• Lucrecia (4/5): Needs a real cleaning and decent kitchnette utensils, last option when budget is tight. - The room is spacious, very close to transportation services in a walkable and safe neighborhood, has a washing machine included, had to request WiFi information but it worked well. Self check-in went smoothly. The stairway area was filthy and smelled of urine or sewage. The slippers provided and required to be used in the building were stinky. Room was just barely aceptable because I am tolerant, but there was dust all over and stains on curtains, dirty under the beds The Utensils provided in kitchenette were insufficient (1 bowl for a room of up to 4 peoplep, to give one example) and in bad condition. Squeaky bed. hand towels were not provided. No WiFi information readily available. It’s located Outside Tokyo metro & subway area so extra ticket needs to be purchased., long over 1 hr commute tinto the city for sightseeing. It is stated that the building is not soundproof and that is true.

• toyomi (1/5): チェックインの方法が最悪でした。洗面周りが凄く汚い。 - 飲食には困らない 予約サイトで申込した際、身分証明書の提出を忘れていたのはこちらの不備ですが、受付の方がいると思っていましたが、全てメールでの確認が必要で、すぐに部屋に入ることができず、さらには入口のドアに連絡先が書かれたいましたが、現在使われていませんとのことでした。確実に、担当者に連絡できる電話番号を記入してほしいです。個人的には次の無いかと感じました。部屋は広いですが、特に洗面まわりの清掃がまったくできていなく、ゴミだらけでした。

• TAKAHIRO (6/5): - 立地は最高です。 繁華街に近く、それでもさほどうるさい場所でもなく。 寝る場所と雨風しのげればいいと言う方にはコスパ的にも最高かと。 宿泊前のやり取りは多少面倒なところはありました。 身分証の写真の添付など。 宿泊日の15時にパスコードを送るとの事でしたが16:11に催促したら送られてきた程度でした。 忘れてたんでしょうが。

• NAOYA (3/5): 汚いので、掃除をお願いします😭 - 中国人の友人と利用しました ・亀有駅から近い ・近くに美味しいお店が沢山ある ・中国の会社なので、中国語が使える ・4部屋あるのが、利用した際は誰もいなかったのが良かった ・中国人にはオススメ ・日本の清潔なホテル/民泊に慣れていると泊まるのに抵抗があります 寝るだけで良いという方以外はお勧めできません ・中国の会社なので、英語と日本語対応が怪しい ・チェックインしづらい ・掃除ができていない　カビや埃などある ・前の人の髪の毛やコンタクト、が落ちている ・壁/ドアが薄すぎる　掃除の方の音が漏れてくる

• 横山 (4/5): きれいにリフォームされている。清潔感が改善されると好評価に。 - 低料金 壁(4面のうちの3面)、窓、天井、床、洗面台がリフォームされて綺麗だった トイレがきれいに掃除されていた ヘアドライヤーがあった メールでの通知が早目になされた ハンガー掛けが全くない。 トイレットペーパーが新品ではなく、付いているものも、残量がわずかしかなかった。(4人で2泊したが、1人で1泊するにも無理な量) 床や洗面台の排水溝に髪の毛などのゴミがたまったままになっていた。 エアコンの上面と洗面所の換気扇吸気口に大量のほこりが付着していた。 キッチンの流し、フライパン、湯沸かしポット、IHヒーター、冷蔵庫、洗濯機等はあったが、あまり清潔感がなく、使う気になれなかった。(日頃あまり掃除が行き届いていない印象) 全体的には、低料金の割には、リフォームされていて良いのですが、トイレットペーパー不足(無いのならその旨を部屋紹介ページに表記する方が良い)、ハンガー掛け無いという点、ほこりや髪の毛など清潔感や衛生面等の問題が改善されると一層好評価につながると思います。
• Giulietta (7/5): 3 night stay - Convenient, beds were large. Water in shower was hot. Good facilities in room - fridge, washing machine, microwave etc The stairs leading to the room were steep - difficult with luggage. Got the code late so that was concerning. Room could have been cleaner.

• Riley (4/5): Okay for a group of teenagers on a tight budget but that's about it - Location is very convenient. There was mold all over the place, when confronted about it the staff ONLY cleaned it out of a small corner of the shower. Shower/laundry area reeks of mildew as well, and the place clearly wasn't fully cleaned after the previous guests. It looked like they only made the beds. The bed doesn't actually have sheets on it, they use flat/top sheets as bedsheets. They'd constantly come up and expose the mattress coverings that were covered in body fluids. Stairwell was dirty as well, instuctions to put trash on the ceiling were outdated. The sliding screen covering the window was damaged as well. There was no dish soap to clean dishes or replacement toilet paper either. Freezer also barely works, the stove didn't work at all.

• Ilia (5/5): Passable - instructions for rheumatologist check in were sent late for almost 30 min, in the room is very humid, not very clean, nowhere to hang your clothes. cheap though
• Bordonbert (7/5): It was difficult to agree how to send passport info to owner. A picture in an email is not secure! - The location is first class. Everything you need is just outside the outer door. The room was clean and warm and well looked after. In the room shower and toilet facilities were excellent. The beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning was good when needed. The stairway was very steep and a very narrow spiral so it was hard to get a case to the top. I realise there is nothing that can be done about that as space in the building is limited but it should be noted for older customers like myself. The two beds took up almost the whole room. The washing machine, while it is your own private unit, is also there in the room with you. The room was for 4 people but there were only two mugs, plates and sets of cutlery. This was not a problem for myself but for other groups it may be. You are located right in the heart of Kameari with many economical restaurants and coffee bars all around you so you can easily eat out. To eat in the room would be more difficult.

• Gale (7/5): Value for money - It was very near the Kameari station as well as several izakayas. Difficult to control the water temperature in the shower room.
• Jan (5/5): If you are 2 people and on a budget it is okey-ish stay. The value is in privacy. - The location is great, bus and metro station right around the corner. A lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was not as clean as I would like to. Hairs in the bathroom, dirty sink, and super smelly washing machine - I would definitelly not put my clothes in there. We were 3 friends in the room but only had 2 blankets. When we asked for extra blanket as they are not big enough for 2 people we were told none are available.
• Kent (9/5): Great location, comfortable and convenient. - It was my third time to stay there, and it's my go to accomodation in that area of Tokyo. The best point is its location. It's close to everything, restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, the train station and two Ito Yokado shopping centers. Apart from that, the accommodation is comfortable, clean and relatively spacious. Not much. A table and chair/s would be nice, but it's not a big problem

• Bose (1/5): Self check-in/check out was very nice but hopefully they will clean more and change some supplies and sheets. - The location is very convenient since its nearby the train station The building itself is old so the facilities are outdated. It would be much appreciated if they could clean the place and replace the sheets its full of dusts. Also the toilet and bathroom smells so bad hopefully you could fix it. Even the hair dryer is not working properly

• Kent (9/5): Great value for money and you can't beat the location. - Location is fantastic. Staff were very kind. Amenities were good, bathroom and toilet are great. A small table and chair in the room would be nice but it's not a big problem.

• W3934WJchiaras (8/5): All in all very good! - The hostel’s location was very close to the Kameari train station. Only a 2-5min walk. Since we had the JR-Pass it worked well for us to take the JL (gray local line train) to Kita-Senju. And Afterwards to take the JJ (green rapid line) to Tokyo train station. The ride with (only using) JR trains takes around 45min while not using any subway lines. Since we did a lot of things in Shibuya the location may not have been the best to choose, apart from the location the hostel was great! + We had two big beds, bath, shower, toilet, sink and a whole kitchen (fridge) to use. They also gave us free towels and shower stuff to use. Internet was also available (though it was a little slow). There are also available umbrellas to use for bad weather days, make sure to bring them back though. - There is a huge exit sign that’s very bright during the night. You can also hear the outside noices pretty good, which sucked a little. - The hostel had an available washing machine, though there was no dryer in the room… Consequently we had to walk to the nearest “public” washing station and dry our clothes there. It didn’t take too long, only around 20min. It’s around 100 yen for 10min. Since we didn’t have a big load to do this wasn’t too bad.

We appreciate the neighbourhood as there are a lot of restaurants and convenience store nearby. The room is decent and was hesistant to stay since saw a lof of review about the AC heater in room 201. My husband manage to operate it and it is working fine. This is budget place where you can stay. -Be ready to climb in stairs with your luggage in a limited space - Sort of a smell inside the room after a long day being outside. This might minimize if the owner will advice not to close the fan but you have to switch off all when you go out
