Jennifer (10/5): Great Living with Mayo at Digital Nonad House - Mayo, the lady in charge, was a superdoper host. She cane to my rescue 2x immediately...1. It was 11.45pm when I message her that I could not open the main door (I stupidly tried opening the neighbour's door, that's why). She came clown for me. 2. I locked myself out of my room, and another guest kindly called her at 7.55am. She was still asleep and accompanied me to the hotel next door to get the extra key (I actually brought my keys out, and it was on the sink counter)...sorry Mayo. Actually nothing I didn't like. I'm just not used to staying in a guest house. This is my first time.
Luna (1/5): Worst accommodation I've experience in 3 years of travels - Do not be fooled by the good rating - - DIRT EVERYWHERE. The whole place is not clean at all. When I say this, is that some areas need deep cleaning as they haven’t been touched for weeks. I had to clean the sink where we brush our teeth and wash our hands so it could be a sanitized place that we could use. - ISSUES WITH THE BARTHROOM/TOILET. I had several issues with the shower during my stay, I had to buy toilet paper. On my second day, there was no light in the bathroom/toilet and the solution given by the host (who was never there) was to "use my phone light to have a shower” until someone could fix it. - NO STOVE AND DIRTY KITCHEN ROOM. Without a stove? Not sure I can consider it a kitchen + the room does not look inviting at all. It is way too dirty and untidy for us to find anything or to feel invited to even use the space for cooking our food in a clean/healthy environment. - SMELLY COWORKING SPACE WITH NO ONE THERE. The only reason I chose this house and not a budget hotel/hostel is because of the coworking space. There were no events organized, and that was okay by me, but the coworking space/area was not what I expected. My only way into the space had to be through weeks of accumulated cat poop in the staircase. The smell was unbearable. - OK ROOM BUT WASN'T WORTH THE PRICE due to the useless dirty shared spaces and situation in the apartment. Besides not having all the facilities on point in the apartment, I did some cleaning and used this space. I took my trash out every couple of days. There was not even an extra towel in case of needing one. - NOT POSSIBLE TO USE THE TERRACE. Tried to chill there one day and after seeing the state of it, I simply just went back to my room.
