• Garcia (8/5): Muy buena ubicación y atención - La ubicación es excelente. También el personal, todos amables. Puedes tomar leche, café, té, huevos, hasta pasta de la cocina gratuito. Los baños bien. Las instalaciones están un poco viejas y el ruido de las personas en la sala se oye en los cuartos a media noche.

• aiswarya (8/5): A fantastic-value hostel with great staff, generous amenities, and an unbeatable location - The property is conveniently located near Santa Maria Novella train station, within walking distance of all the major attractions and the tram stop to and from the airport. The street itself has plenty of restaurants nearby, and supermarkets are easily accessible too. The hostel is clean and well-maintained - the bed is comfortable, and housekeeping tidies the room and makes the bed every day, which is a lovely touch. They also provide free towels, which sets them apart from most hostels. The free food on offer is surprisingly generous: pasta, pasta sauce, basic spices, oil, juice, yogurt, eggs, biscuits, and toast. The kitchen is well-equipped, and there are two fridges - one stocked with the complimentary items and a separate one for personal use. The staff were warm and welcoming, handing out a map at check-in and taking the time to walk you through everything. And as a bonus for coffee lovers - they have a proper De’Longhi espresso machine, which was a real highlight! Amazing value for money and the hostel is highly recommended. One final bonus - the neighbour’s two black cats would occasionally visit the terrace, and I loved photographing them against the colourful walls. On the downside, there were a couple of small comfort misses - my bed didn’t have a bedside lamp, and the dorm lacked bed curtains for privacy. The ladies’ dorm only has two toilets, which occasionally meant a short wait, though it rarely caused a real inconvenience. The terrace could do with a more thorough clean, and the hostel generally feels like it’s due for a bit of maintenance throughout. The location, while undeniably convenient, is worth a mention for solo travellers - the street behind the hostel felt a little unsettling at times, and I did have one uncomfortable encounter with a homeless person following me. That said, the main entrance street was well-lit and always had people around, so it felt safe where it mattered.

Bucătăria utilată, produse proaspete puse la dispoziție de gazdă: ouă, pâine, cafea, ceai, suc, verdețuri, ulei, gem, cereale. Gazda a răspuns cu promptitudine la toate cerințele mele. Locația aproape de toate obiectivele turistice. Lipsa unui loc de fumat.

Farklı milletten insanlarla tanışmak için de güzel bi fırsattı.Hostel konum olarak merkezi böylece floransayı yürüyerek gezebilirsiniz☺️ Sevmediğim bir şey olmadı.
• Cassandra (7/5): C’était la première fois que je partageait un apparement et une chambre avec d’autres personnes et je n’ai pas apprécié - L’emplacement est correct (près de la gare) et on se déplace facilement. Code pour rentrer et sortir, assez pratique. Nous avons de quoi faire un repas mis à disposition, c’est un plus. Je n’ai pas aimé le manque d’hygiène dans son ensemble, les essuies mains et vaisselles sont des taies d’oreiller, les lits ne sont pas confortable, il n’y a pas de système d’aération (fenêtre ouverte h24 pour aérer le bâtiment)…

• Andrés (10/5): Genial - La atención de la recepcionista en el turno de la mañana. Muy atenta, muy amable y sonriente. Nos recibió en el lugar horas antes del check-in y pudimos guardar el equipaje. Nos ofreció algo de beber y un pequeño snack que disfrutamos tras el cansancio de viajar. La posibilidad de cocinar y de desayunar gratuitamente. La convivencia con las personas de la habitación. No es responsabilidad del hotel, pero al ser un fin de semana, hubo suciedad, vómito y otras cosas por culpa de los mismos huéspedes. De resto, muy bien. Recomendado^^

Staff were amazing and attentive, in fact, special shout out to Lisa for when she checked in on me when I was coughing from allergies and offered me tea. The place though small is very clean. Location-wise, place is right in between of the train station and the center of Firenze. The city is very expensive so for the price I paid, I think this hostel is worth staying at.

• FERNANDO CALEB (9/5): Excelente opción - Me gustó bastante el hostel, lo mas lindo fue la gran gran amabilidad del personal. Apenas llegas al hostel te sientan en una silla y te dan un mapa donde te explican las atracciones principales de la ciudad y te recomiendan lugares, muy cálida bienvenida. Hay cocina con comida ya sea para el desayuno, almuerzo o cena completamente gratuitos, patio, sala de lectura, uno se siente a gusto en el lugar, y eso que tengo amplia experiencia en hostels. sinceramente no tengo opinión negativa en nada del lugar, por eso es que lo califico con 9

• 思思 (3/5): 性价比极低，后悔预订 - 办理入住的员工态度热情。有厨房可以做饭，提供咖啡果汁等。 房间非常小，双层床极为简陋，上铺梯子没有任何软垫，下铺高度极矮无法从床上坐起。我的床位充电口是坏的，wifi和流量网络信号都很差没法用。同一栋楼的另外的青旅价格便宜很多，这家性价比极低。

• Tomomichi (9/5): - とにかく受付をしてくれた女性のスタッフが本当に親切でした。 使節の案内と使い方を教えてもらいましたし、地図を渡してくれて周りの観光スポットまで丁寧に教えてくれました。 自分は男性で、事前に性別を確認してくれて、部屋の配置も気を遣ってくれました。もちろんドミトリーで共有スペースを使う不便さは多少はありますが、値段を考えると文句はありませんでした。 トイレ兼シャワーの部屋も3つあり、そのポイントも良いところでした。 軽い朝食を食べられる程度に食材が置いてあるのもポイント高いです。 特にありません。

Rapporto qualità/prezzo pessimo: 60 euro per un letto in camera condivisa non ha senso. Solo 3 doccie e 3 bagni (minuscoli) per tutti gli ospiti. Piccola cucina in cui si può preparare in autonomia la colazione.

La ubicación es muy buena, a pocas cusdrqs del centro histórico, cerca de la estación centrale del tren, del tranvía y ruta de buses. The plug next to my bed didn’t work, so I wasn’t able to charge my phone overnight, but they told me they were gonna fix it right away.

• Kathya Jimena (9/5): Estancia agradable. - Brindan algunos alimentos básicos para consumir gratis, como café, pan, pasta, leche, etc., además, la cocina tiene lo básico que se necesita y la terraza complementa para desayunar o comer. En mi parecer necesita mínimo 2 espejos dentro de la habitación, si somos varias chicas todas lo usamos al momento de alistarnos.

• Sammartano (10/5): Maravilhoso com certeza eu vou voltar - Funcionárias extremamente simpáticas e prestativas. O local fornece insumos pra você tomar café e até fazer uma pasta. Ambiente extremamente convidativo. Um lugar que você poderia facilmente passar um mês sem nenhum problema. Localização excelente, está na rua principal de Florença entre a estação e o centro a rua liga esses dois pontos.

• Rochelle (10/5): Great value for money close to station and city centre - Loved this hostel! Really made our stay in Florence. About 5 min walk from the main station and less than 10 minute walk into the main part of town. Staff were so lovely and helpful, providing info on the best places to see and eat. Beds were comfy! Rooms and bathroom were kept very clean. AND free breakfast (ingredients: bread, eggs, juice, cereal, etc)! Would definitely come back here when visiting again :)

• cecilia (8/5): Muy bonita y cálida. - La ubicación del hospedaje sin duda. Cerca de la estación de tren y a pocas cuadras del Duomo. Lo que me pareció muy bueno fue la cantidad de comida que ponen a disposición de los huéspedes. Podes prepararte el desayuno con difentes opciones café, té, yogur, cereales, jugos de frutas, quesos, huevos, mermeladas, galletas, pan, tostadas y lo que deseen. Siempre reponían por las noches .tambien tenias para prepárate pasta con salsa. Algo a mejorar es la ventilación de los espacios. Me pasó de compartir la habitación con una personas que prácticamente no salía y la habitación estaba cerrada y no olía bien sumado a la humedad característica de Florencia . O poner un aromatizador en la habitación. O pedir a los huéspedes que dejen la habitación algunas horas al día para poder ventilarla.
• Lisandro (8/5): Impecable, bien ubicado y calidad humana en la atención. - La estadía fue muy buena. El hostel está excelentemente ubicado: se encuentra muy cerca del centro, al que se puede llegar caminando en aproximadamente cinco minutos, y además está a solo tres cuadras de la estación de trenes, lo que resulta muy práctico para moverse o llegar con equipaje. Las instalaciones son impecables: todo se encuentra muy limpio y muy bien mantenido. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y agradables, y el hostel cuenta con varios baños, todos en muy buen estado, limpios y funcionales. También ofrecen un pequeño servicio de catering que permite tomar café, infusiones y disponer de opciones simples para el desayuno, lo cual suma comodidad a la experiencia. Las personas que me atendieron en el hostel fueron extremadamente amables en todo momento, siempre muy bien predispuestas y atentas a cualquier necesidad. Me dieron información precisa sobre lugares, recorridos y horarios de sitios para visitar. También me recomendaron dónde comer y ese dato resultó buenísimo. Además, ante un inconveniente puntual, respondieron con rapidez y ofrecieron una solución satisfactoria, trasladándome a otra sucursal del mismo hostel, también muy bien ubicada y en excelentes condiciones. En mi caso particular, hubo un inconveniente de convivencia con un huésped en la habitación compartida que tuvo una discusión con otra persona y generó una situación incómoda para quienes estábamos allí. Si bien estas situaciones pueden ocurrir en alojamientos compartidos, resultó desagradable en el momento. De todos modos, el hostel respondió correctamente al día siguiente y resolvió el problema de manera adecuada, ofreciendo una alternativa que cumplió con lo esperado.

• Katrin (7/5): Küchennutzung toll, ansonsten ausbaufähig. - Tolle Lage. Die Möglichkeit, die Küche nutzen zu können, war super. Leider ist hier immer noch alles total offen, kein Sichtschutz vor anderen Zimmerbenutzer/inne/n. Wenn Leute nachts nachts ins Zimmer kommen und im (sehr hellen) Schein ihrer Bettlampe in ihren Dingen herumwühlen, dann ist man mitten drin. Das funktioniert in vielen anderen Hostels inzwischen besser.

• Rafael (10/5): - El personal es muy amable y la localización muy buena,cerca de la estación de tren de Santa María Novella y también del Duomo Desayuno gratuito,hay cereal,pan,leche,huevos, café,té y si quieres almorzar pasta también hay o puedes llevar tus propias cosas que compraste pues se puede almacenar en las refrigeradoras Las habitaciones siempre limpias y ordenadas Lo recomiendo bastante, es una joya oculta en todo Florencia Todo me gustó

• Felipe (7/5): Bom - Ótima localização e cozinha completa inclusive com alimentos para uso geral à vontade ( café, leite, pão, ovo, cereal, macarrão, molho e etc) Cheiro muito forte de esgoto, a partir da hora que entra no hostel, intensificando ainda mais nos banheiros, banheiros muito pequenos, escorrendo água do box para as demais áreas do banheiro.
• AYDIN (6/5): İdare eder. - Mutfakta ikramlar olması iyiydi. Makarna, domates sosu, süt, meyve suyu, yumurta, kahve ve makinası vs var. Aç kalmazsınız :) mutfakta su ısıtısı, elektrikli ocak, mikrodalga fırın var. Merkezi konumda. Yürüyerek şehri gezebilirsiniz. Tren istasyonuna yürüme mesafesinde. Otobüs terminaline giden tramvay durağı çok yakında. Ücretsiz havlu veriliyor. Yanınıza asma kilit almayı unutmayın. Hostel bir binanın zemin katında bulunuyor. Evden bozma, mutfak çok dar ve küçük. 3 banyo-wc var. Onlar da normalden küçük. Odalarda klima var, ısınma ve soğutma sorunsuz, ancak geceleri odalar çok havasız, klima havalandırmıyor. Bunu görevlilere ilettim, camı açın diyor. Sabaha kadar cam açık olmaz, birileri kapatıyor. Odalara havalandırma sağlanmalı, klima sürekli hava verse sorun çözülür, aralıklı çalışıyor. Aynı sırada 50 metre ileride bi hostel daha var. Orası daha kurumsal ve düzgün gibi görünüyor.
