- Hichem (10/5): Good - Good Good
- Kapoun (7/5): - Ubytování je hlavně spolecne, tudíž kóje. Mají udělané 2 pokoje, kde je nějaké soukromí. Pro jednu osobu v pohodě. Pro 2 už horší. My spali právě ve dvou. Jeden na sedačce a druhý na zemi. Nedalo se skoro pohnout. Dost místa na obleceni ve skříni. Jinak jsou společné toalety a sprchy. Vse čisté!

- Hoi Hin (3/5): Worst room seen in Tokyo for the similar price. - Location is fair. The single room is bad.
1. I have to place all the bedding. I cannot even open the foldable mattress fully. Not to mentioned that there is no sheet for the mattress.
2. It seems like the room was a reception counter. I have to sleep under the reception.
3. Although they separated the room with a movable partition wall, others can still see what is inside the room. No privacy at all. Not to mention the noise.
4. Cannot change the temperature of the room. The air con is for controlling outside.
5. The router for wifi is inside the room, but it is mounted with sharp screw, which is directly pointing foward my leg when sleeping. I am very afraid of kicking it when getting on the bed.

- Savas Aras (1/5): - Berbat paranıza yazık güvensiz Her seyi kötü
- Martino (2/5): - The only thing we appreciated was the location in Akasaka, close to major Tokyo centers. The facility and the room were dirty and had an unpleasant smell. The air conditioning unit was full of mold, forcing us to wear face masks just to avoid breathing the air inside. The shared toilets were also unclean, and it was disgusting even to look around while showering. Although the price was low, it did not justify these conditions.

- Aissa (1/5): - Très très sal
- Khánh (6/5): Pleasant -
- Simone (8/5): Very good - The shower and laundry area was well organised The rooms are a bit dark , haven't seen much of a window anyway
- Aaron (6/5): Underwhelming - Good location, that’s about it. Dirty, found lots of long black hairs in my bed, clearly not from a female so not myself, always waking up to them tangled around me which is disgusting. Not any staff on check in or check out which I just think is lazy, if you’re going to run a business you should at least be slightly hands on, seems the owner just wants a quick buck without caring about if it’s clean or not or who’s there doing what.
- Lea (2/5): Too expensive for the proposed service - Very good location in Tokyo We had to have a room for two, the bed was so small that we didn't stay together. Forced to sleep in addition with our big bags because once the bed is unfolded, more space. It was really dirty, the trash cans were not empty and the toilets and showers were not washed. We found huge cockroaches in the room.
- Lee (1/5): Bad -
- Maria (1/5): We didnt stay and requested a half redund but no reply from the hotel - There is no space for luggages. No space for luggages
- Parr (1/5): not coming back - - photos are outdated
- no luggage storage as previous spaces have now been turned into private rooms, suitcases dumped everywhere
- door separating dorms was broken and removed
- front door regularly left unlocked
- staff throw out towels if you hang them anywhere to dry
- bathrooms not clean, cupboard next to sink smells of garbage as presumably where they store the rubbish, mould on the ceiling and floor rarely vacuumed
- floor above is definitely a brothel and below is a jazz bar so don’t plan on sleeping some nights
only bonus is that it’s cheap and near metro stations, for one/two nights you might be fine
- Noah (1/5): Don’t do it guys, it may look cheap, but its so bad its actually impossible to sleep there. Not worth the hassle. - Don’t do it guys, it may look cheap, but its so bad its actually impossible to sleep there. Not worth the hassle.
- Schuyler (6/5): Simple but okay - It’s literally a small little bed with a curtain and that’s it. There is no social space or living area. I stayed here one night and it was perfect. The beds are comfortable, clean, good facilities. It’s good for a night or two if you won’t be spending much time in the bed. No staff so just be aware. Location is close to the subway. I recommend for one night
- Cassio (5/5): More or less, price is good, but the couple bed is bad. - The couple bad was not a real mattress for a compe, it is a sofa that the guy allow couples to sleep in. It is not a real double bad
- Florian (1/5): Bad - It’s the kind of place where you wish you could rate it a zero. From the absence of staff, lack of cleaning, overbookings and questionable safety, all we can say is stay away and don’t give money to these people. Extremely overpriced for nothing, staff will not Even reply to messages and just come to turn over the beds without cleaning anything else. Both nights we stayed we had to deal with lost people not finding their beds or two people assigned the same one. Door doesn’t lock properly. Loud noise from the bar (or brothel ?) downstairs. It was so bad we stayed two nights instead of four even if we did not get a refund.
- Jani (5/5): Passable - Sleepy really good and the sheets and towel were clean The place is fairly dirty and there are layers of dust and empty bottles in areas
- Pramila (5/5): Passable -
- Sai (10/5): Budget friendly & excellent location - Excellent location. Two to three subway stations nearby. Family Mart is just at 10 steps far. Many restaurants. Budget friendly.

- Jan (1/5): Bad - nothing everything
- Constance (1/5): Bad - Nothing to like about this hostel. Probably the worst hostel I’ve ever stayed in. The location was good but far out what a dump of a place. Dirty sheets, bodily fluids dried on the walls, black mould in the ceiling, taps broken, bathrooms smelling like piss. Absolutely disgraceful for Booking.com to have this on their website. Shame.
- Athi (10/5): Cozy space for a night out in town - The beds were great, soft and comfy. I’d love to stay there again. And the location is by an entertainment district so you can grab drinks or supper or party then walk home easily. It’s alittle cramped and small but that’s to be expected I guess.
- Jesus (4/5): Disappointing -
- Kaushalya (1/5): Bad - Not like the picture and there are very dirty, bathroom and toilet also hasn’t cleaned,
- Zachary (8/5): Basic stay - 4000yen, good for solo traveler. Bring chain and lock for personal items to secure. - This is a very basic accommodation with no public space for talking, working, chatting. Simply a place to stay and shower. No common area.
- Jarrod (1/5): Bad -
- Albert (9/5): Recommended Place to Stay in Tokyo. - location omis great nearby 3 metro station no cooking range but its fine
- Eva (2/5): Messy checking - Location is good ! This place is quite a mess. If you're just passing through and need a cheap place to sleep, it's acceptable—the beds are fine, although the rest of the place is pretty disorganized and dirty. They send a message saying you need to let them know what time you’ll check in, but ignore it! We tried contacting them by email and message, and they never responded, even through Booking. We called from a Japanese phone, and they told us they’d send us a code to access the place, as there’s no front desk—it’s just an apartment with no one managing it. They never sent us anything, so when we arrived, there was no one there, and a tablet was left without battery. We had to ask people on the street to let us use their phone to call, and finally, we got the code… I think they should change the check-in method and especially stop sending that message asking to contact them, as it’s useless.
- Adannos (1/5): low hygiene made it a very unpleasant stay. - The location is relatively good. It's filthy.
Everything is so dirty, so you could tell they never really clean there.
Even if it's cheap there are better places in tokyo that cost less.
- Melih (3/5): Poor -
- Paola (4/5): Disappointing - Good location That was very dirty. There was a lot of garbage and my blanket smelled of someone else's sweat.
- Arvinzaya (7/5): Normal - Nice price Shower was dirty
- Mujica (1/5): As little as possible - Not much Super hot, very small, bad location (near train stations but no near any main attractions, mattress was humid, no staff and never replied the emails.
- Jack (1/5): This hotel is a scam. - Nothing. This hotel is either a scam or it is the worst hotel in Tokyo. This hotel is a scam. The owners will not provide you anyway to actually check in. Then they will refuse to pay your money back. Worst experience I have ever had at a hotel.
- Ian (7/5): Good -
- Ramón (8/5): una familia que no gasto mucho y se la paso bien. - I'd love the location. the door are broken and a bit difficult to find
- Liam (6/5): Pleasant - Lock to open door was not turning on and phone number posted wouldn’t work
- チン (4/5): Disappointing -
- Niño (7/5): Good - The location need more cleaning and air-conditioning
- Corinne (4/5): Higher price for lower quality - The place was pretty dirty. The hostel asks that you call/email them when you arrive to get a check-in code so after emailing, we had to wait outside the door for 10 minutes before a code was sent, so maybe notify them of arrival a little before you actually arrive. More expensive than neighboring areas where you can get a whole room to yourself for the same price. There was a bar for guests to hold onto while climbing the stairs to the higher beds which was loose.
- Nyi (6/5): Pleasant -
- Atif (3/5): Poor -
- Muhammad (1/5): Bad - They are not corporative Not at all
- Santillan (7/5): Good -
- Valerie (3/5): Two worst nights of my life - I had to ESCAPE the place - It's cheap. This is a good option if you're going to Tokyo for a weekend and need a quick bed somewhere. Also, it's got a nice location, surrounded by lots of good restaurants and spas, and it's close to Roppongi. The bathroom isn't as dirty as other cheaper places, so it's overall tidy, although not not-dirty either. Oh boy, where do I begin...?
See, I had read some reviews warning about this place, and I thought some of them were over-the-top - for example, the bathrooms aren't as dirty as some reviews made it seem -, but some things are true. For example, it's true that beds get hot because there's no good ventilation, so you might not get quality sleep during summer. Also, since the only thing closing the capsules are curtains, there's nothing like soundproof capsules to sleep in. I am not exaggerating when I say that these were terrible nights for me: I couldn't sleep well because of the heat, but also because there was a guest who was SNORING LIKE HELL. I'm not kidding: he sounded like a motorboat, and there was no way to silence him! I kid you not: I literally abandoned the hotel at around 1 AM in search of another place to sleep because his snores were destroying EVERYBODY ELSE's sleep. I could only sleep for an hour, and around 4 AM, I decided to just leave the place and go home.
The snoring man wasn't the hostel's fault, of course, but not being able to sleep here kinda beats its purpose, so I sincerely don't recommend in places such as this one. Please consider investing a bit more on a cheap hotel room than on a hostel. I was about to spend more just to sleep either way, so I'm honestly going back to hotels after this nasty experience.
- Alister (5/5): Quite disappointing compared to other hostels in Tokyo. - Good location. Ok if you just need a bed for a night. Showers decent quality and relatively clean in bathroom. Communal area is basically non existent. First day I got there my bed number that was booked wasn’t cleaned. Then cleaner then came at 18.30 and cleaned the other beds and questioned me about my name. This was the only staff I saw.
The entry system is a bit confusing as the message isn’t very clear to enter the staff-less building.
Ladders to top bunks aren’t very in line with the bunks so hard to climb up. Also no air conditioning in the actual rooms so it gets super hot.
- Lena (3/5): Poor - Unfortunately, the bathroom facilities were not nice at all. One of the sinks was clocked for some time, the toilet for women got used by men as well, the toilets as well as the showers were dirty. There was no soap/shampoo/etc.
People kept coming in also late in the night and in the morning, not everybody tried to be silent.
Overall, it’s okay for a night, as it is cheap. Me and my friends wouldn’t have wanted to stay for another night.
- O.gerard (4/5): Disappointing -
- Ömer (1/5): Really bad - Nothing Someone stole my glasses and airpod. There's a camera inside but Owner didn't help me. I'll call police
- Mayank (4/5): Very okayish, not good - It was cheap and okayish. But the facilities and maintenance was totally off. And there was nobody ever around to raise any issue about any stuff.
- Vikram (9/5): 54 journey good location - Hotel staff .. comfortable... location....not overcrowded... Everything was ok except ventilation of cubicle become less once p
You pull the curtain s
- Zaki (7/5): Good -
- Kameron (1/5): Absolutely terrible - Nothing Unclean, broken amenities, smelly, loud all weekend with all the bars around yelling karaoke, disgusting bed, worse place I’ve stayed in in my entire life.
- Victor (9/5): Perfect capsule hostel, I loved it! - Perfect location, perfect price, hassle free experience, it's everything and more than what I wanted. Will stay here again, it's amazing! Nothing! Just my fellow inhabitants/guests were too loud, oh well, nothing wrong with the hostel just bring earplugs, capsule hotels don't have sound proofing.
- Saige (2/5): Bad - Honestly the only good thing about this hostel is that the location. The bathroom smelt like straight pee my entire stay. This is an apartment turned into a hostel. There is no common area, no lockers, or even a good place to really put your stuff. My first day I couldn’t even check in until around 8pm because my bed wasn’t cleaned. I never saw a staff member. So it doesn’t stay clean. My bed sheets also had holes in them.
- Kuo (3/5): Absolutely traumatizing. - Good location, that’s about it. Cramped living quarters, no common space, sick guests, disgusting bathrooms, no staff or customer service. We stayed for a week and midway through, the cleaning staff moved our belongings without permission, losing 2 of my items, refusing to reimburse. Bathroom permanently smells like feces.
- Carla (3/5): Too small and not clean - Location Space and not clean
- Dragomir (7/5): Cheap, safe and occasionally clean. - Nice little place, sadly the guests left it a mess. The other guests.
- Md (10/5): Exceptional -
- Vu (4/5): Disappointing -
- Joan (4/5): Disappointing - it is close to the metro station, but the environment is so bad. it looks a little bit messy. and when I arrived at the guesthouse, there was no bed for me, then I needed to check for another room to sleep. Finally there was a bed with a curtain for me. then I slept well. looks not so clean.
