins overflowing, food left out, washing not done, mud all over the bathroom floor. Dirt on bedroom floor. Towels dirty. Showers are poor in quality. Staff unhelpful when asking basic questions (e.g. nearby activities, where to get cash etc) Felt very crowded and noisy , often long waits to use shower or kitchen.

The showers have no door to lock. - People were loud until late in the night without intervention from the responsible people. - Breakfast is mainly basic and consists mainly of sweet stuff.

Bayron (9/5): Great staff and great location! - The staff are really wonderful people, they are really helpful with everything you need. The place is literally a block away from the main avenue. Everything on the hostel is in pretty good conditions, bathrooms always clean.
Avner (8/5): Very good - Friendly staff and good location at the city center. You can book many activities at the front desk and there's a free coffee machine in the kitchen. The shared showers and toilets, although being very clean, feel unpleasant to use and there's no good option of where to hang your clothes and towel.
Itzel (8/5): Nice - I really enjoyed my stay here. Staff is super friendly and helpful - if you need anything, they immediately are ready. I couldn’t reach my locker because I am not tall enough, and they lended me a small thingy to stand on; even though they needed it for themselves. Also, in de kitchen in the evening is was very cozy and people were socializing, which was nice. I met some nice people there. The breakfast should really be improved. It only has some white bread, croissants and muesli (without milk, only yoghurt?). When you arrive late, there’s nothing left.

No soundproofing in the building, noise travels throughout the whole place, if your looking for a peaceful nights sleep this is not the one. Although with that being said, the facilities and staff are great. Just a nosey building due to the thin martials its built from.

Tatiana (3/5): Not worth it - Centric. Warm place and hot water. Breakfast is plain, coffee is very bad. Beds are very uncomfortable, especially the pillow. The pillow case and towel had stains although they smelled clean. The showers and toilet stalls are very small and uncomfortable. Bathroom was not clean, mold in the tiles, broken showers. For 43usd, not worth it at all.
Spela77 (5/5): OK but would not go back - they respected the Quiet policy, no partying after 11 and the night that had one loud group untill 11 - they all left by 11.10 so that was nice Very good price on tours and fast booking, helpful staff 24hr reception is nice too Bed matress was rock like hard, I had some awfull nights. Awfull smell from the drains and pipes. The floor and bathrooms were clean but there was unpleasnt smell all over because of that. Very small showers with no space to hang dry clothes.

Iaramags (10/5): Exceptional - It is a very good hostel, I can't reccomend it enough: good location (one block from main street, you can walk everywhere); staff is super helpful and nice (from reception to the driver); they have their own shuttle to the busiest trails; breakfast is really good for a hostel; free coffee machine all day long; big lockers; wide bed with curtains, plugs and light, very comfy. The dorm doors were quite thin, so I could hear from the dorm when people were loud in the living room or in the adjoining dorms, but is wasn't frequent. I slept with earplugs just in case and it wasn't a problem for me.

The noise from common area could be heard in the rooms. I would recommend that they get a proper door between the common and room areas, which would block the sound. The upper bunks also need a bar, as it's just a sheer drop off the mattress!

Staff were brilliant - Flor on the front desk was really helpful with organising tours etc and fixing any concerns straight away. The lockers are not well designed -- the ones in my dorm were awkward to get into and then most locks won't fit the locker, making it a real safety issue. Personal lockers in the bed space would be an excellent solution.

The breakfast was good with a selection of fruit and also a nice coffee machine. maybe the beds are a little hard but that’s about it

The beds have curtains (all hostels should have these!). Marcos is really helpful 💛 Not soundproof at all. It's ok with me, I always have earplugs. But if you are a light sleeper, could be difficult.
Arthur (1/5): almost died of gas poisoning in there - the terrible soundproofing that saved our lives . accesorily the location that is close to the bus stop the gas heater was malfunctioning, noise woke us up at 1am with terrible headache and feeling deezy . we opened the window and 5 minutes after we felt better (we then slept with the window open by fear) we could have died of gas poisoning here told the management, no reaction, they don't seem to realize how serious this is , hope they will do something furthermore the place has terrible soundproofing and it is not clean . 90usd for this ...
Brian (8/5): comfortable & secure hostel in the heart of Ushaia! - comfortable beds! good showers! helpful staff! free coffee and croissants! good cooking equipment & saw staff making improvements in food storage space which was needed & great! great hostel & staff BUT two improvements could make it even better are to enforce quite hours in the kitchen/common areas as the noise easily travels to the rooms above and on floor one. 2) Small thing but making the steps wider going to rooms 1-4! I’m young and those steps are far too narrow basically asking for someone to trip coming down them. cheers!
Olly (10/5): Great place to meet people, hang out and go explore Ushuaia. - Friendly and helpful staff, really good place to meet people and organise tours too. Nice privacy curtains with the beds and big lockers for bags. Really warm and cosy throughout. Basic but decent breakfast available and free coffee machine was an extra bonus. Decent kitchen for cooking food. Comfy communal areas and the showers were hot. Really creaky floorboards through the property upstairs and in the bedrooms could wake people. The bathroom cubicles were very cramped too.
