- Katy (10/5): Everything we needed, location, friendly, bikes to hire, tea and coffee and nicely quirky as well. - Friendly, central
- Katie (8/5): A lovely, unique place to stay with friendly staff in a wonderful location - Brilliant location and a novel place to stay Due to the nature of the boat, the beds are very short, so not ideal for tall
People. However not a huge issue for a one night stay :-)

- Ines (9/5): Una nueva experiencia!

- Fabio (10/5): FLOW 100%, RUSH 0% - La barca è davvero suggestiva e ben tenuta
- Livio (7/5): Small bunks - Hosts and location. Bottom bunk a bit short for 190cm male. Top bunk only for short person less than 165cm. Very tight fit.
Very tiny cabin.
Yok
- Manuel (10/5): - The staff was extremely welcoming, and sleeping on a ship was a unique experience
- Wayne (8/5): -
- Nick (9/5): Beautiful spot and friendly owners who made themselves available. - Very welcoming staff, clean property with nice showers.
Great location The rooms were a bit stuffy but as good as could be expected when sleeping in a cabin on a boat! The bunks are short but comfortable and clean.

Gastgeber waren sehr nett.
Lage sehr zentral.
Waren total begeistert und kommen gern wieder
- Timur (6/5): - Bess are too small
Shared toilet
- besarabova (7/5): -
- Hermanus (10/5): Happy, good value for money, quiet, in the centre, will go stay there again. - Best location in centre but quiet Clean and friendly staff
- Nyagalen (2/5): A very noisy place to stay - The location's nice. It's a boat in a harbour, that's pretty vibey It's not sleepable in there. Noises from neighbors' rooms doors opening and closing were crazy loud, even though I was wearing ear plugs. Don't stay there unless you don't mind being sleepless for most of the night.
- Andrianjafinirina Oliva Jennifer (10/5): Es war eine Tolle Erfahrung ☺️ - Der Gastgeber war voll nett! Das Schiff war sauber.Die Umgebung war schön. Nichts

- Leticia (10/5): -
- Luis (10/5): Exceptional - The location is close to everything. The room is small, but it is understandable due to the fact that the hostel is a boat.
- Georgios (10/5): Exceptional - The property was clean and the location was great. The host was an amazing dude! The spaces were a little tight, but that was expected.
- Paula (10/5): Exceptional -
- Thomson (10/5): Exceptional -
- Belenghi (5/5): Great location, very nice hosts, overpriced -
- Monica (6/5): quirky - clean space wise we struggled but managed.

- Soraia (10/5): Cosy stay over the river - The hosts were very welcoming and professional. The property was small but it felt cosy, and everything was spotless. We were lucky to be there with really good weather, so having breakfast outside overlooking the river was a must! Speaking of breakfast, we chose one of the breakfast options on the first morning and it kept us full for the whole day. The boat is very well located so we were able to walk everywhere. The heating works really well and it's easy to control if the room gets too warm. The water pressure in the shower is great and the water gets really hot which was perfect for me. Keep in mind that if you have an issue with small spaces and mobility, this isn't for you. It's impossible for two people to move around on the room at the same time. But we managed and if you're just using the room to sleep, you should be fine.
- Liam (7/5): Very friendly staff, not too far from the city centre, just expect small rooms. Would recommend - The communication with the owner prior was very good and allowed us to leave are baggage before check in so we didn’t have to drag then around for the day. Its not necessarily a really bad point as we knew what we were getting into. We stayed in a room with 2 bunks for 4 people. It was pretty cramped when trying to get ready on a morning. That been said the rest if the room was a decent size
- Stephen (8/5): Lovely stay close to the city in this charming hospitable boat. - Charming, simple, clean and close to town It is what it is, a boat, so space is cramped and luxury a minimum. However we knew this so no problem at all.
- Anayansy (10/5): Thanks to Moo! He was amazing and really kind! We enjoyed everything!! -
- Jennifer (8/5): Very good -
- Kathleen (7/5): Good -
- Julie (7/5): Quirky, pleasant, reasonably comfortable! - Basic but clean accommodation in a pleasant setting close to the centre. Hosts were very communicative and we were cooked a lovely breakfast by Moos. Price was reasonable for the central location. Being on a boat the beds and rooms were a bit tiny but adequate. Ideal stopover for the young!
- Lauren (6/5): Convenient but difficult to sleep well - Excellent location So noisy+++ - MUST bring earplugs, absolutely no sound insulation. Can hear every last sneeze/plug/door from everyone else staying there.
- Ahmet (8/5): Very good - I recently stayed at this hotel with my two friends and had a great overall experience. The location is perfect - making it easy to explore the city. The cleanliness was outstanding; both the rooms and common areas were spotless throughout our stay. The owners were very friendly and welcoming, and they really made us feel at home. One of the highlights was the boat experience—the deck was perfect for relaxing, and since the boat was at the end of the pier, we had an incredible view. The host also provided free coffee and allowed us to use the kitchenware, which was a nice bonus.
In terms of value for money, it’s hard to beat. Amsterdam can be expensive, so finding a centrally located place at an acceptable price made this stay even better.
All in all, this is a great place to stay for those looking for a central location, cleanliness, and friendly hosts, with the bonus of a memorable boat experience at a reasonable price. A few minor downsides: the rooms lack proper noise insulation, so we could hear sounds from the hallways and neighboring rooms. There was also a bit of a wait for the toilets in the mornings, but that wasn’t an issue later in the day.
As a side note, I am 1.75 meters tall and fit the bed comfortably, though the ceiling of the room was a bit low. It wasn’t an issue for me, but it might be something to consider if you are taller.
- Alhassan (4/5): We are 4 friends sharing 1 room with 2 bank beds were very squashed and not suitable for 4 adults, - I really likes a view from the boat across the river The room is very small for 4 adults, its fit for 2 adults only.
- Eldo (8/5): Very good -
- Alexander (9/5): For a more unusual hotel stay in the centre of Amsterdam you can’t do bettter than staying on Flow. The hosts Moos and O - The Hosts, Moos and Olivia were very friendly, helpful and interesting to talk to. Shower was nice and warm and bed was comfortable
- John (10/5): Exceptional -
- Luis (10/5): Exceptional - Moos and Olivia are fantastic people. Everything was nice and clean. Shower pressure was great, beds were comfy. A memorable experience for sure !!
- Buckenham (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lucas (10/5): Exceptional -
- Matilda (9/5): Cozy stay perfect for a few days! - Clean facilities, felt safe and was cozy. The showers were bigger than expected not going to lie. Nice staff that were helpful if you needed anything.
The location was good, very quiet during the two nights we stayed there. 20 min to the train station, 20-30 min to central Amsterdam by foot. Would recommend renting a bike when you’re staying here. During the night the doors are locked for your safety! No sink in the bathroom, however there was one inside the room. You live on a boat with thin walls to the neighbours!
- Klára (10/5): Exceptional -
- Adrianna (10/5): Exceptional - the quiet, despite being located in the city centre -
- Andy (9/5): Superb - Exactly as expected and excellent location
- Laura (9/5): Superb -
- Khuder (7/5): Good located hostel with a very small rooms - Location. It is on a water Size of the rooms. Only free space in the room was a one bed sized space between two beds. And the small round window could not provide us with enough air. When someone opened our door I could feel some air coming in to our room and I was very happy for 5 seconds though the air smelled like a toilet and bathroom together
- Justin (10/5): So much fun - Friendly hosts
- Manea (10/5): Exceptional -
- Paul (7/5): Not bad - Nice novelty. Staff very nice Room tiny, two small bunk beds.
Very very noisy at night with loud group coming in.
- Sophie (3/5): Avoid! Unless you enjoy not getting any sleep. - The guy who greeted us (didn't give us his name), was pleasant and helpful. The place was clean and tidy. The cabin was TINY for two people. The mirror above the sink was a joke. The beds were HARD and UNCOMFORTABLE. There was NO COVER or curtains on the porthole so the person in the top bunk was awake at dawn (5:30 am). The bunkbeds didn't have a ladder or anything to help you get up and there was no guardrail on the top bunk. The other guests arrived at 2 am and made a lot of noise. Even when they quieted down we could still hear everything when they moved around or talked.
- Theresa (8/5): Very good - The atmosphere of staying on a boat was cool. It was also really close to the city centre, everything was in walking distance. It is quite small of course since there's not so much space on the boat. Prepare to get even closer with your friends after a stay on this boat ;)
- Jonathan (8/5): Very good - Nice atmosphere Very, very small rooms
- James (10/5): A homely boat, well positioned in a great city. Highly recommend. - I booked a private dorm with 4 beds (2 bunk beds) to stay in by myself. The cabin was small...it is a boat...but it was perfect for me. The room was snug, there was a radiator to keep it warm on rainy days and a window to open for fresh air. I used the lounge to work from for a couple of hours on most days and there were power sockets, free wifi and a stocked fridge with beers and soft drinks available for purchase in an honesty box. You could order uber eats to the boat and Uber´s would pick up from end of the dock. It was about a 30min walk to everywhere you could possibly want, along the canals of Amsterdam so it felt super connected...whist also being on the outskirts of the town so nice and quiet for sleeping. Will definitely stay again. The hosts looked after me really well and I was allowed to bring some colleagues to the boat for an hour before we went out to a meal. Had a really great experience. Thank you. The rain...but I guess that is out of the boat´s control!!
- Phanupong (7/5): East to acces by walking from central station , Friendly host , few room space - Can walk to hostel from central train station , Host is friendly and hospitality The room has few space to keep luggage and has some noisy cause from thin wall. but within this price, it's acceptable
- Zahid (5/5): Passable -
- Brandy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tessa (9/5): Superb - The host was amazing!! So friendly and warm to share all the things to do around the area! The boat deck at night was beautiful, quiet and relaxing:) It's small quarters to stay for more than a night, especially if you have a bad back or aren't in your early 20s.. sharing a bathroom is tough as well , but that comes with the boat experience so we know what we signed up for!
- Frazer (10/5): Exceptional -
- Karin (7/5): Overall good experience. The location is amazing, accomodations were decent. good for young traveler - It was a unique experience, ok for 1 night as long as you don't have a lot of luggage. The shower with a porthole was an amazing view. I asked to leave my luggage for a couple hours, but he closed mid-day on Mondays. It was understandable, just threw off my plans. Also the walls are very thin, someone came back in the middle of the night and was struggling to get into their room so it was a little loud.
- Will (10/5): Great stay - Highly recommended!! - Moos was really nice and helpful, it's in a great location for an incredibly fair price. The room is extremely cozy, beds are comfortable and you have everything that you need. Can't say anything comes to mind. The bathrooms + showers are small however what else can you expect in a room on a house boat and they work perfectly so it's nothing to complain about.
- Jose (10/5): Wonderful - It is a wonderful place, the night views are spectacular, the staff is super attentive, the entire place is impeccable and the location is perfect The beds are too small for me but I adapted very well and rested a lot
- Louis (8/5): Very good -
- Christie (8/5): Wonderful boat stay in the middle of Amsterdam - Soooooooo cool staying on a boat. Really fun. Super nice host - very accommodating about leaving bags etc. great location and clean!
There’s lots of comments about small rooms- they are, but also it’s a boat so to be expected! My partner and I are both 6ft+ and it was fine. Some reviews made it out like you had to be tiny to fit the bed but it was very fine. It’s a bit noisy, but it’s hostel, so bring earplugs and it’ll be fine. It’s not a party hostel so it’s not loud late in the night
- Cian (9/5): Superb -
- Nelly (7/5): Good experience - Location and it has been an experience staying in a boat hostel. Overall, the boat, room and its amenities are clean though room is kinda small. Room is small. The walls are thin and not soundproofed so it can get pretty noisy at night from all the talking, opening/closing of doors, etc, etc.. so if you're a light sleeper, it can get pretty annoying, probably need earplugs. There should perhaps be a sign or something to advise occupants to be more considerate and keep the noise down, especially when it's late at night.
