• Miro (7/5): Good value room - The location was perfect since it was right next to a metro station. The rooms were clean which is surprising for a room of this price. It was cold in both rooms even though the radiator was working and at its maximum setting.

• Johannes (6/5): Zum Schlafen ok. - Brau hte ein Zimmer zum Schlafen. Dafür war es ok. Steckdose am Bett. Rezeption schlecht erreichbar. Erste Nacht war die Heizung kaputt bei Außentemperaturen unter 0 C. Kein Bodenhandtuch im Bad, kein Duschhandtuch. Keine Leselampe am Bett.

• Alberto (1/5): CUIDADO CON ESTE LUGAR PORUQE SON UNOS DELINCUENTES - No lo recomiendo, no hay seguridad ni condiciones, entra gente de la calle y hay jeringas y suciedad en las escaleras, el check in es a las 16:00 y esperamos hasta las 16;45 que llegó el personal que ni siquiera se disculpó! Piden 200€ en efectivo de deposito que no te devuelven porque ellos de encargan de que te vayas de ese suburbio sin tu dinero. A la hora del check out no hay nadie en la recepción y no responden, ni llamadas ni mensajes por booking.. Hemos llamado a la policia para dar parte de esto y nos dijeron que nos nos podían ayudar pero que teníamos que tener cuidado para la próxima !

• Vera (3/5): Für den Preis habe ich nicht viel erwartet, und trotzdem bin ich enttäuscht. - Es war sauber. Check in unkompliziert und kontaktlos. Das Zimmer war ganz anders wie auf den Bildern: 1. Anstatt Doppelbett hatten wir zwei kleine Zimmer mit Einzelbetten und Waschbecken im Zimmer. 2. Die Toilette und Dusche extrem eng, es war eine mobile, nachgerüstete Kabine. 3. Sehr hellhörig, man hat gehört wenn oben jemand gelaufen ist.

• chen (1/5): WORST - Dear Sir or Madam, We arrived at the Anna Hotel last night and were subjected to an absolutely catastrophic experience that has left us appalled. We attempted to retrieve the key from the lockbox by trying all the access codes provided on the Booking reservation, but none of them worked. Simultaneously, we called all the phone numbers listed on the order repeatedly, yet no one answered. Even attempts by neighbors to assist us were fruitless. It was completely impossible for us to contact the hotel owner or to find out our room number and the key details. As a direct result of this failure, our entire group was stranded on the street overnight. We must stress that the booking has already been fully paid for. Given this extremely poor and unacceptable experience which left us without accommodation, we demand an immediate and full refund of the amount paid. We expect a prompt resolution and confirmation of the refund. Sincerely,

• Saba (1/5): Ich kann diese Unterkunft auf keinen Fall empfehlen. - Ich bin sehr unzufrieden mit dieser Unterkunft. Ich hatte von Montag bis Samstag ein Zimmer reserviert und bin am Dienstag dort angekommen – aber es war niemand vor Ort! Weder am Handy noch am Festnetz war jemand erreichbar. Ich habe über eine halbe Stunde gewartet und mehrfach angerufen, ohne Erfolg. Am Ende musste ich mir auf eigene Kosten ein anderes Hotel über Booking.com buchen. Trotzdem wurde mein Aufenthalt als „nicht erschienen“ markiert, und mir wurde das Geld nicht zurückerstattet. Das ist absolut unfair und inakzeptabel. Ich kann beweisen, dass ich wirklich dort war, und erwarte, dass Booking.com den Fall prüft und mich kontaktiert. Außerdem liegt die Pension in einer sehr unangenehmen Gegend – als Frau hätte ich mich dort ehrlich gesagt nicht getraut, alleine hineinzugehen. Ich kann diese Unterkunft auf keinen Fall empfehlen.
• Geoffrey (8/5): A clean, straightforward, and convenient option for staying in München! - Some of the reviews online were quite harsh and I expected to be disappointed, but it was much better than some had depicted. It is a pension, so I think to expect it to be like the Hilton is silly. It was clean, very conveniently located and suited our needs quite well. It would be nice to have a bit more window shade: one room was directly underneath a very bright streetlight, which shone all night.

Don't expect cosyness in here. - Lowest price in Münich for the central location No parking, bed wasn't flat, no shutter on the window, no curtains. The room was cold and shiny in the morning when I wanted to sleep. There was a minimalist reception so no one to turn to in case of problem.

Ascensore non funzionante per 4 giorni, stanza sporca con capelli ovunque, personale poco cortese e sorridente, caparra che non viene mai più restituita e questo lo abbiamo saputo da persone della zona, per il check out non era presente nessuno, odore sgradevole nel corridoio, un asciugamano mini a testa per 4 giorni che non hanno mai cambiato , era finita la carta igienica (tra l’altro nemmeno nuova al nostro arrivo) e non l’hanno mai aggiunta. Male, davvero molto male.

• Hessel (2/5): Decent location, terrible room - The location was decent. Close to Oktoberfest and the U bahn. The curtains were horrible. Did not block any light so it was terrible to sleep. On top of that, the bed was making so much noise with every move, the matras was maybe 5cm thick so not comfortable as well. The rooms were even more outdated than on the pictures and the floor is uneven throughout the room. The bathroom was alright, a shower curtain feels to cheap to be honest. Also, the toilet was so cramped in between the shower and the sink, you could hardly make use of it.

• Corina (8/5): Einfaches Zimmer mit guter Anbindung zum Oktoberfest. - Das Hotel hat eine einmalige, zentrale Lage zum Oktoberfest: zu Fuss nur 15 min. Dadurch ist das Preis- Leistungsverhätnis perfekt. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber sauber und das Hotel iegt sehr ruhig. Kein Luxus aber funktional. Es hat die Erwartungen erfüllt.

• Martin (1/5): La peor estancia de mi vida, no fui y me cobran. - Nada, fue pésimo, les escribí para entrar esa noche y me respondieron, pero de forma automática, por ende no me respondieron, se me cobro de inmediato 170€, verifique que no tenían entrada en la madrugada y cancele, al camelar me salían dos opciones, cancelar con el cobro total, que serian los 170€ o cancelar “gratis” que booking intentaría hacer lo posible por devolverme el dinero… o parte de el, seleccione esa opción y booking dice que no puede hacer nada, que no es reembolsable y ademas le escribí al alojamiento y todavía no responden nada, sigo insistiendo para que al menos me devuelvan algo. Pésimo servicio al cliente, no responden, cobran antes de llegar y no tiene devoluciones.

Metro a 50 metri Stanza singola minimal no asciugamano da doccia solo per mani, no comodino, la luce si accende solo accanto alla porta quindi la sera se non hai un cellulare a far luce vai a tentoni. Insonorizzazione assente, bagno ricavato tramite una cabina doccia water in plastica stile container, era ad incastro. Zona non il massimo.

Ja wzielem 2 osobowy z 2 pojedynczymi łóżkami. Nie wymagałem nie wiadomo czego byłem na szkoleniu nie daleko miałem samolot na 2gi dzień więc chcialem wykor,ystac moment i pojsc na Octoberfest. .Nawet mieli brać 200€ kaucji ale na miejscu okazało się że kaczka nie wymagana więc luz. Z kumplem wzięliśmy ten pokoju wszystko było jak w opisie. Stały 2jedynk po obu stronach pokoju tak jak na zdjeciach . i Świeża pościel świeże ręczniki pokój świeżo wymalowany łazienka była ciepła woda była. Czego chcieć. Jak ktoś chce luksusów to niech bierze hotel za 200€ i nie narzeka pozniej. Wszystko było spoko za tą cenę było naprawdę oki
