Les espaces communs sont bien nettoyés, il y a du shampoing, gel douche etc - Check in très facile - fontaine à eau disponible - confortable Je pense que c’est le meilleur rapport qualité prix que vous pouvez trouver à Tokyo - pas de serviette de bain - le bruit causé par les autres voyageurs irrespectueux mais ce n’est pas de leur faute !

• Milou (7/5): Voor de prijs en de keuken en oke badkamer is het helemaal prima, maar verwacht niet te veel. - Goed bed met fijne kussens en airco. Ook is er een machine met heet en koud drinkwater dat is erg fijn! Er was een keuken dat komt goed uit maar hebben wij niet gebruikt. De badkamer heeft fijne spiegels en wasbakken. We kregen geen handdoeken, en er was geen gordijn voor het (hele kleine en hoge) raam. We vonden het erg vochtig in de kamer en luchten was moeilijk door het kleine raam. De muren zijn dun dus je hoort wel veel geluid. Mensen gingen steeds de föhns gebruiken om middernacht, terwijl er duidelijk wordt gemaakt in de regels dat het na 22:00 niet meer toegestaan is. De douchecabines zijn een beetje klein en de dames toiletten zijn heel krap, ik kon niet mijn benen recht vooruit zitten maar moest ze schuin houden, en ik ben 176cm lang. Een tip voor het hostel: installeer wat meer haakjes aan de muren in de slaapkamers want er is weinig kast ruimte en ruimte om een handdoek te laten drogen

• Luana (10/5): - Super séjour dans cet hotel, nous y avons très bien dormi, je ne comprends pas les avis négatifs. Gardez en tête qu'il s'agit d'une sorte d'auberge, malgré les 6 chambres doubles à l'étage, donc cela reste un endroit avec du passage et des toilettes et salle de bain communes, donc oui il peut y avoir un peu de bruit, mais les gens sont très respectueux dans l'ensemble et nous y avons très bien dormi. De plus, un bus à 3 min à pied vous emmène en 15min à la gare de Shinjuku, quartier très animé. Plusieurs métros et bus sont également aux alentours de l'hôtel, ce qui permet de séjourner dans un quartier calme tout en restant proche des lieux touristiques. Nous avons adoré !

• Dianne (8/5): You get what you pay for :) - 1. There’s a cheap parking lot nearby. 2. The room is clean and comfortable. (did not get any dust allergy) 3. The price is reasonable. 4. Easy instruction as long as you send your passport or identification card. 1. I hope they provide reusable slippers. It’s uncomfortable to take a shower and then wear your own shoes (brought rubber shoes that day) 2. Paper cups in the kitchen would be great. 3. Towels, please. Even a small towel would be okay. 4. Small divider in the bathroom, two men walked behind me with just towels on the lower part of their bodies.

• Sreyam (6/5): Clean venue with good amenities, but difficulty sleeping due to noise disturbances. - Facilities were cleanly, and the staff were nice. Room size was decent and plenty of space to keep your luggage and clothes. Nice common area and amenities such as dishes. Lots of noise at night. Every time someone would walk past the corridor, it was very audible. When someone would close or open their door, it would rattle my door. Kids aren't allowed but some guests had brought their children, who were shouting loudly at midnight, which made it difficult to sleep. Even with ear plugs in, it was quite noisy.

Il quartiere è bello, ma la metro non è vicinissima, quindi bisogna essere disposti a camminare un po' La camera era senza tenda, quindi entrava la luce la mattina presto. Le docce non il top: alcune fredde, altre si allagavano.

O quarto era pequeno e um pouco sujo também, além de ter pouca ventilação (as janelas dos quartos do primeiro andar dão para os escapamentos dos carros estacionados do lado de fora). The bathrooms were dirty and small; a person taller than 1.60 meters could not sit comfortably on the toilet due to the limited space between it and the door. The room was also small and somewhat dirty, with poor ventilation (the windows of the first-floor rooms face the exhaust pipes of the cars parked outside). 浴室は汚くて狭く、身長160センチ以上の人はトイレとドアの間のスペースが狭いため、快適に座ることができませんでした。部屋も狭く、少し汚れていて、換気も不十分でした。（1階の部屋の窓は、外に駐車している車の排気口の方を向いています。）

The staff was friendly and helpful and it was no problem to leave the luggage before check-in or after checkout. People didn't respect the quiet hours. • Fondacci (6/5): Rapport qualité prix OK, la prestation est à la hauteur du prix par rapport à Tokyo - Rapports qualité prix OK. Situé à 10min du métro il est bien placé pour visiter (Shibuya, Shinjuku, Meiji jingu, Harajuku, Ikebokuro) cependant il est important de prendre en compte que les métro direction Honancho sont plus rare sur la ligne de métro M (on peut donc facilement attendre 15min un métro). Les chambres sont petites comme souvent au japon. Notre chambre était propre. Douche et toilette propre. Cuisine bien équipée. Commerce et laverie à proximité. Comme indiqué dans de nombreux avis les murs sont très fin et les portes claqués font bouger la votre. Nous étions à l'étage -1 nous avions donc qu'une trop petite fenêtre ce qui rend l'aération de la chambre compliqué. De plus il faut un bâton spécial pour ouvrir la fenêtre. Il n'y en a qu'un, il faut donc le chercher à l'accueil et le reposer à l'accueil (il faut que l'hôtel investisse ça ne coûte rien et cela améliorerait le service). Il n'y a qu'un seul toilette (pour homme) et que deux douches (pour homme) attention à ne pas vous y prendre au dernier moment)

• Pedro (8/5): Clean rooms, excellent communication, and convenient Shinjuku base - Comfortable and clean room. Helpful and friendly staff (excellent communication via booking chat). 24-hour check-in available. Good location in the Shinjuku area (a 10-minute walk to the nearest subway station, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby) at a reasonable price for a double room. Kitchen available on site, clean and spacious bathrooms. Recommended! I'd say the only downside to this accommodation is its location, as you always have to walk quite a bit to get anywhere. However, considering the size of Tokyo, it's not such a bad thing, as it's centrally located and competitively priced.

• LOLITA (4/5): Décevant - Le lit est confortable mais les lattes sont maintenus par de la corde. Gel douche shampoing et après shampooing à disposition et qui sent très bon. Il n'y a pas de chaussons pour circuler dans l'établissement, se diriger aux toilettes et douches. Quand on sort des douches, vous aurez un magnifique rideau taché de marron, entre crasse et matière fécale peut être... Il n'y a pas de serviettes de bains compris dans le séjour sauf si vous débourser 400 yens. Les urinoirs pour hommes sont très bas. Peut être faut-il faire pipi à genoux pour ne pas en mettre partout. Les douches sont vite bouchées. Personne n'enlève les cheveux. Chambre décevante comparée aux photos. L'éponge de la cuisine qui est vieille et il n'y a pas de torchons pour s'essuyer les mains.
