• Ricardo (1/5): Robo de pertenencias y mala atención del personal de la mañana. Y malas instalaciones. Nada seguro. - Atención de la recepcionista de la tarde y personal de la tarde. Que las sábanas son muy, viejas, colchón viejo, el guarda ropas no es seguro(es manipulable por personal del Hostel)cuando uno no está. Y en pleno FRÍO NO TIENEN AGUA CALIENTE. En PLENO INVIERNO TENES QUE BAÑARTE CON AGUA FRÍA.Me robaron prendas de ropa y me dijeron que las cámaras que tienen dentro del lugar no funcionan. A su vez el personal de la mñn. Misma persona presente cuando se perdieron las cosas misteriosamente. Me habla al privado por whatsaap para acusarme de irme sin pagar una noche. Dormí 2 noches y pagué 3 y me dice que tengo que pagar 4. Cuando una de las noches avise que me quedaba en otro lugar. Es joda la atención que da el mismo muchacho de la mañana. A lo cual le respondo que si tanto dice que yo le debo dinero que me pase el alias de la empresa. Y no me responde.

• Martin Antonio (5/5): - Atendieron el teléfono tarde y nos recibieron, eso bien. Viajábamos con Flybondi y no sabíamos si llegábamos o no. Ellos estaban atendiendo y pudimos pernoctar allí. Cama incómoda, limpieza dudosa, no había ni un jaboncito, nos dieron una toalla para dos. Reservamos del 18 al 19 de mayo, y llegamos el 18 pasadas las 4 am, nos dijeron que nos podíamos quedar solo hasta las 10 am. Después otro tipo en la mañana nos pedía que cancelaramos la reserva y ya nos habíamos quedado. No sé si no quería pagar la comisión de Booking o que. Pero estaba insistente y nos incómodo. El lugar está bien para emergencias. No mucho más.

• Ricardo (1/5): Robo de mis pertenencias en 1ra noche. - Me gusta la atención de la recepcionista de la tarde. Que el 1er día que llegue me robaron dentro del Hostel antes de pasar la primera noche. Desapareció 1 remera ,par de medias y un pantalón. Valor de las prendas perdido por 70.000 pesos argentinos valor perdido en dólar 49. Me quedé más días porque es la quinta vez que me hospedo y creí que era una confusión. Anteriormente en otra visita personal de la mañana me forcejeó la caja de madera que ofrecen para guardar las pertenecías. Pero como ese día no desapareció nada. No dije nada. Pero ese día que me forcejearon el guardarropas no había gente. Yo era el único hospedado. Entonces me di cuenta que es el personal de la mañana.

No sirven desayuno , pero todas las mañanas hay agua caliente , café , te , chocolatada y leche para servirse! Buena relación precio- calidad- ubicación. .

Muy amables las personas que rotaban en recepción No me gustó el baño, ya que era demasiado pequeño y resultó muy incómodo! Las camas podrían ser más cómodas .. había una persona en el hostel que estaba alojada o viviendo y tenía muy mal carácter, desde no devolver el saludo a responder muy mal y peleaba con la persona de recepción eso causaba incomodidad y tensión en el lugar

La cocina muy completa y limpio en todos sus espacios comunes. Wifi bueno. Buen lugar de descanzo.Le falta mantenimiento. Iguazú un hermoso lugar. Le falta mucha atención al mantenimiento de la habitación, la puerta un desastre, la cerradura no se mantenia cerrada, si no llaveabas. Desagradable el olor a pis en sus cubrecamas, cama /colchón regular, Estaría bien un mosquitero por lo menos en el baño, para ventilar ya q en el gran ventanal no tiene mosquitero y hay q mantener cerrado. Pequeños detalles q lo transformarian en un lugar ideal para estadias de pocos días.

• miriam daniela (5/5): Lindo el patio, habitación regular. - Tiene un jardín muy lindo, con pileta, mesas y sillas para disfrutar y también, cuenta con parrilla por si queres hacer algo a la parri. Tambien vi que tenian hamaca paraguaya...La señora de limpieza muy buena. Nos toco la habitación 5 en planta baja, y si bien la habitación esta bien, el baño fue terrible, es muy chico y feo, o almenos en esa habitación el baño -10, porque al ser tan chico y no tener cortina o un separador de baño se mojaba siempre el inodoro, tenias que andar secando todo y no había secador de piso... Y también al estar en planta baja tenes alado la cocina y se escucha a la gente hablar.

Apprezzato soltanto il gesto della colazione offerta al mattino (non parliamo della qualità chiaramente, solo del gesto) Tutto! Gatto in giro per gli spazi comuni, sale sulle sedie in cucina. Finestra non delle dimensioni del telaio, impossibile da chiudere, resta un grande spiraglio e la stanza si riempie di zanzare. Aria condizionata vecchia di decenni, assordante e praticamente inutile. Coperte sporche, asciugamani con urina di gatto. Scarafaggi nell'armadio. Doccia pessima. Piscina impraticabile, gialla e torbida. Davvero un incubo di ostello! Non torneremo mai!!!

Do quarto: mesmo sabendo antea da reserva, um quarto privativo é o mínimo que deveria ter: Banheiro e 1 frigobar! O quarto pago mais caro deixou a desejar com a cama de casal improvisada deixando a desejar e se movimentando na hora de dormir. Da cozinha: como é que 1 instalação tem um fogão de 4 bocaa que só funciona 2 bocas. Como é que 1 hostel nao tem organização com relação a comida na geladeira? Uma nojeira de abrir a geladeira e vomitar: comidas ja mofando e sem proteção com risco de contaminação por bactérias... Falta de utencilios tipo copos de vidro : uma situação pra lá de vergonhoaa Da piscina e área da mesma: uma nojeira a churrasqueira totalmente abandonada e imunda com os utencílios enferrujadosne imundos. Sa recepção: agua e produtos caros devendo ser mais acessiveis aoa clientes. Do banheiro: 1 banheiro para os quartos na parte inferior. Privada com descarga ruim. Janela toda escangalhada. Demora pra ter que usar devido o uso com o quarto compartilhado.

• Skyelah (6/5): Location was great. Must eat out as there isn’t much cooking utensil in the kitchen. - Location was great! Staff were friendly and the beds were comfortable. Not much cooking utensil in the kitchen. Couldn’t cook our meals. Shower wasn’t very nice. Weren’t allowed to leave our bags here after check out even though our bus wasn’t for 6 more hours. This hasn’t been a problem anywhere else we’ve stayed in the last 2 months.

• Vanessa (1/5): Bed sheets are not changed after every stay! - The location was good I changed hostels after the first night - it is very old and dirty - they did not change the sheets after I checked out (ppl who stayed an other night in the hostel were in the room when they just rearranged the bed without changing the sheets) - there was no water in the bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) - everything just felt dirty and old (mattress, sheets that come off the mattress as soon as you lay down, pillow) - air-conditioning existed but was very loud and old - window doesn't close all the way

The pool, especially after a long hot day in the park was wonderful things to come back to, refreshing and relaxing. The ac is an old thing, noisy when it works. The private shower was so small. The kitchen.. lets say I opened the doors of the cabinets looking for something and I have seen it was not been used or cleaned in the last decade.

• Kinga (6/5): Pleasant - The staff was friendly and helpful. The garden and the pool are nice. There was no toilet brush, therfore the bath wasn't that clean.

• Blanaid (5/5): Budget hostel with a great location. Bathrooms and kitchen need serious attention. - great location - very close to the bus terminal and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and air conditioning worked well. The bathroom in our room had the most disgusting smell from the drains. I know this is an issue in many hostels in South America but this was the worst we encountered in 3 months across 6 countries. Not only that but when the shower, sink or toilet were used water would leak out from the fixtures and flood the bathroom. This seemed to be a known issue by the staff. When we reported it they offered to give us a new room but, since we were only staying one more night, we did not take it. We were given a mop to deal with the water. The windows in the room and en suite did not close fully/did not create a seal. As such, I found numerous ants all over the room which was not great. The refrigerators in the communal kitchen were extremely dirty and we did not feel safe leaving food in there over night. The actual fridges need a thorough deep clean and there were half eaten sandwiches, packets of meat, etc sitting on the shelves uncovered and not on plates or in containers.

• Keng (3/5): Not a good experience with a tired and dirty body go to bed. - The staff promise to prepare the breakfast at 6.30am but finally he can't make it, so we didn't enjoy the breakfast. That evening when we checked in the hostel, we found out there have no water supply in the hostel. After we make the complaint, the staff called the maintenance to fix it at night and he told us that whole day no water supply in the hostel. We wonder why the staff didn't solve it immediately when it happen.

Yes, this is not hotel, but stuff are nice, helpful, try to keep clean. For backpackers or travellers with less budjet is the best one place for stay. Cleaning lady in our dorm always touch our stuff. I got that she have to work and our bags make it difficult. BUT! She mixed our stuff. Some guys lost their things and some found stuff neibours then already leaved hostel. Please, explaine clining lady that stuff is PRIVICY!!! NOBODY DONT LIKE THEN SOMEONE TOUCH YOU THINGS
• Rachel (1/5): They charge for using the communal areas and bathroom after checkout - Our check in experience was great, the staff member that night was super friendly and helpful. They stored our bags no problem but when we went to get our bags a different guy at the desk tried to charge us for late check out. We couldn’t even use the bathroom in the common area. Absolutely ridiculous! We have travelled for almost a year now and this is the first time a hotel or hostel has ever tried to do this, very upsetting.
• Namiko (5/5): Hostel near the terminal - They sent often messages to communicate. On the morning of my stay, I was directed to another hostel due to the hotel did overbooking. Moreover, the hostel is far from the bus terminal. Even though the alternative hostel was cheaper, the price remained the same.
