• AzaM (5/5): - Premise is clean. Hot water works, filtered water too. Irresponsive online customer service.Minimal information provided how to get there . Need to find on my own. Texted to asked direction from nearest train station even blue ticked my message. Finally found the reception chubby short bangla guy not sure if dont understand english or just arrogant i asked question just ignored me. Took wrong key when showing me to the room. Go back down from level 30. Requested towel after i checked in staff very slow in delivering. Showel gel was not replenished dont know how long. Only empty bottles in shower. A/c positioned badly right on top of one upper bunker. Not sure who turn off at night room turn warm. Luckily didnt sleepover only transit before my night train. OVERALL UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE compared to others hostels i stayed in SEA.

• KYLE (1/5): Theft and 15 people to one toilet/bathroom… hunger games of hostels - Location was close to towers. Only positive People stole stuff from my bed (even my charging adapter and staff didn’t care!) 1 bathroom / toilet for over 15 people and they have to come into our dorm to use it or go out to smoke - making it a major security issue. Bathroom was gross , never had toilet paper and cold showers. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone especially women!

• András (9/5): Honestly, the accommodation is beautiful, but it needs a bit more attention. - Very beautiful accommodation with a great view, in an excellent location. It would be a 10/10, but… With a little more attention, everything would be perfect. Unfortunately, I had to go to the reception because my card didn’t work in the elevator. I didn’t have any towels, and I had to spend 2 nights in 2 different rooms — and the second room also had no towels. These are small things, but it would be a pity if these issues resulted in 9/10 ratings instead of 10/10.

• Amanda (9/5): Very clean, desirable location. - The property is kept very clean and is in a great part of the city. The staff is helpful with answering questions. There are only two bathrooms, but I found it usually wasn’t an issue. If you are debating bc of the gym, skip this one. Pictured is the yoga deck, which is great.

• Vitaliy (1/5): They just stole my money, no flexibility, they just don’t care about their customers, or about helping people at all. I - Nothing. Nothing at all because they didn’t check me in, cause I arrived late. I think they never traveled because if you travel you know what you have to deal with like poor or no internet connection and transportation delays (if you in Kuala Lumpur you know it for sure or you’re blind). And they ignored me and just left me alone to deal with it. The way they treated me. The guy had the time to answer me on WhatsApp telling me that they are closed and don’t check in anymore, but when I asked what could I do and if he could help me he just ignored me. Tried to all but no answer at all. At 1 am, in a new city. Imagine if I was a girl. I would send no woman in this place with people like that.
• Farid (7/5): A decent stay overall, but poor towel hygiene was a major letdown. - I stayed at Valencia Dorm @ Summer Suites for 2 days. Overall, the experience was decent—the location is convenient, the check-in process was smooth, and the basic facilities were fine for a short stay. I was quite disappointed with the towels provided. The first one had a hole and was visibly dirty. I requested a replacement, but unfortunately, the second towel was also not clean. This really affected the impression of cleanliness and attention to detail. With a bit more care in hygiene and quality control, this place could be a much better budget-friendly option.
• Travelnow1 (6/5): Pleasant - Location, has a good city view. Hard for the rest to keep it clean, never had toilet paper, so carry your own, needs a shower curtain or a door as everything always gets wet, no privacy in the dorms as well. Staff is not that kind, they don't seem to be that patient and the check in is a bit awkward, as once you get there there is no formal place, just some security guys who tell you which random guys check you in

Ex. room was adequate. Restaurants & LRT were handy. Balcony was nice. Super views from the 26 th floor of towers 118 and KL tower. Bathroom/ Shower was a wet area and always flooded. A/C unusable at night b/c it was immediately above one bunk - if it was occupied the a/c could not be used as that person would freeze. It was mostly occupied, so, no A/C at night. There was only one waste bin, under the sink. A place that large with up to 20 people needs more waste bins.

• Imogen (6/5): Pleasant - Good location and cheap Far too many people for the number of bathrooms. Very odd set up - a converted apartment turned into a communal hostel. Room was hot and you couldn’t change the aircon setting.
• Kristína (6/5): Great for couple of days of KL exploring. - Pool is absolutely amazing, nonstop convenience store on the ground level is also nice. Metro station, several street markets all in good proximity. Hostel should think about limiting age of the guests. Also, some rule breaks kept happening and the management did not do anything (other guests smoking in the bathroom). The doors to the bathroom sometimes block themselves and then it can be a lot of people for just 1 bathroom. Considering that everyone has different hygiene standards, the property should clean the bathrooms more often.

Petronas Towers is within walking distance, of local food stalls and bars. 27 Floor with views Staff at the hotel security were not very helpful and ignored your questions

• Nik (9/5): A comfortable place to stay and value for your money. - The room was really neat and tidy. The place was very clean, and was air condition. During the heat in this summer weather it really helps a lot ☺️.The toilet was really clean and big as well, they even have water heater for the shower. The place is also close to the MRT and LRT station which really help you a lot to move around KL.
