• Anna (10/5): The best place to stay in Hanoi, everything a hostel should be - The best hostel in Hanoi, I will always book to stay here- perfect location in the Old Quarter, yet feels like a quiet oasis. Everything you need, with a great communal space to work during the day, a good value restaurant and cafe on site, and free beer and games in the evenings to meet people and make friends. There were always plenty of people on reception to help, and the housekeeping team worked non-stop keeping everywhere spotless. The only downside was that the shower in the girls dorm would flood the bathroom floor, despite a towel being left there to try and block it.

• Agam (10/5): מקום מצויין ומתאים לנחיתה רכה - נהנו בכל שלב הצוות היה מדהים עזרנו לנו בכל מה שרצינו קרוב לכספומט יש אווירה צעירה וטובה קבלה 24 שעות מציעים טיולים מאורגנים ואנחנו לקחנו איתם וזה היה פצצה דואגים לכל דבר קטן ובקשר רציף בווצאפ . אפשר לסגור דרכם סליפר לסאפה חדר טוב והרגשנו בביטחון להשאיר את הדברים שלנו . מדברים אנגלית בצורה טובה יש מסעדה בתוך ההוסטל שזאת אופציה טובה לאנשים שיש להם קצת קושי באוכל מיקום מרכזי מאוד 3 דק הליכה לכל מקום יש מזגן !!! אהבנו הכל . אנחנו בחרנו שלא ינקו לנו את החדר אבל הם מציעים לך שירותי ניקוי . פשוט צריך לבקש יום לפני

I took a private room and got an upgrade at no cost. The room is nice and clean, washroom is good. They give bottled water also. Location is the plus point. The best part is it offers affordable private room in the hostel. I didn’t want the common room so I opted for private room The staff wasn’t that friendly. I had an early morning tour and requested to pack the breakfast and they took no effort to help me.

Just nice and social and next to beer street? Backpacks and suitcases everywhere in reception( Loop packing maybe) not so nice breakfast. • Rani (7/5): - Het is een leuk hostel en ze hebben genoeg activiteiten om mensen te ontmoeten. Ik heb een aantal nachten op een kamer met een badkamer geslapen, dat was top. Maar ook de algemene badkamers zijn goed en worden schoon gehouden. Ook via hen een Ha Giang Loop geboekt, dat was goed geregeld!

It felt like a home that I keep coming back to throughout my 2 week trip in Vietnam. 24-hour open reception also helped a lot when I had really odd travel timings. The bathroom had all facilities, even a hair dryer and it was nothing less than what I get in a hotel room but at a cheaper price for one person. No such thing.

I've heard from other guests that the reception is really helpful with planning trips and making bookings The hostel is located right in the Old Quarter, in a walkable distance from most sights. Just be aware that most hostels are located there and Beer Street is like 2 corners away. Amazing if you like this vibe, not so much if you prefer a calmer, less overcrowded setting The luggage storage room isn't big enough for all the bags so they just pile up in the entrance. They also didn't check anything when I took my luggage with me, so although nothing was stolen, this did not feel very safe Some minor things, bathroom lacks hooks for towel while brushing teeth and gets really stuffy, it's like a sauna in there (4th floor) Opening the locker with the keycard is quite loud, I'd actually just prefer using a normal lock because you don't make as much noise
