• Marc (5/5): Ist ok für Backpacker - Stehtoillete für Männer. Großer Raum Toilette war mies. Leider keine Vorhänge oben, deswegen war Raum sehr hell in der Nacht. Ohne Schlafmaske kann man schwer schlafen.

• Chris (8/5): Overall a great place, wouldnt hesitate to stay there again… - The friendliness of the lady who owns it and where it is situated. I think the smokers should be outside.. and there should be privacy curtains on all the bunks in the dorms.

• CHEN (3/5): 入住体验非常不好，老板老板娘人还是不错的 - 老板和老板娘还是蛮客气的，但是员工实在是非常非常差，简直是太差劲了，特别是前台的女员工，请她换个浴巾，她极不情愿，我从十几岁开始旅行，已经有40多年了，从没有听说住酒店烧开水，一人一天只限制烧两壶，而且晚上10点以后就不允许烧开水了，我们在外旅游，到家一般都晚上10点左右，不让烧开水，我们喝什么（胃不好，不能喝冷水）这是我极难得遇到的最差的住宿地。 前台员工天天吊着个脸，没有笑脸不说，请她换浴巾极不情愿，每一个客人一天只允许烧两壶热水，晚上10点以后不允许烧开水，我们晚上回来都非常晚，不知道他为什么要设置这样的制度，极不人性化。

• Guest (10/5): Tâm trạng thoải mái hẳn ra khi ở nơi này. - Khách sạn sạch sẽ sáng sủa, nhân viên nhiệt tình, vị trí ngay trung tâm thành phố, đi lại thuận lợi và có thể ra vào khách sạn bất cứ giờ nào. Ở đây cảm thấy rất thoải mái và vui vẻ. Đây là một nơi đáng ở cho các chuyến du lịch và công tác.

Я думаю вам следую более лояльно относится к критики в ваш адрес, а ваше поведение не профессионально Это было самое грязное свинское место за 8 лет моих путешествий, алминистратор и его вьетнамские друзья могут позволит себе пить алкоголь и вести себя шумно до 00-00 на замечание мои не кто не отреагировал дважды, на утро я оставил соответсвующий отзыв в Гугл картах, после хозяин и хозяйка это грязного места меня выгнали разозлившись на мой комментарий и отказ его удалять, вели себя максимально неадекватно кричали на меня и вели себя по хамски, надеюсь мой отзыв кому то поможет определится с выбором. Если вы посмотрите на мою статистику отзывов то в основном 9.5/10 мест которые я посещаю оставлю положительные отзывы, но это место огромное исключение. Я постараюсь разместит свой отзыв во всех группах с туристами что бы как можно больше людей знало об этом. Если вам нравится пренебрежительное отношение, шум, пьяные крики, грязные номера то тогда вас сюда.

• NANDESH (4/5): Would NOT recommend and would never go back. - I don’t really have anything good to say about this place. I don’t usually write bad reviews but this one is an exception. We had a private room and there was no window so the room got very stuffy and started to smell weird if we didn’t leave the fan/AC running. The bathroom especially constantly smelled bad. Part of the ceiling started chipping off very bad and chunks of dust and paint got all over our things. There were several nights where the staff had many people over in the lobby drinking beer and having food. It made it quite uncomfortable as you would need to squeeze past all of them to get to your room. Also they were so loud until probably 3am you could hear it in the room. On one night we asked the staff to help us unlock to gate so we could get our food delivery and he was very rude, even yelled at us. Another night, the front gate was locked again, this time there was no one attending the reception. We literally had to climb the gate so we could reach over and get our food delivery.

Холодильник на первом этаже. В целом, для 1-2 ночей- самое то. Внизу, где кухня, видимо много ерунды набросано, что подзавелись крысы - здоровые, «чернобыльские». Видел одну- пробегала крупная. Это не очень приятно.

• David (2/5): Unthoughtful host - A decent & ordinary hostel. Nothing special. Inconsiderate host invited friends to a party at the premises with food and alcohol. They talked noisily with loud music played till past 10pm. I have to stop them as I needed a peaceful sleep.
• Myriam (6/5): Pleasant - It was well located and the bed was confortable. The first woman that showed me where i would sleep was nice. The other two one not really. No woman restroom in the dorm we have to go outside of the dorm. And the bathroom/restroom were not that clean.
• Louisa (8/5): Nice chill hostel in great location! - Kim at Saigon Cozy House is amazing - she is so friendly, chatty and helpful! She made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. The hostel is basic but the rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. We met really lovely people there and it has such a great vibe. It felt really safe and in such a brilliant location in Saigon. The lockers in the dorm were a good size and there was a nice small terrace balcony from our room. Kim helped us to organise a tour too! Only criticism was the shared bathroom was a bit smelly!

• Tess (5/5): I would stay again! - The location was great - central and walking distance to everything, plus the price was right. The owner was very nice and spoke English very well. Beds were comfortable and warm water was provided for showers. The bedroom of 8 people is air conditioned and comfortable. No bottled water available to refill guest bottles and the owner does not accept credit cards, in spite of the listing indicating it was an option. It appears this is a home stay, where rooms are rented as a hostel in a home. I was in a room for my 4 nights with men and there was a lot of loud snoring that noise cancellation ear phones could not drown out. I wish there was an option for a female room. Because it is someone’s home, there is someone who sleeps on the couch in the main area all night and the family frequently has guests to play cards and share meals until about midnight.

• Philip (8/5): Happy Ending - Staff personality Location, on a very quiet street in distrct 1. 5 mins from Ben T..... market. Reasonably priced I have stayed there many times. This time, a couple of very selfish western travellers ruined mine and other guests sleep. 24th Jan 25. However, the lovely owner told them to leave. She cannot be blamed for their behaviour. One played video games all night and spoke with him friend. The next day I had a big problem with my Vietnam Airline flight. The owner sorted it out for me phoning the airline. I used the "better" national airline but using them does not materialise into a better service for the extra cost! I really like it and it's great not having to search for someone where else to stay.
• Georgios (6/5): Not good, not bad - Aircondition-plus-fan combination was perfect for a nice sleep. AC is also controlled by the owners so no weird roomate can alter the settings or turn it off as in other hostels. Spacious dorm with lockers inside (the lockers come with their own key, you cannot put your own lock). They kindly gave me one more blanket because I was chilly with only one. The toilet was not cleaned frequently. The stains you see at the photos were there for at least three days until I left. The shower had mold. Only the rubbish bin seemed to be emptied once per day. Only one bathroom in the dorm btw, extra toilet on the ground floor if necessary. Not accepting credit card payment while claiming to do so in your policies is basically lying. Also, contrary to the AC, the fan can be turned off by a switch in the dorm, so some weird roomate can ruin the perfect sleeping conditions. (This isn't too grave though; with AC on it's still a good sleep.)
• James (10/5): Great hostel to stay in HCMC - Kim was incredible as a host. Always willing to help, offering great advice for places to exchange currency, which stores and restaurants to visit for what we need and makes a great coffee too. Laundry services are also offered and well priced. The rooms are very clean and spacious with big lockers for storage (can't store big backpacks but can store a lot of stuff) The location was good too, down a little side alley which was quiet but close to the party street and plenty of nice restaurants and cafes Fortunately we had nice roommates so it wasn't a big issue but the top bunks don't have curtains so at times people would turn the lights on when coming home late.
• Gerry (8/5): Really Prime Location - The location is brilliant. In the heart of District One, but on a quiet side street. It's hard to get around in Ho Chi Minh City, so being in District One is important. Traffic is chaotic and this city is anything but pedestrian friendly. Like in all hostels, you are in closer quarters with other travelers, some of whom can act like jerks. But that's not on the hostel.

• M (9/5): The warmest welcome and stay - Everything was great, especially the lady at the front desk. Felt very welcome and comfortable, even after I had checked out I still had to wait until the evening for my bus and the lady at the front desk let me leave my bag and even use the shower after the long day. The shower has hot water and the bathroom is clean, a towel is also provided. The lockers are also large enough for backpacks.. Would highly recommend, great value for money, you will be taken care of. And there's a cat! The top bunks don't have curtains, I personally didn't mind but others might want a bit more privacy so maybe request the lower bunk if that is something that you'd like:)
• Cecilia (10/5): Exceptional - To arrive in Vietnam for the first time and meet this amazing host is making your trip already, you can be sure you will feel welcomed from the first moment you step in. The best feeling ever, a warm hug for how is backpacking and want to feel home. The place is clean, everyone is nice, well located! You can even learn some Vietnamese words from the host. Go for it!

• Tien (10/5): An amazing stay at Saigon Cozy House & coffee! - I had an amazing stay at Saigon Cozy House & coffee! The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Having a private bathroom and a large locker was a huge plus. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Bui Vien Walking Street. And the best part? The homestay offered secure indoor parking for my bike and even a charging station for my electric bike! It was so convenient and made my trip hassle-free Nothing

• William (6/5): Ok for one night on a budget. - Rooms ok size. Lockers free with bed(decent sized locker). Plug socket and light with each bed. Was ok for one night last minute booking Basic accommodation with little to no facilities. Coffee stall and seats in front. Dorm room at back of coffee area which looks like a garage. Toilet was blocked and dorm room smelled of poo all night. No curtains or privacy with bunk beds.

• Mikkel (9/5): Nice and quiet hostel with a lovely host. - Free towels. Kim is a such a nice host. She made me a great coffee abd recommended a wonderful place for Com Tam. She is always available and ready to help on whatsapp if u need something. She got me a ticket for cambodia (good price here) and drove me to my bus. Cat is super cute and chilled. I would come back again. A bit too cold under the fans in the top beds. Not the most social hostel if u travel alone.

• Pete (7/5): Ok for a night - They are very friendly lovely lady and they have a beautiful cat ... Rare in hcmc It is decent location. If you charging similar prices to other places I expect a good sleep .. the setup doesn't allow it for me . Sadly the room is sleeping local Vietnamese who turn on lights at 3am and wake people. The toilet is old and after flushing it makes a squealing noise for about a min Also the bathroom is glass window/door so it can light up room if you use Finally the AC is not great .... It's too hot as you get to sleep but I you may wake up too cold as it finally reach temp after hours of the door being shut. Beds acceptable, but they are Vietnamese soft, not western soft . Overall if light/ low noise not an issue it's good. But the price quality don't match , it should reduce price 30% to be acceptable. Or fix up the issues. Personally I would rather spend $2 more for a social hostel with breakfast., sadly all sold out when I arrived.
