Kahve ve su sınırsız. bina eski haliyle Banyoda eski. Renove edilmemiş. 3 anahtar veriyorlar, dış kapı-kat kapısı ve oda kapısı. Kahvaltı yok. Biz kahvaltı almıştık. Odaya bir adet muz, paket kuruvasan ve armut suyu bırakıyorlar.

• Juulia (4/5): Kyllä siellä muutaman yön nukkui. - Sijainti aseman vieressä hyvä. Paikka ei ole varsinaisesti hotelli vaan kerrostalo, jossa muutama huone yhdessä kerroksessa. Ei kunnollista respaa. Tiedoissa lukee myös ”hyvä aamiainen”, mutta todellisuudessa se oli iltaisin tarjottimella tuotu banaani/omena, mehu ja teollinen ”croissant”. Huone oli rähjäinen, muun muassa pöytäliinana oli pyyhe. Suihkutila oli homeinen. Yksi ikkuna ei mennyt kiinni, joten öisin oli kylmä. Huoneeseen kuului myös kova melu. Sijainti oli hyvä liikkumisen kannalta aseman läheisyydessä, vaikka aseman alue onkin levoton. Vettä sai ilmaiseksi pulloissa ja kahvikoneesta kahvia, mikä oli hyvä juttu.

• Jaume (5/5): Suficiente si no tienes grandes pretensiones - La ubicación es excelente para desplazarse por el centro de Roma andando o con transporte público pues está junto a la estación de Termini. En el pasillo de las habitaciones había una cafetera con cápsulas de café y una nevera con botellines de agua gratis. No me gustó el desayuno, cada día lo mismo, un zumo, un bollo relleno de crema y un plátano. Te lo dejaban en la habitación cada día por la tarde. No me gustó la cama pues era un sofá-cama abierto ocupando la mini estancia.

• Ljiljana (2/5): - Lokacija The accommodation provided was substantially different from the room advertised and booked through Booking.com, both in terms of size and overall standard. The room assigned to me appears to have been a repurposed utility/storage space rather than a legitimate standard guest room. The main issues are as follows: • The booked room was advertised as a double room of approximately 20 m²; however, the actual room provided was significantly smaller (estimated approximately 9 m²), with extremely limited usable space and a layout inconsistent with a standard double room accommodation. • Instead of a proper double bed, the room contained a folding/temporary-style bed with poor structural quality and an uneven sleeping surface, significantly affecting comfort and usability. • Air conditioning was listed as an included room amenity; however, the unit was unusable because no remote control was provided. As a result, the air conditioning could not be operated during the stay. Only a basic wall-mounted fan was available, which does not correspond to the advertised amenities. • The bathroom was directly integrated into the main room area with sliding doors offering minimal privacy, which is not consistent with the expectations of a standard double room. • Above the bathroom area there was an exposed storage section containing debris and miscellaneous stored items, creating an unhygienic and highly inappropriate environment for guest accommodation. • The room also contained a large technical/storage cabinet that further reduced the already extremely limited usable space and reinforced the impression that the room was converted from a non-residential or utility area. • Electrical outlets and wall installations appeared damaged and potentially unsafe, which raised serious safety concerns during the stay. These issues are documented with photographic and video evidence.

Además esta al lado de Termini con lo que es conveniente a la hora de coger transportes. La zona en la que esta no parece muy segura, las calles aledañas de noche se sienten un poco peligrosas.

El desayuno venía incluido y era abundante y bueno. Nos cambiaron de habitación cada día, las ventanas cerraban mal y concretamente en la segunda habitación hacía muchísimo frío.

Too little space. The bathroom is so small that you can't close the door while sitting on the toilet. There wasn't even a bed.. we slept on a couch.. There is a very old and dusty convector that can't heat the room. The floor was broken and dirty. Also, the water wasn't hot enough in the shower. We paid nearly 135€ per day to sleep in a room worth 20...

• SorayaHer (7/5): - La ubicación es buena. Está literalmente a un minuto de la estación de Roma Termini. El desayuno es completo, son dos piezas de fruta (manzana y plátano en nuestro caso), un croissant bastante grande y un zumo variado según los días. Me resultó raro encontrar el alojamiento. No tiene un cartel como el que puedas imaginar. Es un portal, con un papel en el portero que te indica el nombre. Luego te mandan subir a una planta, pero la habitación no está ahí, sino en otra. Eso es un poco raro, al igual que el idioma. Si no sabes algo de inglés no te vas a entender con la persona que entrega las llaves. Ah, y hay que saber que el impuesto que cobra Italia por dormir hay que pagarlo en efectivo. La calefacción está baja.

• Alejandra (1/5): Horrible - El colchón de una de las habitaciones que estuvimos era cómodo. Lo único positivo. La ubicación es una zona conflictiva, con ratas por las calles. El edificio es súper viejo. En la habitacion que nos dieron, una de las ventanas no cerraba bien y entraba muchísimo frío y ruido, parecía que estabas en la mismísima calle. El radiador frío. La colcha tenia mugre. Le pedimos un cambio de habitación por la frialdad de la habitación, el responsable, bastante atento nos cambió a otra en la que la cama, era un sofá cama que sonaba muchísimo en cada movimiento. El baño minúsculo, no podias ni cerrar la puerta para tener intimidad, el grifo de del lavabo roto y suelto. El desayuno te lo dan en una bolsa para que te lo comas donde quieras porque no hay un comedor como tal. Todo viejo, anticuado y medio roto... Decepcionante el lugar.

• Katarina (9/5): Excellent location, comfortable stay! - Great location, 20min walk to Colosseum! Room was very spacious and clean, breakfast was okay plus free water any time. Clean towels every day. Towels had a distinct smell which I didn’t like. Corridors at the entrance a little too narrow.

• NÚRIA (6/5): BIEN, CORRECTO PARA UNOS DÍAS - El chico que nos hizo el check-in muy amable. Nos enseñó todo perfectamente. Además de que nos dejó entrar a la habitación antes de la hora del check-in acordada. Cafetera con café 24h, microondas, nevera (con agua y fruta siempre a disposición), jabón y papel extra en el baño........hacen la estancia mucho más confortable. La habitación limpia, para dormir y ducharse, agua caliente y con presión, todo correctamente. Localización perfecta a solo una calle de la estación de Termini, 30 min paseando de la Fontana y 20 min paseando del Colosseo. Al momento de entrar no contestaban al timbre del edificio. Tuvimos que esperar que saliera alguien para ir averiguando piso por piso cuál era nuestro alojamiento. cuando dimos con la persona que era ya todo OK. El edificio muy viejo y descuidado, como toda la zona en general alrededor de la estación de Termini. Se oye bastante ruido de la calle.

• Gros (6/5): - I liked the location. It was very close to Termini Station. I could get to local busses and airport transport easily. I absolutely did NOT like the young staff member upon arriving. He was extremely rude on telephone and had me in tears by the time I got to hotel after a day long journey on train with delays. I sent messages on Booking.com several times on the train delays. He kept calling my phone. I had no internet most of the time so did not see calls. Just very bad communication. He was very rude. Very rude. It made my entire journey from Paris to Rome stressful. The older man from the hotel in the morning was pleasant which made up for some it. The breakfast is a joke. I got to my room and there is a white bag with banana, apple and chocolate croissant. There was a bug in the bag. Gross. It was the same breakfast everyday. No telling how old everything is or how many times it was served to people. Very misleading so say breakfast served daily. Not sure how no one else has complained about this. The pastries could have been a week old, who knows. The coffee maker on the floor was great as was the bottled water in the fridge. My bed has a slump in matters on left side of bed so I slept on the right side. I found that very low budget. The room was spacious. But, somehow I still felt is was dirty. Overall, budget hotel with budget price. Staff lacking.
