• Louise (6/5): Good location, comfortable beds, bad smell - Great location very central, quiet room requested and was quiet, good sized crate under the beds to store luggage (padlock not included), decent sized shower, comfortable beds No Towel rail in bathroom, unpleasant smell in room, difficult to manoeuvre crates under beds, towels not included, difficult to move around, not enough general storage (no shelves by the beds and no tables on the ground etc)

Eu não estou habituado ao sistema quarto coletivo principalmente em espaco tao pequeno, numa cidade onde muitas pessoas estao para curtir a luxuria. O hostel é bacana e na cidade tem poucas opcoes com custo baixo mais privativa

• Duarte (7/5): - The location is excellent It felt almost like staying in a jail. The room is very small for eight people, which makes it uncomfortable to be in such close proximity to others. I knew in advance that there was no lounge area or kitchen, but actually experiencing how limited the space is and not even being able to sit comfortably on the bed, made a big difference. Next time, I would prefer to pay a bit more for a proper place where I can sleep well and have at least access to a kitchen and a lounge area.

• Jessica (5/5): Great price and a convenient place to lay your head of NS cancels your last train home. - The hostel keeper is very friendly and a lot of fun to talk to, a gem of a lad. The price is great for laying your head down on a cold winter's night. The pillow is soft, the bed is cozy. The location is a 8min walk from Centraal. McDonald's and NY pizza are nearby, for cheap food. The area is chalk full of Irish pubs. People yelling on the phone at 4am, someone pissed all over the bathroom floor at 4.30am, shouting and slamming the bathroom door. People using the bedding that's not assigned to them as their personal curtain, so other guests can't use their bedding. People keeping the light on all night next to their bed. The room was very musky, with the only ventilation being the window (which is next to a bed, so uncomfortable for them during winter). The vending machine doesn't take card, so the snacks are nice (crisps and Kinder Buenos €2.50, amongst other things) and cans of beer are €3.50, but you'll need cash.

• Varsanpää (2/5): Hoping for a refund... - The location was good. Lots of restaurants, shops and bars at a walking distance and nice possibilities to go further by using public transportation. The staff was fairly nice and somewhat helpful. The price was fairly cheap for a place this close to the center. The rooms were not so well equipped like we thought when booking the trip. Before arriving at our destination we were told in an email that all the bedding and linen plus towels were provided for the entire group, but upon arrival there were no towels for anyone and no linen cover for the blankets. Also the blankets we got were thin and looked dirty. Only the pillow and the mattress had a linen cover. Otherwise this wouldn't have been an issue, but we could have brought the towels and linen ourselves if we would have known about the situation. Also we were only given two towels for a group of four to apologize for the hostel's mistake regarding the missinformation... Additionally we found a bed bug in one of our beds on the last night of our stay. We presented the bug at the front counter when leaving, but we didn't get any refund or reimbursement for our stay. Now when arriving back to our home country we have to treat all our clothes to prevent the bugs from spreading here also... :( The room was also really cold because the radiators were turned off, the room felt damp and it was quite noisy because the windows didn't seal off any sound. I can't say I recommend this hostel.
• Prisa8100 (8/5): Bom para 1 diária - A localização é perfeita. Menos de 10 minutos caminhando da estação central. Com comércio variado no entorno. Perto de alguns pontos turísticos. Tem uma escada bem íngreme na entrada que dificulta pra subir com mala. Também achei o espaço entre as beliches pequeno, dificultando a abertura do locker que fica embaixo da cama. Poderia ter um lounge com mesas e cadeiras pra fazer refeições e as pessoas socializarem. Tinha gente comendo no quarto e conversando alto, atrapalhando quem estava dormindo no quarto.

• Figueruelo González (8/5): - En general todo muy limpio y muy bien. Mucho ruido ya que estaba cerca del barrio rojo y había mucho movimiento por la noche. Las escaleras eran muy empinadas y estrechas. No hay alfombrilla en el baño y las toallas hay que alquilarlas.
