Квартира очень колоритная, высокие потолки, кондиционеры, бонусом интересные соседи из разных уголков планеты, с которыми можно поболтать за чашкой чая :) Моим самым ярким и незабываемым впечатлением из Армении стало знакомство с Гагиком и Кариной. Очень добрые, заботливые и чудесные люди, уже очень скучаю и планирую новый приезд. Мои друзья по поездке остановились в дорогой гостинице и когда я рассказывала, какое у меня классное жилье и хозяева, + сколько сэкономила, то они захотели жить, как я, и взяли на заметку это место. У меня был поздний прилет, Гагик с улыбкой встретил меня в 4 утра, предложил чай, утром отвел в обменник валюты, показал где купить симку и в целом делал все, чтобы мне было максимально комфортно. Каждый день я удивлялась - угощение, цветочек, помощь и забота. Почувствовала себя в семье, где мне искренне рады, это невозможно описать словами, можно только ощутить! Есть армянская поговорка: "делай добро и бросай его в воду" - о бескорыстной помощи и открытой душе. Карина и Гагик стали для меня олицетворением этих слов. Очень счастлива, что попала именно к вам, это теплейшее воспоминание о солнечной Армении. Очень скучаю и люблю вас! Желаю процветания, счастья и прекрасных гостей в вашей чудесной квартире. • Sky (10/5): The place is worth booking. - Location is perfect, less than 10 minutes walk to all touristic places. The host and his wife are perfect and helpful, with early check-in. The place is very clean. Free tea, coffee, sweet and cookies. Three shared bathrooms makes it easy to use without queue. There a number of exchange offices nearby or in the republic square (10 minutes walk) to change your currency. The rooms fronting the street can be noisy all the night, therefore have earplugs with you if sensitive. Nothing.
• Hopkins (10/5): Perfect in every way, I would definitely return! - The host was a lovely person with just the right touch - he was gracious and welcoming, set us up with an evening tea, engaged us in light conversation and gave us the opportunity to ask questions about him and the place, then let us enjoy the tea. Everything was impeccably clean, comfortable, quiet - yes there were some usual street sounds - it is on a street - but it was white-noise quality, it did not disturb our sleep in the slightest. The shared bathrooms were lovely and well appointed, and an ample number for the number of rooms. The beds were perfect - not too hard, not too soft, and the towels were nice. All in all, this is a charming and comfortable place to stay. And unless you want to stay in a hostel, one of the cheapest places to stay in Yerevan, and it is in the center. Nothing could be improved, it really was perfect.

They went above and beyond to make sure that I had what I needed to enjoy my time in Yerevan, including safe storage for my muddy bikepacking equipment and helping me with moving the very large bike box when it was time to leave. The shared bathrooms were mostly very clean.

• Ruben A. (10/5): Wonderful stay near the center with clean and big rooms. Friendly host! - This family owned House is the perfect stay for a long or short time in Yerewan. It is located in the center and you can walk to all the attractions in the city center. The owner is super friendly and helpful and speaks Armenian, Russian and basic English - communication was never a problem. He welcomed us like family at 4 am because we had a late flight and gave us many good recommendations. Thank you so much and we will definitely come back! We got too much cake and coffee for free! Too much :D Just kidding, everything was perfect.

The receptionist (an interesting canadian/lebanese armeninan) was very friendly and helpful. The room was very large. And the common spaces (the kitchen in particular) are functional. • Tomas (10/5): a unique value for money - A clean and spacious enough large room, a fully equipped and furnished shared kitchen with a dinnig space, coffe and tea for free, three shared clean toiletes and bathrooms including tanks with shower gel, running well both cold and hot water, clean facilities like towels, if any technical problem then solved very quickly, the accomodation is located on the edge of the city center and the main reason why to stay there is the owner´s family who can give information and recommendations and generaly they are making time spent there much more cosy and friendly. If next time in Yerevan, then certainly here again. There was nothing like that to mention.

Особенно хочется отметить доброжелательную и дружелюбную атмосферу, создаваемую хозяевами, которые готовы помочь, поделиться советом и сделать пребывание максимально комфортным.
• marco (8/5): - Gostei muito da minha estadia nesta pousada no coração de Yerevan. É um apartamento muito espaçoso, bem no centro da cidade. Os proprietários foram gentis e me receberam com café e dicas de lugares para visitar. O quarto era simples, mas limpo, as tomadas elétricas funcionavam bem e o banheiro estava sempre livre, pois havia três banheiros.

Les chambres sont grandes, confortables et pratiques, il y a 3 salles de bains communes toujours propres. Les espaces communs sont chaleureux. Gagik est attentionné et très gentil. Il nous a accueilli en plein milieu de la nuit et nous a quand même proposé un thé. Il s'est montré très à l'écoute tout au long du séjour. On parlait tous très peu anglais mais on s'est compris. Gurgen le fils a aussi été très gentil et disponible pour nous aider à communiquer. On y reviendra c'est sur !

Если вы хотите ощутить армянское гостеприимство, то это сюда! Такую заботу и переживания я получал разве что в семье. А этот дом и стал мне семьей. По самому проживанию: чисто, уютно и по-домашнему. Своевременная уборка, хороший wi-fi, что было критично для работы. Все в шаговой доступности. Очень жду следующий встречи! Ничего!
• Ken (10/5): Warm welcome and peaceful stay. - Fabulous place to stay. The owner is very responsive as well as being a really warm and helpful person. Good central location about 10 minutes walk to Republic Square with plenty of shops,cafes and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable and although it's quite near a main road it had no effect on me. There is a lovely peaceful lounge, balcony and a well equipped kitchen. There are plenty of shared toilets and showers were powerful and warm. Will also wash laundry. I would not think of staying anywhere else if staying again in Yerevan. Highly recommend.
• Kate (9/5): Comfortable, welcoming and convenient - A great place to stay that's well run. The owner is very accommodating and welcomed us from the airport in the middle of the night. The bathrooms were shared but there were enough and we never had to wait. The shared kitchen, patio and lounge were comfortable. It is a central and safe location. Some of the rooms are on a busy road which didn't stop me sleeping.

Quite tidy place with super nice and helpful owners. The environment is very nice and all the guests were super kind. The room was super, the beds looked a bit old when I first stepped in the room but they are super comfortable I was impressed. And the 5g wifi is super fast and stable, that helped me a lot also, really it's a perfect place to stay, will come back soon for sure. Thanks a lot!

• George (8/5): A nice property with lovely owners, but some uncomfortable aspects - The couple that owns and runs this place is very sweet and hospitable. Location is pretty good - about 15-20 minutes walking to get to where most things are, and there are some good food and drink options closer than that. Seating in common areas both inside and outside. The house itself is old, but in a charming way. At least in the room where I stayed, the wall was EXTREMELY thin, I could hear so clearly even quiet noises from the room next to mine. Wifi is pretty slow and stopped working a couple of times. The showers are impossible to keep at a comfortable temperature. The water temperature sometimes changes on its own, and very small taps/touches to the handle result it in it going from scalding hot (seriously, hot enough to cause injury) to completely cold. The booking.com listing says there is a desk in every room, but this is not true, only some rooms had a desk. Luckily, they were able to switch me to an available room with a desk, but I guess that would not always be possible. Laundry is relatively expensive at over €7 to wash clothes and then hang them to dry.
• Mona (9/5): Lovely home - we didn't wanna leave! - Bridge House is a homely place where you feel very welcome, everything is very clean and you can easily walk to parks, markets, food and basically everything in the center of Yerevan. Common areas are really nice and cozy. We ended up extending our stay two times and were sad to leave. Thanks for a great stay! It's good to know that it's near to a bigger road, but at the same time the location is definitely a plus!
• Jiří (10/5): Exceptional - The owner is most friendly and welcoming, upon our arrival he brewed us some tea and made sure we had everything we needed. After we left for the airport and didn't manage to post our postcards, he sent them in our stead. The rooms as well as the facilities are fairly comfortable and the location is very convenient. If ever back in Yerevan, we'll be very happy to come back. Thank you!
• Jana (10/5): Good value for the money, nice owners - The owners were really nice, we arrived very late during the night and they enabled us to have a late check-in. The room was big with comfortable bed and everything you need. There is also kitchen with dishes and tables where you can eat. The accommodation is next to the main road, so if you get a room next to the street, you may not sleep that good.
• Aisling (10/5): Exceptional - Bridge House is perfectly located and within walking distance of the city centre and lots of major sites. Aside from a bit of street noise (to be expected in such a central location) it was very quiet and peaceful at night in the property. We also appreciated never having to wait to use the shared bathrooms, as well as how clean they were kept. Above all else we really appreciated the incredible hospitality that was shown to us during our stay - we were given great advice on navigating Yerevan, tea and coffee every morning, and were able to store our bags hang out at the property after check out as we had a late flight which was incredibly generous and much appreciated. There was a small amount of street noise but this wasn’t an issue with earplugs.

• Rafał (10/5): Exceptional - First of all: to location. You're in the very heart of the city. Yes: it can be slightly loudly, but... you're in the city. If you want to stay in a quiet place, you'll have to loose daily 1 hour (or so) for transport. Secondly: the staff: very nice hosts, very (as always in Armenia) hospitable, offering all the time free tea / coffee, sometimes some sweets, honey etc. AC in all rooms (important, if you visit Armenia in summer), three clean bathrooms, linen and towels changed regularly. Just one thing: there's no stove (but you know about it from the website).

• Rod (10/5): Really really good stay for Yerevan Armenia! - This is such a good place to stay in Yerevan, truly. There are several rooms in this 2nd floor flat and mine was very spacious and comfortable: high ceilings good A/C wifi mostly soundproof comfortable bed. The shared bathrooms are extremely clean. Full kitchen to use. Washing machine (extra charge). Common area not only includes a nice balcony but also a living room with a piano. But best thing about this place is the owner lady and her staff, they were so nice and helpful. Highly recommend. It’s not inexpensive but I think most places in Yerevan during these times are not cheap anymore.

• Elizabeth (10/5): Great base for exploring the city. - We were given a very friendly welcome and shown around. Our bedroom was small but we didn't mind because there are sofas in the common area and also a balcony. What was most important was that the room had air con! There is a handy kitchen so you can make breakfast and simple meals, just bear in mind there's no hob/oven. We were able to park our car in the courtyard behind the guesthouse.
• Mark (10/5): Do yourself a favor go meet this family! - All of the comments about the hospitality of the hosts are on point. Truly delightful humans. Very little English but with google translate and a jolly attitude there was easy communication. Property is meticulously cared for and quite comfortable. Extended my stay for total of a week and will happily return when next in Yerevan. Only minor hiccup was the wifi. There are three routers in the house but I found them to drop occasionally. Not a big deal to reconnect to another but if you’re on a video call it can be a hassle.

It was also nice to have breakfast on the outside terras. The owners are also lovely 😊. Would really recommend if you are staying in Yerevan!

• Jacob (10/5): I really enjoyed staying here and would 100% recommend. - Host Gagik (Hore Akhpear), family and staff was very friendly and welcoming, offering Armenian coffee (sourj) in the mornings. The accommodation was very nice, very clean and in an excellent location. Would definitely stay here again and looking forwards to! If I had to say something the city centre had noisy streets at night and the mattress was a bit thin, however this is a hostel, and it’s affordable. It is still a great place to stay.
• Aldar (10/5): To sum up, I loved the week I lived in the Bridge guest house, I highly recommend this place and the price is very reaso - This is a great guest house in the Yerevan downtown. The location is superb, just 10-15 minutes walk to the most city center. There’re restaurants and grocery stores around. The hosts Gagik, Karina and Aleksey are 24/7 here and always welcome to help. The rooms are clean, there’re 3 shared bathrooms and they’re always clean (if you don’t mess by yourself ofc) and I never faced any queues to go there. The kitchen is always available, you can cook something in the microwave, keep your food in the fridge, they have a nice balcony, also you can work from there, the Wi-Fi works perfectly. Nothing

Owner Gagik and "brother" Alexei treated us like members of their family. There is always somebody at the desk even in the middle of the night that is always helpful Some other guests were noisy at night but this didn't depend on the hotel staff
