- Jason (4/5): Gross but cheap and great location, so it was aight. - I liked how it was cheap and a good location It was very dirty, bugs in shampoo and conditioner bottles they have on site. No towels. When I opened my locker, there was trash in there. One of the showers didn’t have its handle attached and so you couldn’t operate it. Hostel guests leave doors open and one dude was washing his feet in the sink.

- Delphine (6/5): Suffisant pour une nuit de transition - Je n'y étais que de passage pour une nuit de transition donc mon avis importe peu probablement. Lit confortable dans un dortoir de 8 pour femmes. Même si je n'en ai pas profité il est visiblement non loin du vieux quartier. 6€ la nuit en dortoir : pas de serviette fournie (il faut payer 200 00 vnd en plus) et pas de petit dej compris. Dans le même quartier, j'ai pu avoir un lit en dortoir avec serviette et petit dej à un plus bas prix la semaine précédente. Quartier agité.

- kiera (5/5): It could have been better if the staff were more helpful. - The beds were comfy, and it was a good location the lockers were broke in our room. When we asked the staff about the lockers they laughed at us and said they would fix them. They never go fixed so we had no where to put our valuables. We asked for towels they gave us one tiny towel to share between two of us for 3 days. They have bell to ring for assistance with bags and it was broken so that was also really frustrating. Staff were not a helpful at all.

I honestly have no way to explain how incredibly kind the staff were — they helped me with everything, even the smallest details. I left with such a good experience.

- Gilberto (8/5): Not bad for the price and location - The Hostel was good, right in the city centre, very close to all the bar and disco, but you can't hear the noice from the Hostel, which is very good. Beds are perfect, excellent Air Conditioning, probably too cold for me. The only reason I didn't gave 5 points is the fact that each bed have a little "fan", the guy next to me decided to use the fan, and what a noisy fan it was, very loud ratcheting noise coming from the fan, couldn't sleep, and it was only one fan that night, can not imaging if everybody decided to use it. Not so clean, but not bad either. the "fans" provided in each bed make a very loud sound, better to remove them as with the AC you don't need them.

- Dani (1/5): Pésima gestión , cuidado si reservan en este lugar. - Nada. En booking parece que hay lugar pero cuando llegas te dicen que están llenos. Hicimos la reserva a las 8am y dijimos que llegaríamos a las 10. Me contestaron que para confirmar la reserva debía enviar foto del pasaporte, la envié enseguida y me contestaron con un corazón. Cuando llegamos, después de una hora y media de viaje, nos dicen que había reservas superpuestas y no nos podíamos quedar. Tuvimos que salir con todas las cosas a buscar otro lugar en el medio del caos de Hanoi! El chico solo dijo lo siento y ni siquiera se ofreció a ayudarnos a contactar otro hospedaje. Me envió un mensaje diciéndome esto pero yo ya estaba en viaje y no pude verlo. Aún así, no entiendo porque confirma la reserva si no tenía lugar. Había un chico ahí que le habían hecho lo mismo. Muy mal!

- MICHIE (6/5): - 夜中にバスで着いてGoogle mapで来たら少し位置がずれていて、わからず焦りました。看板には別のお店の屋号があります。丸い小さな看板にホステルの名前があります。 スタッフは親切ですが、お値打ちな宿だからか、宿泊客の質が良くないです。欧米の若い人が多く、部屋でタバコを吸っている人がいて、一刻も早くチェックアウトしたかったです。

- Deanna (1/5): I would not stay here again -  - Private room does not have a private bathroom- the bathroom is outside next to a balcony - that everyone uses- impossible to have a shower in the bathroom - unless you want be placing your clean clothes and towel inside the sink - the balcony right next to the single private room will be used for 24 hours be prepared to bring earplugs

Room with balcony and private bathroom and 20 meteres means, that balcony is completly outside the room and everybody can use this, toailet and shower too, out of room, and room finaly is very dark and no window, because I was thinking that balcony means sun, but it’s not true. I only waste my time, money for taxi and nerves on this situation.

- Gopi (10/5): Exceptional - I was a bit wary, having read the other reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised by the standard of the hostel. The location is great, right in the old quarter. The rooms are well insulated from sound and clean. The bathrooms were cleaned every day as well, with shampoo & shower gel. I liked that the bathrooms were separate from the dorms. The beds were very comfortable. The receptionists were very nice, especially Nam. For the price, everything was great. But I did wish my dorm had a window to allow air circulation

- Gliceria (7/5): Good - It is located right next to the beer street, so if you like night life this one’s for you. The staff, esp the one assigned in the morning, was very accommodating. The shower room was okay, nothing special. I don’t know if it was because of the people I was with but the room really smelled bad 😭. It was also very hot but the fan provided in each bed helped a lot. But it was really cheap, so I couldn’t really complain much.

It's literally 2 minutes away from beer street, so if you're into the night life with lots of lively alleys and happy hour, this is the place. I'd say it's good value for money. They have running hot water, which wasn't quite the case in some of the other places I stayed at. The water pressure is good. I wished they gave towels, but that isn't a big deal as I had my own. The waiting area and some of the locks on the doors need help, but apart from that, I am pretty happy with the stay. I had a quick chat with Nam, the guy at the front desk, and he was a joy to converse with and made the overall stay very comfortable

- Chong (8/5): Very good - Located in the heart of the old quarter. It’s next to a pub street but surprisingly you don’t hear any noise at night. Bathroom is always clean and toilets with no smell. There’s no lift so if you stay at fifth floor it will be a bit difficult for some people. Bed is rather hard and comfortable, ventilation is moderate and there are two airconds for 12-bed room. Lockers are provided as well. Staffs are rather cold and impatient. Not very helpful.
