- Andrea (8/5): - Rent mycket enkelt rum, perfekt för den som bara behöver sova pvhvuootäcla Paris. Mysig gata utanför där barnen spelar boll eller sparkar kickbike. Fanns även en mysig baksida men den var otillgänglig (man lundensiskts gå runt eller komma in i vandrarhemmet från baksidan. Frukosten är mycket enkel och det finns inga val utan man får portionsserverat. Mängden, om man tar av varje sak, är absolut allt man behöver för en start på dagen. Uppskattade att man kunde nå hotellet från fler tunnelbanor med olika gångavstånd. Det var flexibelt. De tysta korridorerna är inte så tysta men det beror ju mest på gästerna. Ljudnivån mellan rummen är mycket tyst.

- Mariana (8/5): Estadia econômica em Paris. - Estadia limpa, cama muito confortável, funcionários muito educados e prestativos, café da manhã muito gostoso mesmo! O croissant é divino! Único ponto negativo foi o chuveiro. Ele é um botão e você precisa apertar de 10 em 10 segundos, se não a água para. Fora isso, foi ótimo!
- Klaus (10/5): - Sehr schöne Jugendherberge. Zu Fuß vom Nord- und Ostbahnhof in 10 bis 15 min zu erreichen. Es gibt Doppel- und Dreierzimmer. Man kann also bequem mit Familie, oder Freuden ein Zimmer nehmen. Metro und Bus 5 min entfernt. Gutes Frühstück und sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Absolut zu empfehlen.

- Ivan (6/5): - Al ser un hostal tipo albergue, no entendí mucho ese concepto, había muchos adolescentes, no me desagrado. Sus instalaciones no están mal, su relación costo beneficio, creo si queda a deber. Muy económico no es, creo hay mejores ofertas en costos similares. Honestamente la zona de los alrededores está muy fea, no sé si sea insegura, pero hay mucho indigente, gente tomando, vendedores ambulantes, que para el turista le puede generar desconfianza caminar por la zona. El desayuno, fatal. Muy racionado y muy mala atención del personal del desayuno. No sería mi elección para algún viaje futuro.

- Ivan (2/5): - Although it was cheap, the hotel is infested with bugs and mosquitoes. Staff was impolite and refused to help with the infestation problem at all. The listing may say private bathroom but only included a private shower. Water temperatures of both the shower and sink are not adjustable. The room itself was unclean and covered with dead bugs. The air conditioning did not work and window barely opens. The surrounding area was unsafe and dirty. You will wake up covered in mosquito bites — I do not recommend this place.

- Celia (10/5): - J'ai récemment séjourné dans votre établissement et en garde un bon souvenir. Les chambres, spacieuses et impeccablement entretenues, offrent une literie d'une propreté irréprochable. L'accueil chaleureux et attentionné du personnel a grandement contribué à rendre mon séjour plaisant. Cependant, je me permets de signaler un incident survenu lors du service du petit-déjeuner ce matin, 15 mars 2025. Un membre du personnel, après s'être gratté le dos, a servi les viennoiseries sans s'être préalablement lavé les mains, ce qui m'a quelque peu incommodée. Malgré cet incident, l'ambiance conviviale qui régnait à mon arrivée, notamment avec la soirée salsa organisée, a été fort appréciée, bien que je n'aie pu y participer pleinement en raison de la fatigue accumulée durant la journée. Je tiens à souligner que ces éléments positifs l'emportent largement, et c'est avec plaisir que j'attribue à votre établissement la note de 5/5.
- Isabelle (6/5): Beau séjour en auberge de jeunesse - Bien dans l’ensemble. Nous étions en chambre privée 3 lits avec douche. Les toilettes sont sur l’étage et individuelle. Elles sont nombreuses. La douche mériterait des rénovations. Il y a plusieurs traces de moisissures. Aussi l’eau n’a qu’une seule température, il faut attendre parfois longtemps avant d’avoir de l’eau chaude. La cuisine partagée n’est pas très propre et mal équipée. Elle se trouve au sous sol et est accessible avec une carte à demander à la réception. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien insonorisées. Une buanderie est disponible pour 4 euros et prévoir 2 cycles de séchage donc 3 euros de plus. Les petits déjeuners inclus sont parfaits. C’est un peu loin des principaux points d’intérêts le quartier est sécur mais peu invitant. Il y a des lignes de métro à 10-15 min à pieds. L’auberge ne propose pas d’activités. Un bar est dispo sur place. Quelques soirs (2) sont animés par des cours d’enfance tango et des jeux de sociétés.
- P (8/5): Good value near Gare du Nord - Good value basic accommodation. Private room with basic ensuite and breakfast for well under e100. (NB Towel hire costs extra, and bring your own shower gel/soap). 20 mins walk from Gare du Nord (or there are buses). Nearby métro direct to Gare Montparnasse.

Please give the option of not having sheets changed / room cleaned. Ours were changed and room cleaned after just one night. We only stayed 2. A waste of cleaning products & energy. Lovely garden area and ponds. Good to have TV and space downstairs. Thank you.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Minha opinião sincera - Quer ficar no Auberge mas tá preocupado com algumas avaliações? Pois é, eu também fiquei um pouco preocupada. Mas vou te contar exatamente como foi. Atendimento: desde uma troca de e-mail até a recepção, todos foram muuuito cordiais e solícitos. Seja educado, gente boa e eles serão igualmente legais com você! Quarto: ficamos em um quarto de casal com banheiro privativo e foi muito confortável, além de bem climatizado. De primeira nos deram o quarto errado, mas foram super agilizados em trocar e seguimos sem problemas. O chuveiro tem uma pressão maravilhosa e a cama é bem confortável. Vimos os banheiros compartilhados também e tudo em ordem. Café da manhã: PERFEITO! Ele tem uma quantidade determinada de comida que você pode pegar no refeitório, mas alimenta muito bem, além de ser tudo delicioso. As bebidas quentes são à vontade. Ambiente: um lugar feliz, cheio de estudantes, com eventos, com vida e movimento. No geral, ficamos extremamente confortáveis aqui. Passa muito mais segurança do que em outros hostels que já fiquei, então, sem chance de errar ficando aqui. Região e segurança: você pode chegar na acomodação pela estação Marx Dormoy ou La Chapelle. A área sempre tem bastante movimento até às 22h, mas o caminho pela Dormoy parece ser mais bem iluminado e seguro. Bairro tem muitos imigrantes: pra uns, isso pode soar "perigoso" (bando de turista xenofóbico), mas só estão fazendo seus negócios, vendendo seus itens ou bebendo com amigos. Voltando a Paris, ficarei no Auberge.
- Jacopo (2/5): Doccia fredda - abbiamo alloggiato nell’ostello per tre giorni, purtroppo la valutazione negativa è dovuta al fatto che per tutti i giorni non c’è mai stata l’acqua calda per farsi la doccia. abbiamo fatto presente il problema la prima sera e, dopo aver parlato con tre persone diverse (perche le prime due non capivano l’inglese), ci è stato risposto che c’era un guasto e che non potevano farci nulla ma che il giorno dopo avrebbero sistemato.. il giorno dopo, siccome la situazione non è cambiata, il problema a detta loro era che troppe persone si lavavano contemporaneamente.. inoltre noi abbiamo pagato per la camera con la doccia privata e quella è sempre stata ghiacciata, a differenza di quelle esterne che quanto meno erano “solo” fredde. essendo dicembre le temperature esterne erano molto basse, fare la doccia fredda è stato veramente fastidioso..

- Alessandra (2/5): Soggiorno di 2 notti - Camera con bagno basica nel vero senso della parola....non c'erano nemmeno gli asciugamani ...la doccia non si poteva chiamare tale....per non parlare dell odore davvero insopportabile che c'era in bagno.... sconsiglio vivamente
- Mourad (8/5): - I enjoyed my stay. The place is convient close to all publoc transport. Restaurant and eatery all 3 min walk. Plenty of food options . Staff are very polite/ courteous and there were needed, especially the morrocan security guard i forgot to ask for his name, very helpful. The only thing i could ask them to fix is the toilet seat and drinking water fountains broken

- Angela (8/5): - Th place was good value for money. However I specifically booked this place because it advertised a free shuttle service to and from the airport. When I tried to arrange this, they said they didn’t offer this service and needed to remove it from the ad. The walk from the location to the closest Gare du Nord (to get to the airport) is particularly dangerous in terms of pick-pockets/robberies, so besides the added cost of airport transfers, we also had added stress.
- Helen (8/5): - THE NIGHTTIME GUY IN THE RECEPTION HAS NO PATIENT, he didn’t give the wifi password before he let us go! The surroundings there are not really safe especially at night time there was lots of black people wandering around the corner of the building! Breakfast was good!
- Mina (6/5): It’s not for me - Booked female only room for 4, however, allocated for 2 beds room. If you stay with someone close to you is fine but I have to along with total stranger’s time table. She goes to sleep 21:00 and reacts even footsteps. I could not relax at all. And facilities are so simple especially the shower looks like the one in a prison.

- NORIHIKO (8/5): - 初めての宿泊だったが総じて満足です フロントのスタッフは親切だった 治安面から北駅下車をなるべく避けたかったため メトロ12のMarx Dormoy駅を利用したところ、比較的安心だった 部屋や各フロアにある共用シャワーは比較的きれいでよかった。物置がなくフックが3、4つある程度なので濡れないような注意が必要 朝食は2種類のパン(うち一つはクロワッサンかパンオショコラ) シリアル、チーズ1切れ，ゆで卵1個、フルーツ、マシーンの各種コーヒーでとても満足できた 1点気になったのが、宿泊者以外でも簡単に出入りできること。ドミトリーなので当然だが、私物管理は自己責任できちんと行うべき ベッド周りはベッド個別のUSB充電が機能していなかったが個別のコンセントは使えたので許容範囲内 ベッドカーテンがあると助かる

- Tanushree (4/5): - Loads of people loitering inside and outside - people leaving garbage out on both sides of the property (on the areas that are supposed to clean park like), except for one English speaking gentleman, staff mostly quite rude - especially in the dining hall. Room clean, but problems with cleaning of bathroom. Water fill up fountains not working, luggage room door left open for long intervals with people going in an out.
- RITA (10/5): Local agradável e limpo. - O hostel é bem bonito, bastante limpo e organizado. O café da manhã excelente. Crossaint quentinho, queijo brie, café, suco. A grande questão é a localização. Não recomendo para mulher sozinha. Tive que pegar uber para os metros pq fiquei com medo. Mas para casal é excelente.

- Chloé (2/5): - Worst hostel I ever went. I was supposed to stay 3 nigths but left after the first one even if they didn't want to refund me. First, its in a ghetto (you don't feel like your in France at all) and I didn't feel secure at all (weird man following me, an other offering me cigarettes..). Second, its dirty (the room and the shared toilets) and it smells urine in the corridors. Third no AC so you need to keep the window open and people are partying in the street all night. Do not go there..

- Leticia (10/5): Voltaria, mas... - Eu amei o Auberge, mas a pessoa tem que ir com o espírito em paz, pq tem muito barulho a noite. Mas a experiência foi ótima e eu voltaria. A região de La Chapelle não é das mais seguras, vi muitos carros com vidro quebrado, mas evitei trocar olhares com desconhecidos e tudo correu bem.

- Arben (2/5): Das ist den Namen Herberge in Paris, nicht wert. - Ich kann die Bewertungen nicht ganz nachvollziehen. Wenn man auf eine Toilette mit allen muss, dann sollte es sauber sein. Unbequem war die Toilette sowieso. Alles ohne Plan hin montiert. WC-Sitz, Papierrollenhalter, mini Waschbecken und Handpapierhalter in der selben Ecke montiert. So unpraktisch und unbequem dass man sich ein quetschen musste. Der Frühstück war schrecklich. Am ersten Tag haben die Mitarbeiter einfach die Kaffeeautomaten abgeschaltet und gesagt zu viel Kaffe wird benutzt. Nicht das der Kaffe vom Automaten besser wäre, aber die haben dann Kaffekannen mit Kaffe hingesetzt. Das war vielleicht etwas anderes, denn Kaffe war es nicht. Meine Kinder wollten einen zweiten Croissant haben und es wurde abgelehnt. Seit wann werden zum Frühstück 6° kalte Eier angeboten? Hat mal jemand kalte Eier gegessen? Dreck überall und viel Gestank.

- Stijn (8/5): - Room itself was very good, though you can only open a window a little bit if you want to ventilate. Personnel was friendly and nice, kitchen staff less. Not many healthy options for breakfast, but what do you expect. If you are alone and not the bravest, avoid the area around metro La Chapelle in the evening.
- Verified traveler (6/5): If you can afford to stay elsewhere, you should - Many broken things (our sink did not work, coffee and juice machines out of order, shower curtain broken). Though we booked a room with an attached WC, we did not get that. Our WC was just outside the room (which is fine) but was right next to the stairs and used for all kinds of loud and creative experiences during the night. We have stayed in 4 HI hostels this week so we knew what we were getting into. We enjoyed the neighborhood which was very international and lively during the evening and close to a metro stop. The breakfast was very tasty and they allowed us to eat outside food in the common area. Push button showers were interesting. They put the sheets on our beds which was a real plus! We splurged for towels and we’re happy we did.

- WILLIAM (10/5): Overnight Stay - Excellent service. Customer-friendly staff. Interesting building, spacious rooms, comfortable, clean, quiet. Good breakfast to kick start the day. Quite interesting to see more older people, as opposed to the regular younger people at hostels.
