(perdon que no recuerdo los nombres chicos!! Fuimos en marzo) Hasta la señora que hacia el aseo. Todos muy atentos! Sobre todo con mi mama!! (Que les manda saludos xD ). Muy buenos consejos de lugares para visitar y comer. El hostel muy lindo y limpio. Tiene cocina dividida en 2 (area cafe y para cocinar medio escondido) el cafe muy rico.. pues nada, 100% recomendado! Y los barcitos de al lado: muy buenos cocktails! Lo unico "malo" es que no tiene ascensor asique si se te olvida algo... jajajja . Si miras el lado positivo, haces ejercicio! xD

Schönes Hostel in einem alten Stadthaus direkt gegenüber der Kirche St. Lorenzo, also super gelegen für Bahnreisende und top Ausgangspunkt für Stadtbesichtigung. Sehr sauber, schöne Küche mit toller Terrasse, sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal.

- Kenneth (10/5): Maybe not the fanciest looking hostel that I stayed in after these two weeks in Spain and Italy, but certainly the one w - Loved not having a bunk bed that feels like sleeping in a shipping container. Instead, here, the dorms rooms have nice single beds, huge lockable closets, bedside tables, and likely the nicest roomy private bathroom (go only four people) and shower stall that you will likely find across dorms/hostels in Europe. The location is unbeatable, as the major attractions and tour meeting spots are maybe 5-10 minute stroll away from Emerald Palace; the big Mercado Centrale is about 2 minutes outside your door. Train station was an easy 10 minute walk away. I was lucky that all my hostel roommates were friendly and curious, and we all bonded so well that we went out around the city together that night. Whereas other hostel bed bunk environments seem to emphasize privacy, it was nicer to sit on the edge of your single bed facing roommates who want to connect with fellow travelers. The kitchen and terrace were clean & quaint, but I barely used them. You and your belongings would feel super secure here at Emerald Palace!

- zoraida (10/5): - Excelente ubicación entre la estación de tren y el centro de Florencia. La habitación doble bastante amplia con mini nevera y cafetera. Aunque dispone de comedor-cocina común para los huéspedes, falta un microondas o algún elemento para cocinar o calentar la comida.

- Yoann (10/5): Auberge de jeunesse très agréable avec tout ce qu'il faut - Personnel souriant et très agréable. Dans ma chambre il n'y avait que des lits simples, pas de lit superposé. Accès à une douche et toilette + frigo pour la chambre et petite cuisine disponible pour tout l'établissement. Le linge de lit est comprit dans le prix et la serviette de bain se loue pour 2€ pour tout le séjour. L'emplacement est top. Les chambres sont assez lumineuse même la nuit donc je conseil un masque pour dormir si besoin. Ainsi que des boule quies car la rue peut-être assez bruyante en début de soirée.

- Rhana (10/5): - Sempre tem recepcionistas dispostos a te ajudar e atender. A localização é ótima, perto de tudo. Estação, Duomo, restaurantes, mercado central. As instalações são um pouco antiga, se você vai passar poucos dias, é tranquilo. E tem muitas escadas para chegar no quarto.

- juana (10/5): - Súper recomendable. Llegué al hostel a las 12 del mediodía y no solo pude dejar las valijas, sino que como mi habitación ya estaba lista, me dejaron hacer el check-in antes. La verdad, me salvó, porque llegué en medio de un diluvio completamente mojada, así que poder ponerme ropa seca y darme una ducha fue un placer enorme. La ubicación es comodísima, a metros de la estación de tren y con todo súper a mano, lo que hace que moverse sea facilísimo. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas y limpias, tienen una terraza divina, las camas son muy cómodas y el baño también súper cómodo. Pero sin duda lo mejor del lugar es la gente. Siempre que entrás o salís te reciben con mucha atención y cariño, haciéndote sentir realmente bienvenida. Sin dudas, si alguna vez vuelvo, elegiría hospedarme acá otra vez. 🖤

- LISA (10/5): - スタッフが親切。エレベーターがなくて愕然としたがドアマン？の方が重いスーツケースを運んでくれて大変助かりました。フィレンツェに着いた初日に地図で訪れるべき場所等を説明して書いてくれた。名前を覚えてくれてあいさつしてくれるのも嬉しかった！ ルームメイトに恵まれなかったこと。爆音のアラームに起こされ(自分は耳栓をして寝ていて肩を叩かないと起きない笑)、夜中に配慮もなくパックキングをして大きな音を立てたり大迷惑でした。これはホテルのせいではなくこの宿泊者のせいです。シェアルームに泊まるのならば最低限のマナーを身につけるべきです。

- Tamara (8/5): It is good for shared accommodation - It was very central located but close enough to the train station so easy to walk with a small amount of luggage! The rooms were cleaned daily and it’s nice someone is at the front desk 24hours. I did watch them clean and I don’t think they take the Doona away and wash them. I seen her re use them twice on two seperate occasions and that made me feel a bit gross knowing people come in from the outside and sit on top, sweat in the night or have sicknesses.

Did not have much of a social space apart from a balcony to meet other people but great if you are not looking for a 'party' hostel.
