Booking. com gave me a 11 dollar credit, SAD - Nothing,,,,,,,,, the picture on the booking.com site did not seen come close to what I saw and believe this to be a scam and Booking.com provided the worst customer service that I have ever received. We never stayed there and did not receive a refund. Booking.com did little to no help in this matter and will never use them again. i lost almost 400 dollars on this scam. i even requested that Booking .com remove them from their site which at the time did not happen. I found others in the the property and it was filthy, not to exclude the slum neighborhood. Nothing,,,,,,,,, the picture on the booking.com site did not seen come close to what I saw and believe this to be a scam and Booking.com provided the worst customer service that I have ever received. We never stayed there and did not receive a refund. • Edly Vanessa (1/5): The best next to sleeping in the streets - Nothing. The front door to the house was broken into. 100s of cigarette buds in the entrance. The stench of dog and dog on premises. The filthy couches. The couch in the closet looked suspicious. I wasn't going to be able to have a key or form of security to my entrance. No stove too cook or bake my food.

Invece Booking è responsabile delle strutture che sono sulla sua piattaforma Per iniziare la porta di ingresso è rotta, si chiude dall'interno ma quando esci rimane aperta, poi pavimenti sporchi, bidoni della spazzatura pieni divani usurati e sporchi Frigorifero pieno di roba e forse anche spento, letto in disordine e orma di piede sul tappeto del bagno

The room was not presentable and the bedsheets didn't look clean. I didn't stay because I would never stay in a place like this for any reasons. I requested for a refund from booking.com but my refund was rejected. Nothing

Pelos en el baño. Durante la tarde entró una persona homeless a pedir dinero y alojamiento ya que la puerta principal no tenía ningún tipo de seguro. Estuve 20 minutos y me fui, el dueño tuvo la desfachatez de decirme que sus cortinas no eran sábanas, que la cocina estaba inmunda porque era de uso de las personas que viven tras la cortina y no me respondió lo de la homeless. Tampoco se hizo reintegro del dinero, Booking solo me dio un crédito de 17 dólares 😂. The guy had a kid in hand and looked flustered like he was overwhelmed. I just wanted to leave without issue but it seems they rather you stay and be on the couch

• cristian andres (3/5): Al menos tuve donde dormir, pero no creo repetir la estadía - Podría de ser que lo único que me gustó fue tener donde llegar a dormir, Salía muy temprano y volvía muy tarde en la noche. Es solo un cuarto con una cama grande No se preocupan por darte sábanas adicionales. Ni almohadas decentes, No es como publican. Y al comienzo tuve inconvenientes. Por qué me tocó demostrar a mi que tenía la reserva, pero ellos nunca te dicen que están esperando o nada Solo que uno debe de demostrar o irse. Al comienzo me dio un poco de miedo ellos vecindario y al llegar a la casa, la dirección es una puerta de al lado con aspecto nada agradable, Una niña pequeña llora toda la noche. Hacen mucho bulla. Y no hay forma de decirles nada

Move the coverage back on the bed and then there's white marks on the sheet with grease marks you can clearly see them in the photo it was absolutely disgusting I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy

The room was dirty. theres was only a bed and nothing else in the whole room There was mold all over the shower the toilet was vile there were no amenites provided not even toilet paper. you cant make this stuff up the owner that bee with an itch. stole my money and refused to refund me i left after just 5 days of bare minimum rest I was scared to touch anything.
