• Eufemia Perez Cancino (6/5): No cumple - la ubicación era muy buena y la limpieza estaba bien. Proveen de agua fría. no tiene elevador y está en el tercer piso. Para personas de la tercera edad o con dificultad para subir escaleras es un gran problema. El recepcionista no era amable y no se encontraba en las horas que decía que iba a estar, a las 8 am no estaba y cuando regresamos por las maletas a las 5 pm tampoco estaba, por suerte un inquilino nos abrió y no nos atrasamos en el vuelo.

• Telaan (6/5): Alright for a short stay, but still expensive for what you get and very basic - ✅ it’s not far from the MRT, but it’s Singapore, so everything is close to an MRT. ✅ There is a cold water filter That’s really all I can say ❌ The experience began with having to drag all my stuff up four flights of stairs. I did not know this, so I was not prepared. Otherwise I would have looked into luggage storage. The walk from the MRT requires a lot of uneven sidewalks/sidewalks to roads transfer. ❌ they are extremely particular with when you can check in and check out, which is fine, but you cannot enter outside of those times. I wanted to leave my bags and explore, and thankfully someone opened the door, because I (still!) have not received any answer to my WhatsApp messages. In fact they never opened them. A bit concerning! ❌ it’s still quite expensive for what you get. You get a roof over your head but that’s really about it. The AC does not always run because the bathrooms are exposed to outside, so the common room also gets hot. The rooms have AC but the beds are quite plasticky and uncomfortable. The curtains do not properly enclose the bed. It wasn’t inviting. It’s bare bones. ❌ No social atmosphere, very much just coming and going, I was disappointed and I would really only stay here if I just needed somewhere to crash.

Wearing of new slippers inside should allowed provided by guest just for inside use. Don't mix guest with other gender. There should be room intended for female and for male. Thank You so much

• Sankara (10/5): my trip is short one. but I feel very comfortable during my stay because of nice excellent staff. - I stayed short period of time during my tranfer from Singapore to Cambodia. I arrived late that night. The staff are very nice and helpful. they provide me the room the shared the room bed wash room ( separate out side) kitchen front lobby every thing is super clean. the staff manager every body is very nice helpful team. next time I wish to stay for long time this hotel when visit Singapore. thank you for your hospitality Sankara Babu Toronto Canada I feel every thing is fine for me even my stay is short one.
• Ryan (9/5): Superb - The hostel was impeccably clean and conveniently located, with everything within easy reach. The check-in process was swift and seamless, setting a positive tone for my stay. I had a bad experience with the hostel receptionist. She was nice to everyone else, but she was cold and unfriendly towards me. I did nothing wrong, and I tried to be polite, but she just seemed to have a problem with me. I suspected it might have been because I'm African, but I wasn't sure. It was really frustrating, and I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're looking for a welcoming atmosphere.

• Coşkun (5/5): Passable - The location is central. In the middle of everything. Beds are horrible. Squeaky. Lockers are made from metal and makes a lot of noise whenever you use them. And some people definitely loved using the lockers for a continuous 10 min. Some People who stayed there was very noisy and inconsiderate in the dorm room. People who don’t know how to share a space. Wouldn’t recommend it.

• Thi (5/5): Just a place to sleep with a good location - Location The checkin process was super slow. I came early at 3:15, and sit at the bench but nobody ask me (there was a man sitting in front of PC and a cleaner), fan and AC didn’t work (photo attached). Until 4pm, I asked Cleaner how can I check in, and she said the staff was going out and ask me wait. At that time, I also sent a message via Booking.com to hostel, and only receive a reply around 7p.m. I waited until 4:30 when the staff is back. She check in PC and said the owner hasn’t assigned my bed number. She asked me to wait, so I asked her if I can use washroom while waiting for her. Only until 5:30p.m, I can get a bed and complete check-in. It was ver disappointed.

You can't walk around the hostel in slippers, you have to leave them near the shower, any hostel resident can use your slippers. In the morning I came to the toilet, someone was already taking a shower in my slippers. It's very unhygienic.

We understand that we booked this as our cheapest option, but could not justify the lack of ventilation and air, horrible smell, stained sheets, and cramped space. The space was small and filled with shirtless men which was very uncomfortable. I would not reccomend this.

You’re also not Told that you’re on the third floor and above a kick boxing club and working men’s hostel. As a solo female traveler, I wouldn’t have booked if I knew I had to go Past these… and a bit of an odd vibe. I think some people were pretty Much living there or something.

• Robin (8/5): Very good - Overall a good cleanliness and very friendly staff. The common area is spacious and there is a good frigde and a good microwave to use. Fresh water is available. We had a relatively small room that had no windows, which came as a surprise because these were the most expensive beds to reserve. We booked the room with 6 beds. Also, air conditioning is only on from 9 in the evening until 9 in the morning.

• Kunagorn (5/5): There was a little inconvenience occured, however, I had a good stay and experince so far. - The room, lobby and the toilet were always clean, A staff was very nice, kind and helpful. The location was very good, nearby the MRT, shopping mall, convenient store and tourist attraction spots. No facilities such as toothbrush, toothpaste and towel, provided. I have traveled a lot, stayed in hostel many times, but not yet to experince this kind of service. At least if the towel was provided, it would be better.

Feels a bit uncorfortable with lots of men sitting shirtless in the small common area...some in their underwear. AC only works from 9pm to 9am, so it is a sweaty place.
