The staff were very nice and on the final they we were able to store our luggage for free. The refrigerator was accessible easy for us to store our food. The kitchen, toilet and bathroom seemed run down. Like the toilet seat being unattached or the shower hose having a leak.

- Pankaj (8/5): - I really liked the staff. They were reaĺly friendly and accommodating. Moreover, the room was clean and the location was good. We taught that we booked a private room for 3 people so it will be with a double bed and one single bed but what we got was a private dorm room where there were 1 bunk bed and 3 single beds which we tbh didnt like. Also there were no curtains in the room so the light was coming inside the room which was really disturbing for me and my friends.

As a current modern day slave and human trafficking victim that is continually avoiding attempted murder attempts to silence my voice before they are prosecuted, low pricing is amazing, as I am being squeezed out of the professional world as human traffickers are reserving their paid positions for human traffickers that kill the reporters of their crime. I got the vibe that there is an attempt to kill their victims at this hostel through the suggestion of purchasing potentially contaminated water and then fraudulently misdiagnosing their survival after medically torturing them or organ trafficking them. So not good vibes. Matilda the owner uses a human trafficking app called Worldpackers to attract travelers in a budget in exchange for lodging. She should employ paid staff that are not intentionally traveling around looking for their victims to get rid of them for not participating in child sex trafficking. Which is what they are doing. They solve the problem of their exposure through medical fraud, torture, and organ trafficking. I left in the middle of the night because I feared for my safety. They recommend water that is potentially contaminated. Their solution to the terms "modern day slave" is to refer to what they are doing as "ancient." Incidentally, none of them are ancient. All of them are in their 20s, 30s 40s and 50s.

- Nathan (4/5): Poorly managed hostel - The location is very good, 10mins from the main square and even less to the new bazaar and restaurants. The beds were comfortable. Booked a double room and got a room with 2 single beds and when I asked the person checking me in, he just shrugged and said I can move them together. The doors to the balcony were broken and could not be locked and the curtain for the window was too short so a lot of light came in early in the morning. Wifi worked, but the strength was weak at times and you'd have to change to another floor's. There are only 2 bathrooms for what I think must be nearly 20 people when full and for one of them you have to go through the kitchen. And the bathroom floor is often very wet because there's no curtain and glass separating the shower. Many times throughout the stay there was no toilet paper, so the staff were never checking for this and the cleanliness. This brings me to the next point that it seemed like there were between 2-4 Spanish-speaking staff that were often making themselves at home in the common area, at one point there were even shouting kids there. It made this area not very sociable.

Small kitchen, didn't use it much the bathroom was big but depening on the facility kept on the other guest's.. There should be something to hang your cloths to not have all wet etc.. As for changing the only place in a mixed bedroom. The lockers were pretty but are not safe ( as you can grab in from the top)

- Gerhardt (3/5): Wenn man auf Sparkurs ist, ist es okay - Die Lage war gut und die Matratzen waren sehr bequem. Die Ausstattung war einfach aber das Wichtigste war vorhanden und das WLAN hat funktioniert. Das Personal war auch sehr nett Bei Ankunft war die Toilette verschmutzt und es gab einen Kurzschluss bei der Steckdose neben meinem Bett (neben meinen Kopf)
- ERHAN (10/5): - Hostel close to the Skenderg Bey square opera building and bunkers . I stayed here 3 or 4 times already. What i like ,first of all it's clean and warm rooms. Common area was enough big and tidy. If u are a digital nomad like me when you work from ur laptop 💻 no one disturb you. Strongly recommended and I will come back. Thx to all volunteers and owner family.

The room had enough space for storing luggage, outlet and shelf near the bed. Wifi was fine. There were several people on staff on hand at all times, very casual vibes. Cool guests as well who wanted to make friends. There were three showers: two had no doors so the whole bathroom got wet, the other was enclosed on all sides but there was no hook or shelf for clothes/toiletries, which made it unusable. I would have enjoyed a bigger sitting area. Kitchen stove did not work.

- Akira (7/5): 中心地から徒歩圏内です。 - お値段は安く部屋も広く、部屋のすぐそば（真ん前）にシャワーとトイレ室がありました。 ランドリーは有料で、スタッフにお願いするようです。（自分は利用しませんでした。） シャワーは、すぐにお湯がでますし、Ｗｉ－Ｆｉも問題なく利用できました。 宿の場所は、屋号が無いのでちょっと悩みました。 （間違えて、隣の家の呼び鈴を鳴らしてしまいました…） 呼び鈴鳴らして敷地内に入り、チェックイン手続きをした後に隣の建物に行きます。 部屋は広くて明るく、外もそんなに騒音は無く、目の前に八百屋、近所にスーパーがあります。 冷蔵庫やキッチンは、チェックインした建物の方で自由に使うことができますが、自分は利用しませんでした。 鍵が曲者で、玄関ドアがどうやっても開かなく、諦めてスタッフを呼びました。 玄関を開けるのには、コツがあります。（少し浮かせる感じで鍵を回す。）（２回目からはコツをつかみました。） エアコン利用する場合は別料金（確か、２ユーロ）がかかりますが、その部屋のエアコンが壊れていたらしく、使えませんでした。 ３０℃以上の暑い日でしたが、サーキュレーターで凌ぎました。 チェックイン後、ドライバーが必要になったのでブッキング．ｃｏｍ経由でメッセージを送ったのですが、返信はありませんでした。
- vanesa (4/5): No repetiría, a pesar de su amabilidad - Cama cómoda. El staff está compuesto de voluntarios que hablan español y son muy amables a la hora de responder tus preguntas y guiarte. Sin embargo, solo tenían la información de lo que ellos mismos habían visitado en sus estancias en el país, con lo cual a pesar de su buena disposición las posibilidades de ayudarte eran muy limitadas. Había muchísimo ruido por las noches y era imposible dormir, ya que se quedan en el patio interior hasta altas horas y produce mucho eco. Las habitaciones no tienen ningún tipo de comodidad más allá del buen colchón. No hay lockers con candado, ni una triste lucecita en la cama, ni una simple cortina que dé algo de privacidad en la litera... instalaciones anticuadas y sin mantenimiento, la cocina no funcionaba y el agua de la ducha se iba por todo el baño...a últimas horas del día baños sucios.

Ottimo servizio taxi per l'aeroporto. Ottima Wifi. Camera con bagno condiviso e balcone. Qualità-prezzo imbattibile - i cuscini sono praticamente inesistenti. Per un miglior riposo sarebbe ideale cambiarli.

- Vanessa (7/5): Auberge de jeunesse près du centre - L auberge est vraiment bien placée, à 1km du centre et de l'arrêt de la navette pour l'aéroport, un vrai plus! Personnel agréable et serviable. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une chambre privée pour ma famille. Le ménage laisse à désirer. Sdb innondée par une douche sans porte et matelas inconfortables.

- Greta (7/5): nice - it is good location. it's very basic hostel. has everything. kitchen fine. toilets fine. rooms fine. beds weren't comfy. it doesn't have a personal touch. just felt like a standard hostel and nothing stood out. was good enough and has lots of room for improvement.

- Sandro (9/5): - Persona cortese e disponibile. Ho preso, la camera doppia e il bagno in comune e doccia erano accanto alla stanza. Buona posizione, silenzioso e buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. È un ostello, quindi la camera risulta essere essenziale. Consigliato. Tutto bene.
