• Fadzai Kelina (1/5): I was so disappointed and the welcome was very embarrassing - The place was very scary with man inside and the welcome was very disappointing I was told to sleep in a room where there was 5 man who were smoking and drinking and as a woman I said I can't sleep with men and the response was very rude the owner was so aggressive he told me that if I don't want to sleep in the room with men I better go back I did ask if there will be any other alternatives where I can sleep and he said no I had to leave the place to go back to the airport that's where I ended up sleeping than sleeping where I am not safe as a women how can you sleep with drunken men throughout the night that was so disappointing as my first time in Miami I wouldn't recommend anyone to go through what I experienced The way they spoke to me was very rude the room have 4 bunk beds and it's so small and you have to share with men what they advertise is not what you will get when you arrive at the place

• Adam (3/5): Poor - This place is rated as disappointing on booking.com and it certainly is disappointing! I ended up here because I couldn't find 4 consecutive nights in one place. Everything was overbooked for the music festival... I visited two other places and they were cheaper and better! 47 $ for a 6 bed dorm is a lot. Other places were 30 h 35 $ for a 4 bed dorm. In the room I had hard time finding place to put my stuff.Everything is far away and people running it seem gloomy. The only advantage it has is the fact that it is close to aeroport. But frankly if you can avoid it. Do so!

• Maria (8/5): Worth the price - I could make a late check in. Staff was friendly and deligent. I could leave my luggage after check out. There were no towels or spare blankets at hand. No soap. The waiting saloon isn't very comfy. The elevator was broken.

• Dre (1/5): Bad experience. This is not a hostel it's a sectioned off room that has bunk beds. - Nothing The shared space is a room that sectioned off into "cubicles". The people inside the sectioned off cubicles did not respect others are inside the room, meaning they would talk loudly, watch movies without headphones, or turn on the light at 3am. Also the location that Google Maps pulls up isn't the location of the actual place.

The price was excellent for the value, but be aware that there is a cleaning fee of around $20 not included in the quoted price. The staff was friendly. It was close to a bus line, which was nice. The outside looked kinda sketch, but that may have been because I rolled up around 1 in the morning. It was better when I woke up. The bathroom was slightly dirty, but the bed area was really rather clean.
