• Christian Jaylord (10/5): Amazing - Everything! Nearby places, bus stations, and the owner, she is amazing at accommodating people, also the rooms are comfortable, table and chairs in the room is a huge plus, especially for people who works on a laptop like me. Nothing at all.

• Mark (10/5): 我觉得住的挺愉快的，厨房和房间外的公共区域每天都有人打扫，非常好，也可以申请每天打扫自己的房间，真的比很多地方美好.这里的员工和工作人员都非常友好，来这里挺好的选择，看上去离市区中很远，其实周边也有yerevencity 啊，和吃饭的便宜地 - 很干净，房间很大 我们住的家庭房有单独的洗手间，非常方便 挺好的，价格也比较划算了.

• Soslan (10/5): - Все прекрасно, отличное место, замечательный персонал. Спасибо! Единственный минус этого места - это Wi-Fi, работает он ужасно, это точно нужно поправить. Пинги до роутера в диапазоне от 200 мс до 20 секунд просто не позволяют им пользоваться. Но, конечно, можно обойтись мобильным интернетом, в любом случае плюсы этого места абсолютно точно перекрывают этот единственный минус.

• victor (2/5): Катастрофа - Чисто. Можно платить картой. Устойчивый WiFi. Хорошая кухонная зона. Это просто катастрофа, а не хостел. Я предупредил хозяйку, что буду выезжать рано утром, в пятом часу утра. Когда утром я вышел во внутренний двор, все ворота были заперты снаружи на замки. Абсолютно все! Мне пришлось перелезать через забор а вещи передать через забор таксисту. Учитывая, что хостел находится на территории автосервисов, возникают вопросы по пожарной безопасности жильцов - при запертых воротах жертв не избежать.
• April (1/5): - The owner is really not good. Feel like they spray a lot of hydrochloric acid and something toxic from downstairs and roof. Doing these to a 50 years old woman,it is really low and disgusting.

Из минусов только шумно, но терпимо. - Чисто, опрятно, полноценная кухня и стиральная машина, низкая цена Тонкие двери и окна, из-за этого у меня в номере было очень шумно, слышно все разговоры из соседнего номера и из коридора. Но за такую цену это мелочь :)

За свою шикарную цену нас ждала чистая, просторная комната, в которой были отдельный душ и туалет (Нас было трое и у нас была отдельная комната), WiFi бесплатный и очень хорошо работает. Нас встретила очень гостеприимная администратор Асмик, рассказала в какие места сходить в первую очередь и где можно покушать, а также сварила нам настоящий армянский вкусный кофе❤️

• Masoud (10/5): Exceptional - It was very good. The owner of the house was a respectful lady and delivered the house to us much earlier than expected. The price is more reasonable than other places.

• Jacqueline (10/5): Exceptional - The room was perfect for our family of four. The room is huge with tall ceilings. We had plenty of room to spread out! There's big windows for lots of natural light. The beds and pillows are very comfy and I liked the nice sheets and duvet covers. In the room there is a table and chairs too. A fan, blow dryer, and iron is all available to use if needed (from common are) The shower was great and the bathroom had everything you needed. Towels and soap was in the room which was nice. We slept really well here and really enjoyed the comfort of the room. I'm addition, the owner is super kind and made us feel like we were at home. We really appreciated that and our kids also loved the place. We enjoyed having a shared kitchen to use as well as access to a wash machine and a drying rack outside our room. The location is perfect a few minutes walk and there's a supermarket, lots of restaurants, and a bus stop to go into the center. We walking to Mother Armenia by foot which was 30 minutes then to the Cascade, but we love to walk 😆 All the other guests were super polite and quiet and it made it very relaxing to stay. Nothing it was perfect.

Unstable WiFi connection. No bed lamps in the room. Bathroom could be enhanced with shower cabin. Cleaning services should be done every day.

• Katarina (8/5): Budget accomodation in Yerevan - Double bedroom was nice, although a bit loud (noise from the street, we slept with earplugs). We stayed another night and we got twin room in the big building. It was quieter, but the room was a bit shabbier. A bit far from the center. Nothing they can do about it, though. We came with a car, so for us the location was convenient, but to go to the city center it can take some time

• Jason (10/5): Exceptional - We enjoyed our stay at Liko Hostel (it seems they have replaced the previous fan in the room with a better one-really happy about that). The room was also cooler than before, we ended up extending a day because it felt like a good idea for us! The administrator is a friendly and welcoming person. On arrival she told us there was no water in the district of the city so at least we were informed.

• Jason (8/5): Very good - Our stay in general was fine, on arrival we were greeted by the administrator (a friendly and informative person). Our room was big and clean. The room was ready for us when we checked in, we were able to pay our reservation by card. The bathroom only had to be shared with another person as there's only two rooms per section, it was regularily cleaned which was a plus. The room becomes hot quickly (luckily there's a window you can open and a fan). The fan didn't stand firmly and moved a lot (it would constantly shake). There was a moment when the water went off and another where the water pressure was low.
• Ziaeian (8/5): Very good - At the moment of arrival, we were welcomed very well and even though we arrived late and could not inform, they understood our situation and kept the room for us. The temperature of the room could have had better cooling, it was hot and humid for the whole day
