• gianfranco (7/5): - 親切なスタッフと無料の朝食、24hセルフサービスの無料の温かい飲み物。 部屋の中にバス・トイレが無い。この部屋専用のバス・トイレは部屋を出てかなり歩く(廊下→ホール→小さな部屋→小廊下→トイレ)。今回の旅行は年老いた母と叔母が一緒だったのでトイレまで迷っていた。ホテル自体が若干入り組んだ造りなので更に混乱した様子。夜中はトイレまで付き添いが必要だった。

• Christianne (7/5): Goed om te ervaren - Uitstekend gelegen en leuk om in een Palazzo te logeren. Goed ontbijt. Bed was goed. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk. Koffie en water waren hele dag beschikbaar Uiterst gehorig. Je kon bijna letterlijk je buren verstaan. Ook ‘‘s avonds veel rumoer. Een prettig verblijf staat en valt met het gedrag van andere gasten.

Selbst im Regen sieht Venedig faszinierend und bezaubernd aus! 🥰 Das Hotel war sauber und zentral gelegen, alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar, Das Frühstück war lecker und das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Elevador em manutenção nós de 70 anos e no 3.o piso com uma com fibrilhação auricular,embolia pulmonar e renal. Da antipatia da funcionária do dia 6 que mesmo vendo que estávamos todas molhadas, não se dignou parar o telefonema. Do frio que apanhamos nos quartos e que na última noite por reclamamos ligaram o aquecimento, da falta de cuidado na arrumação e das formigas

I loved the free coffee, the view from my balcony and the breakfast pastries. The staff were really nice The bed was a little uncomfortable but for the price and location you really cannot expect more

Nos ofrecieron pagar desayuno 8 euros ,que no lo hicimos por una cuestión de tiempo. El trato del personal muy amables y nos dejaron guardar el equipaje Nada Solo avisar que si bien tiene ascensor llega hasta el segundo piso, si tu habitación esta en el tercero hay que subir una escalera.

• Jaqueline (7/5): Foi uma experiência interessante permitiu que pudéssemos ter a experiência de pernoitar na cidade e desfrutar da noite e - A localização era ótima, a zona tranquila e segura. Próximo da Ponte de Rialto, facilitando assim o acesso fácil aos transportes públicos. Não gostamos do WC ser fora do quarto, apesar de ser privado apenas para o nosso quarto. E também a base de chuveiro era muito apertada e baixa.

I didn’t mind sleeping under the blanket (no duvet), but my teenage son didn’t find it comfortable. The photos showing the rooms at the hotel were different from what was actually there.

• Viktória (7/5): A lokáció és a reggeli 5* - Szuper lokáció, minden közel, max.15 perc kellemes gyalogtávra található. A reggeli nagyon finom és változatos, a személyzet kedves volt. Későn érkeztünk, pontos eligazítást kaptunk. A szobánk (nr.27) igen puritán és szegényes volt és ugyan 2-3 napig elviselhető, de nem ‘90-es évekbeli diákszálló hangulatra vágytunk volna. A fotókat frissíteni kellene ennek megfelelően, mert megtévesztőek lehetnek. Pozitívumként a saját, szobából nyíló fürdőszobát említeném, ami ugyan igen leharcolt állapotban volt, de melegvíz mindig volt bőven mindhármunknak. Az étkező közelsége miatt zajos volt a szoba, a pihenést zavarta.

Туалет оборудован биде, и все - Очень понравилось расположение: красивое старинное здание у воды. Также здорово, что есть камера хранения, где можно оставить вещи до заселения или после выселения. В восторге от безлимитного кофе. Поломанные ручки в комоде и держатели для ставень. Я не смогла открыть ставни, потому что один из блокаторов не работал. Ещё смутило, что вместо сока на завтрак, водичка с минимальным добавлением фруктового нектара.

• Pablo (9/5): - La zona donde se ubica el hotel es muy tranquila. La habitación era grande, estaba muy limpia, tenía una terraza amplia con una vista muy bonita, y estaba equipada con calefacción. El desayuno tiene opciones suficiente, y más tarde la misma zona puede utilizarse para para sentarse a tomar un café o comer alguna comida de fuera, lo cual es muy útil cuando viajas con niños. Hay varios restaurantes cerca. Es fácil caminar desde el hotel a varios puntos de interés y tomar el viaje en gondola. También está cerca de una estación para tomar el bote hacia el aeropuerto. La gente de la recepción fue muy atenta. Todo estuvo muy bien.

Inoltre è affascinante soggiornare in un palazzo storico. La camera non era bellissima anche se comoda e pulita e mancava il bidet.

Завтрак оставляет желать лучшего, хотя кофе и круассаны были не так и плохи. Ещё хотелось бы полочку в ванную и вторую розетку в номер. Шкаф для одежды отсутствовал.

• Petra (8/5): Összességében egy kedves, szép szálláshely, amit tudok ajánlani. - Nagyon jó volt a szállás elhelyezkedése, minden nagyon könnyen elérhető volt. A szobánkban tisztaság volt, a személyzet pedig nagyon kedves volt. A reggelinél egyáltalán nem voltak zöldségek, ami nekem kicsit hiányzott, illetve a szobák szigetelése nem a legjobb, az ajtón minden behallatszott.
