• Noraishah (10/5): The hotel was a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay at the hotel again. - We chose this hotel because it was close to our relatives’ houses. Nothing looks special on the outside but once you cross the threshold into the hotel, you’re greeted by the aroma of lemongrass essence & you’re transported into a totally different ambiance - evoking a warm, cozy & relaxed atmosphere. We arrived super early so could not check-in but we were welcomed into the waiting area & served hot lemongrass tea. Since we couldn’t check-in yet, we stowed our luggage at the hotel while we ate lunch at a nearby eatery serving various affordable local food. Another plus- the hotel is within walking distance to different convenience stores, restaurants & banks. We booked the family & deluxe queen room & were greatly impressed by the cleanliness, design & layout. The family room was spacious enough to accommodate some relatives who came to check out the room & who were also impressed by its size, design & layout. The staff was courteous, friendly & helpful. During our stay we dealt mostly with Simon, who was especially friendly, helpful & accommodating. Thank you, Simon! In the family room we would prefer an electric kettle for hot water as opposed to getting it from the general station outside the room. The frosted glass for the bathroom is aesthetically pleasing but in the family room, perhaps the curtain that covers the bathtub, can be drawn all the way to cover the frosted glass since not all occupants of a family room are couples, partners or family members.

• Michael Ebrahim (8/5): It was as if we stayed in a very relaxing spa for a week! - My wife loved the hotel, especially given that it provided a "spa experience." The room is very comfortable and it's well kept. The staff are very helpful and very friendly. I can feel the warmth of the staff. A front desk staff even helped me get parking. The only downside is the wifi. It's vital for guests to have good wifi. Unfortunately, the wifi was unusable in our room. We ended up using up our data plan and even had to pay extra. I don't think it takes a lot fo investment to make sure there is good wifi coverage in each floor.

But some people might not like it. Well, what could I said. The price is on the high-sdie with a single bed. But nothing much to complaint because overall everthing is fine. and I jsut stay for few hours not much time to judge more abot it.

• Chin Siew (9/5): Lovely spa hotel - We stayed at for one night over the weekend with my wheelchair-bound mum and siblings, and had a lovely, restful experience overall. From the start, the hotel was very responsive and accommodating — they ensured we had a wheelchair-friendly room and helped with an early check-in. The staff were polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The property itself feels like a calm oasis in the city, with the soothing scent of lemongrass essential oil greeting you the moment you arrive. The amenities are thoughtful, from essential-oil infused toiletries to the refreshing lemongrass drink and hot water available just outside the room. The spa and massage services were excellent — definitely worth trying — and the in-house restaurant, Mama Kim, served delicious, wholesome food with impeccable service. Overall, a wonderfully relaxing stay — perfect for a short city retreat with family, especially for those who appreciate good service, aromatherapy, and a serene atmosphere. If I had to nitpick, the road noise at night and thin walls meant you can occasionally hear traffic or neighbours chatting. That said, the beds and pillows were so comfortable that I slept soundly anyway.

• Bin Md. Nazree (8/5): A wonderful stay with thoughtful touches - What a delightful stay! I’ve never been to a hotel that offered Internet TV, and here they even have an Android Player—such a pleasant surprise. Paired with soothing aroma therapy that instantly put me at ease and thoughtfully prepared complimentary snacks, every detail felt modern, welcoming, and curated for pure comfort and joy. The only minor drawback was the Wi-Fi connection to the Android Player, which was a bit slow—but everything else more than made up for it.

• Carole (7/5): Pleasant enough but the management is not exactly welcoming especially to repeated guests and long staying guests. - Besides the ideal location for the purpose of my trip to this part of Kuala Lumpur; the hotel has guest rooms that are well designed and thought out for convenience. The room is considered small size but due to the good layout, it makes your stay comfortable. Well lit and has good shower and air-conditioning. There’s no fridge and hot water is located at the floor lobby which I personally find it inconvenient to step out of my room to make a cup of hot drink. Stepping out of the hotel in the morning because the drains in front of hotel smells so bad, though this is not the fault of the hotel. The front office staff needs to have more training.
• Adziani (7/5): Water heater and aircond - Sojourn is my favourite place to stay as it is clean and a good night place to relax. All the rooms are equipped with Netflix🥰 This is my second encounter staying at Room 309. The water heater temperature cannot be adjusted. The water is constantly hot even I have turned it all the way to cold. The water at the sink is also hot and the water at the bidet is hot as well. The aircond in the room at set up 16C but it is still not cool enough. I tried explaining to the receptionist who does not speak very well and half awoke on the morning that I checked out, he took it that I have complimented the room and told me it is the best room🤦🏻‍♀️ I was speechless and left after that.

• My2 (9/5): Exceeded expectations - It is unique and distinct in many respects. Besides a promising and comfy hotel-like stay, it promotes natural healthy lifestyle. The great theme of Live Well, Eat Well and Look Well intrigues us to put up with it. We have had a great healthy meal in Mama Kim restaurant located just within easy reach downstairs. It’s a stay of great inspiration on wellness and beyond. The location is ideal with many different entities of convenience; eateries, bank and a hospital are just among the few to cater for every one’s needs. We highly recommend it for those who desire a different experience in staycation. Though vehicle parking lot is limited, it shouldn’t be an issue since there are plenty of daily charging parking lots around it. Have to pay rm100 as deposit too.
