• waleed elsayed (1/5): - It's a homeless shelter. The people who live there long term are homeless on food stamps and don't work. They will argue with you over everything. One of the homeless slammed the door in my face coming into the room and instead of apologize he gone crazy , punch me in the face and run to the useless manager to complain. When I talk to the Manger he to told " may be you deserve it" with a smile on his face. Don't go there the place is dirty as chicken coop. Dirty water in the sink and roaches everywhere. Nothing a punch of homeless ppl cranky and weirdos playing loud music 24/7 and no one using earphones.

• Yu (1/5): 人生で最も最悪 - ない 衛生面が酷い。 ゴキブリがうじゃうじゃ居た🪳日本の衛生感覚では考えられない。 シャワー室の洗面台に、30匹くらいゴキブリが居た。日本だったら即刻営業停止になってると思う。 高齢男性が1人で宿泊者の割り当てもやってるっぽいが、適当過ぎる。 自分が着いたのは夜の21時だったが、前泊者が使った状態のベッドを案内された。ヨタヨタしながらシーツと枕カバーを替えてくれたが、信じられない。 シラミとか心配で仕方ない。 キッチンも冷蔵庫も、日本では考えられないくらい汚い。 過去に、世界中旅行経験があるが、ここまで酷いと思った宿泊施設はない。２度ととまらない。日本人は辞めといた方が良い。 マイアミは、WBCで日本人が多く来る機会があると思うが、覚えておいた方がいい。ドミトリーは他にもいくらでもある。

• Ash (1/5): Sat upright to sleep - The staff is kind It’s dirty. Not regular dirty like EXTREMELY dirty. The place has a smell, sheets and covers dirty. I don’t think they actually change and clean sheets after a guest. Live roaches everywhere. Cats everywhere. Obvious dirt everywhere..like a horror scene type vibe.

• Mbugua (3/5): - Its very close to outlets like kfc, beach, airport etc. Good wifi, hot shower, kitchen and of course the pricing Having mentioned the pricing, I believe you can do better still. The moment you enter the front door, a pungent smell hits your nostrils. Cockroaches can be seen crisscrossing the living area. The bedding seems never changed - I saw some hair on the pillow and they were not mine, no soap in the bathroom - carry yours, I was told there wasn't a towel available - carry yours if you must shower
• Butler (2/5): You get what you pay for. - I did like the price. I didn't like the location I didn't like that the description didn't meet the actual place. Filthy very lived in. Cats on premises in case you're allergic. Lots of roaches. I can't describe the smell I can still smell it a day later.

• Valerie (1/5): Feared for our safety so we left and got out of the neighborhood as quickly as we could. - Nothing This place was terrible. Sketchy neighborhood. Filthy. More of a flop house than anything. We didn’t stay. Two women traveling alone felt very unsafe. Our Uber driver was even leary about leaving us there. I requested a refund and was denied.

• Sid (2/5): A disaster - I liked the price of $77, after tax, for 3 nights. I didn’t like the slugs who were inhabiting the place, including 1 guy who was sleeping on the couch. I didn’t like the cat smell. I hated the neighborhood.

Nada más hola buen día. antes de ayer había alquilado 2 noches para "miami cheapest place" y realmente fue una experiencia desagradable, olor horrible en toda la casa y más en la habitación, no podía ni dormir, todo me daba asco, realmente es un desperdicio ponerme a detallar espacio por espacio, todo estaba en mal estado y con feo olor. había huéspedes que ya llevaban tiempo ahí y era gente sucia, que gritaba. llegué a la noche muy cansado y con miedo de sufrir un robo. me levanté al otro día y me tuve que ir a alquilar otra habitación en otro lugar. desperdiciando la segunda noche paga, pero quedarse ahí un día más no era opción. la atención del dueño también fue de lo peor. Las fotos del lugar están totalmente desactualizadas y/o en su momento todo se encontraba en buen estado
