I like that it’s very close to the center but when you entering the hopestel is like walking into a peaceful oasis and no noises. And and they have a cute bunny hopping around the place.

• Beth (10/5): Great stay for solo travellers. - 10/10 vibes and aesthetic. Staff were very friendly and helpful, they even remembered my name immediately. Lots of activities to join in with, and the resident pets are adorable! Bathrooms were spotless and the rooms were great. It's a hidden gem in a not so great location, but that's not the hostels fault. I personally felt unsafe walking around at night alone, so I stayed in the hostel when it got dark, but there was plenty to do.

• Gemma (6/5): It is what it is. - The asthetics of the outside area is what really sells this hostel. The maids in the morning made so much noise. Coming in and slamming things down shouting ‘Good morning’ loudly when people in the rooms were trying to be respectfully quiet to one another. One maid was making the bed above me and was slamming the mattress down and left the door open whilst cleaning giving us no privacy. If you’re out for the night there’s no chance of a lay in. Beds in room 6 were so noisy and squeaky which kept us up all night.

The secret garden is excellent—a perfect place to unwind with a drink after a long, tiring day. Everything was very well organised and thoughtfully considered.
• Jdonosocandia (1/5): Mala experiencia - Lo unico que rescato es la amabilidad del personald el hostal para atender, muy amables las chicas. El hostal esta ubicado en una propiedad compartida, donde al parecer utilizan diferentes secciones que no estan conectadas internamente. La habitacion asignada no queda "dentro del hostal", queda por fuera donde debes ocupar un ascensor que te pide monedas para funcionar (nunca pude hacerlo funcionar) o subir escaleras, lo cual con equipaje es bastante molesto. El hostal esta ubicado en la parte inclinada de Napoles, por lo tanto, si vas caminando es bastante cansador, otro punto negativo. Debido a todo lo anterior, luego de un rato de haber hecho el check in decidi irme, ya que no era lo esperado, ni tampoco lo publicitado en la oferta, no han querido devolver mi dinero.

They remember your name from the minute you step into the oasis of the Secret Garden and even follow up on your day trips. The tranquility in the mornings, the yoga classes and a rabbit making it seem like you are Alice in Wonderland. The service-minded attitude of ALL the staff, never rushing, always a solution, a smile, refilling your water bottle, tips for off the tourist trap excursions or a change of dormitory due to 4 snoring males. 😅 Extremely clean kitchen and bathrooms, cozy, bohemian hangout areas in the garden. The writings on the wall reflect my own mottos and show that there is a deep care for guests and our planet. This is not simply a hostel in Italy, it is a retreat from the bustling streets of Naples. I have never felt so at home in a hostel and I have travelled extensively over 30 years on all continents. The owners clearly have a healthy approach to creating this unique environment for travelers. This is what happens when you put your heart before your bank account. Hats off to a rare breed of business owners! I will be back and in the meantime I will recommend Hopestel to everyone I meet. Keep up the amazing work, you are an inspiration in a world filled with greed! The idea of letting locals come to co-work in the afternoons is great! Maybe restrict the area or reduce the hours for visiting? I heard a few people commenting that in the afternoon/evenings when many of us come back exhausted from day trips, there is not enough space to sit in the garden. A very noisy bunch of youngsters (12-15 people) were playing table tennis *daily* and occupying the main areas outside until 10 pm or later. It's a beautiful initiative but shouldn't effect the comfort of the paying guests.
• siya (2/5): - 花园很棒，小猫很好 蚊虫很严重，我被蚊子咬了16个包，床上还有蚂蚁在爬。请注意，我住在顶楼，却依旧有很多蚊子和蚂蚁！难以接受。 离地铁站很远，需要爬坡。 木床架有些开裂，几处地方被打上了补丁，说明床架不稳的问题已然存在。这导致上床翻身的时候很吓人，床架变形了，还嘎吱嘎吱响，我真担心床塌了。

• Nicole (7/5): Great hostel if you’re looking for something comfortable for a decent price - I liked how there was a small garden in the center where you can just sit and relax. There’s also a bar so you can grab a drink and sit by the garden. There’s also staff was really friendly and loved giving us recommendations to visit or try some foods. There’s also game nights like uno where you can compete to win a prize. I didn’t like how there was mosquitos in the room because I kept getting bitten and could hear them fly around at night. Also the bathroom in the room was a bit dirty and had throw up all over it one night and it didn’t get cleaned until midday.

Bunny and cats are a plus Outside of the hostel's control but be aware that the local metro is shut for a couple of months, not a problem if coming from the airport but a pain if coming from anywhere else.

Durch das Personal fühlt man sich von Anfang an wohl. Die Aufenthaltsbereiche und Küche sind auch schwer in Ordnung :) Man sollte beachten, dass sich das Hostel weiter oben am Berg befindet und man daher nicht zentral liegt. Aber dafür ist es sehr ruhig.

• Eros (8/5): Davvero un punto di riferimento. L'ostello migliore - Prezzo davvero buonissimo in confronto a tantissimi altri luoghi. Il servizio è ottimo. C'è scelta di camere da ostello o da albergo a seconda delle necessità e delle preferenze. Nel caso dell'ostello, che ho scelto io, è ben organizzato, con cassette con lucchetto (3 euro e vi tenete il lucchetto, o ve lo portate voi). La posizione è davvero ottima e a pochi minuti a piedi c'è la metro di Piazza Dante oltre a vari punti del centro città raggiungibili tranquillamente anch'essi a piedi se si vuole fare una passeggiata di 20-40 minuti. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Il servizio è ottimo considerando che puliscono ogni giorno praticamente tutto. Infine, ci sono varie attività sia gratuite che a pagamento; nel caso di quelle gratuite, vi sono vari giochi da tavolo, un bel soggiorno dove passare del tempo a giocare o anche a mangiare nella cucina comune (con tanto di frigo), un tavolo da ping pong esterno, e un bellissimo giardino con gazebo, divanetti, amaca, tavolini ed altro, con un bel coniglio e 3-4 gatti che gironzolano per tutto il giardino. Nel caso dei servizi a pagamento, vi sono attività come yoga e cose simili, ed un bar all'entrata accessibile a tutti, anche chi non alloggia. È uno spazio molto rilassante. I bagni, davvero troppo piccoli, sono la criticità maggiore. La doccia è abbastanza spaziosa, ma il lavandino e la tazza del water sono minuscoli. Inoltre l'asciugamano che forniscono (e devo dire che è già tanto essendo un ostello dal prezzo molto competitivo e servito e pulito nel complesso) non viene ricambiato nel corso dei giorni. Il letto sopra di me inoltre aveva una rete mezza rotta e riavvitata, ed ogni notte quasi mi immaginavo crollasse. Il letto è comunque comodo e si ha spazio privato a sufficienza con le tende. Riguardo i servizi, purtroppo (o per fortuna, per chi dorme molto presto) ci sono limiti di orario per certi giochi all'aperto già dalle 22, quando l'orario del silenzio in teoria è dalle 00.

A solid beds which didn't shake when you climed up, personal made your bed for you and towels are included in the price. Very nice garden and windows and a balcony going towards that garden, so I didn't hear any street sounds at all. People were respectful and didn't disturb my sleep at nigh, even if it depends more on the group than on the place I assume that people who belong to this hostel not looking for constant drinking and partying, but just came to unwind. At midnigt no one from guests was there and it was super chill. And the most important part - a small rabbit who was super friendly and I felt like a Disney princess It wasn't comfy to unpack my bag on the floor or on my second floor bed, or in the locker, so a small table or some platform to repack would be useful

Nada pero luego con ese ascensor mágico llegas rápido a la vía Toledo

• Moize (10/5): Great place to stay - This was by far the most charming Hostel I've been too. It's located in a place where you would least expect it but that really fits in being a "Secret" Garden. The facility itself is set up in a way that encourages guests interactions and the staff are easily accessible - you don't have to take an elevator to see them. There are events happening all week long. The garden itself is really cute, the facility is clean and has a lot of utilities. It has a cozy and home-like feel. I met amazing people whom I'll never forget. I haven't had such good interactions elsewhere. The staff respond to your needs very well. My time in Napoli was so good as a whole especially because of this hostel that I would definitely come here again. (Little tip: Make sure to find the escalators, located at Parco dei Ventaglieri to make your life easier 😂) The only feedback I can provide is maybe have mesh curtains for windows in the rooms, I think it will help reduce the amount of mosquitoes at times for some rooms and allow fresh air in while still keeping the aesthetic of the hostel. The top level bunks are pretty high, maybe a Zig Zag staircase might make it accessible for people of all ages. (See the ones at Aparto Florence Manifattura). Top level bunks could use curtains too for some privacy if possible. I hope the feedback helps!

Хостель находится в старом неаполетанском доме . Я бы не советовала , если у вас большой багаж из за лестниц. Но если вы налегке , то однозначно рекомендую.
